Gatlinburg är platsen för dig och vår lägenhet Fairway To Heaven är den perfekta platsen för dig att bo. Vår lägenhet ligger bara 5 minuters bilresa till Rocky Top Sports World och 10. 5 miles från Gatlinburg centrum. Det är nyligen renoverat och ligger på farleden till Bent Creek Golf Course.
Det stora sovrummet är möblerat med en king size-säng och ett komplett badrum från sovrummet. Det 2: a sovrummet har två fulla sängar med ett fullt badrum strax utanför korridoren. Köket är fullt utrustat med diskar, kastruller, kokkärl och allt du behöver för att göra den perfekta måltiden. Samlingsområdet har en sittgrupp med matplats, vardagsrum med stor TV och en öppen spis. Däck har ett bord med stolar att sitta ner och njuta av utsikten !!
Du är en 20 minuters bilresa till Downtown Gatlinburg, Ripleys Aquarium, museer, restauranger och Glades för handgjorda hantverk. Det är cirka 5 minuter till Greenbrier-ingången till Great Smoky Mountain National Park. Där hittar du vandringsleder, vattenfall och även i närheten av slangar, fiske, forsränning och ridning. När du är klar för dagen går du tillbaka till Fairway To Heaven för att sitta på däck och bara njuta av resten av kvällen !!

Weekend getaway

The property was nice and clean. It would be a great place to relax. It wasn't as convenient for our getaway because of the Christmas traffic it took too long to get there, however it would be perfect any other time.

Hard to find Bedroom option!

We chose this property for the option of 3 actual beds in bedrooms, vs two beds and a couch in a main living space. This is surprisingly hard to find! The space was great for our family of four (two older teens). If anything the photos didn't do the living spaces justice. We also enjoyed being a bit out of the way of the hustle of Gatlinburg.

Simply lovely

We had a wonderful stay at the condo! It was beautifully kept and more spacious than we anticipated. Although we enjoy the shopping and entertainment that Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg have to offer, it was nice to unwind in the quiet among the trees on the balcony. If you are looking for a peaceful getaway, this is the place for you.

Cobbly Nob Comfort

I stayed in this condo with my friend over Memorial Day weekend. It was so nice having our own bathrooms and super comfortable beds. The property is on a golf course, and the neighbors were friendly. This is an upstairs corner unit. We sat on the balcony one night during a storm and had dinner. It was so peaceful. Everything in the condo works and check in was easy. Would definitely stay again!

Enjoyable with mountain view

Would like to have had a better access to TV viewing channels especially when it comes to sports. Such as golf snd baseball. Had to place a call to the owners to provide guidance on how to access channels offered only on UTube for baseball and other live sporting events.

GR8 overnight stay

THANK YOU for easy, quick communication in answering questions/concerns! Condo clean, quiet, comfortable, beautiful surroundings, accurate description. Did not buy/bring grocery as we planned just to stay overnight, appreciated the coffee grounds in the morning! I'm sure that isn't a stocked feature but whoever left it - thanks :) Ease of ramps to third story condo exceptional, so much better than stairs. Instructions for check-in/check-out were extremely easy and convenient. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to family & friends!

GREAT STAY

This was our second stay at this charming condo. It is so close to all that the area offers yet far enough away to be so peaceful and relaxing. The condo was clean and spotless and has everything you could possibly need. Internet is great and the beds are amazing. Thank you for letting us stay again. We will be back!

Distance from parking to unit

You cannot park in front of the unit, instead there is a walkway and a ramp to the third floor. Individuals with mobility issues may have difficulty.

Weekend getaway

It was a great relaxing weekend at Fairway to Heaven. It was supposed to have a trip with our grandson who was going to play in an AAU basketball tournament at the Rockytop Sports Complex, but ended up not playing. So, it was just my wife and I for a relaxing weekend. Thanks.

somewhat disappointing

The cabin is not good for cold weather. We felt guilty running heat so much, but it was always cold. The kitchen should have had more of everything, plates, utensils, pans, etc. It served it's purpose, but it could use some maintenance. As for Gatlinburg, as well as Pigeon Forge, you can keep it. It has gotten so busy, there's not enough eateries for the amount of people, one shouldn't have to wait 3hrs. for dinner. Luckily, 3 Jimmies was available.

Lovely Get Away

We used this condo for the night before and after our wedding. It was so close and convenient to our venue!! It was very clean and the bed was SO comfortable. Our only issue was the sliding bathroom door in the master. It gets stuck very easily and I got stuck in there the morning of my wedding. Thank goodness for strong bridesmaids! Lol. Overall a wonderful stay :)

Fall Break Recharge

We are from Northeast Indiana & had not been down to this area as a family. We thoroughly enjoyed the accommodations & the proximity to different points of interest. The neighbor was very sweet & friendly. We will be booking another visit & this is our first choice of places to stay!

Fairway to Heaven

My Brother and I traveled to TN for 4 days before heading over to NC for a wedding. We loved this condo! Not in the heart of Gatlinburg busy section which was a blessing. It was so busy in downtown Gatlinburg. Nice to be away from all that! We enjoyed rafting, horse back riding , and hiking. The condo was very clean and comfortable. We loved it. Would definitely stay again.

Very Clean, Quiet, and Cozy!

Great pillows and mattresses! Super comfortable to sleep. Very clean condo. Quiet (except you can hear the nearby road a little) private, and cozy. Has everything you need. The patio is spacious with comfortable furniture and nice view. Would definitely like to stay here again.

Our first VRBO experience and it was great!

So much better than a hotel. We would definitely do this again. This property was very clean and spacious. Furniture and bed were all comfy. It is located on a golf course and the view is lovely. The only issues we had were that the ice maker didn’t work and there was one slow shower drain. We would stay here again!

The property and location were sufficient for our needs. The property in general could use better outdoor lighting and signage. The property is an end condo & quiet as long as the neighbor’s dogs were obedient. The entrance door was sticky and extremely difficult to open and close. Needs to be repaired. The layout was comfortable. However cleanliness was lacking. The bedding was not clean and the bathrooms could have been much cleaner. Which is a shame since the overall condo was good.

We live in Tampa, FL but have been bringing our family to Gatlinburg for years as we love this town and all it has to offer. When the opportunity to get a place of our own came ...we jumped on it. We are a very busy family with work, school, sports, etc so we love when we can come to our condo and unplug and recharge! We are happy to share our love for this condo and town with you and hope you enjoy your stay!

Varför värden valde detta boende

Gatlinburg gets very crowded at certain times of the year so we love that this condo is a 10 miles out of town and away from the hustle and bustle. You can sit on the deck in the morning with your coffee and hear nothing but the birds chirping while you watch the sun come up through the trees.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

We are located only 5 minutes from the Rocky Top Sports Complex and the Greenbrier entrance to the Great Smoky Mountain National Park. The main road from the condo into Gatlinburg (321) has many conveniences....Grocery Store, Gas Station, Restaurants and Ice Cream spots, post office and many neat craft and gift shops.
