Enjoyed it

We liked everything about our stay, it was very enjoyable and clean, close proximate.I would suggest a mattress topper for the sleeper couch as the mattress is a bit flimsy and I think you could upgrade the sleeping experience that way.All in all very nice place ! Thank you!

Perfect getaway

The unit was as advertised. Very clean and well appointed. Communication was great. Location is ideal for a short drive to the beach and short walk to the village and restaurants. We took advantage of the bikes and that was an easy process as well. It was a great stay!

Great rental

We have rented this particular unit several times. We love that the porch is on Mallery Street side. It is peaceful and quiet. Close to entrance, easy walk to the pier area or short drive to the beach.

Perfect Location

Everything was in walking distance or was a short drive. The scenery is absolutely lush with green vegetation. Side walks to stroll on and admire the sights of DT St Simons. The property itself offers beautiful landscape, pools, playground, and pond. The condo had everything we needed. I would suggest adding oven mittens in the kitchen. Other than that, we will book again.

OK. Don't book for business.

This place is fine. It needs some updating and handyman work. Nothing terrible, but I wouldn't stay again. The bigger problem is that both VRBO and the host refused to provide me a receipt for my stay. Both said it was the other's responsibility. So if you need a receipt for your stay, do not book this place through VRBO.

Comfortable, Clean, and Cool!

AC worked great, size was perfect for two, and we didn’t even use all the amenities offered. It was a wonderful property and stay, and we appreciate that cookware, coffee + fixings, and towels were all provided. Would recommend staying here to others.

Nice apartment

In town briefly for a conference. This little place worked great on a budget. Plenty of room for an individual or couple (or a 3rd if you've got a couch surfer). Nice porch and pool just down the stairs. I didn't try to cook anything so can't speak to the kitchen.

This was our first time in St Simon’s Island and this property worked great for us. Instructions for check in and other access were clear and accurate. Place was clean and comfortable. Proximity to town and beach was convenient. Owner communicated well and very responsive Overall a great stay

This property is located very close to Pier Village where you will find live music, awesome restaurants, and beach shops. You can walk to Palm Coast in the morning and get coffee or you can choose to make your own coffee in the Keurig machine. If you go to Palm Coast then ask to sit out back. It is beautiful back there! You will catch live music at many of the restaurants on weekends or you can catch fish and crabs right at the pier. There is also a local waterpark and putt putt at the lighthouse.
