EM1150 -Detta snyggt ombyggda (2017) lägenhet i Victorian Village ligger i ett lugnt inre läge i Old Town Park City. Det är mycket bekvämt till sluttningarna av Park City Mountain Resort (PCMR) och till restaurangerna och butikerna i Gamla stan. Det är bara en kort promenad (5 minuter) till hissarna vid foten av Park City Mountain Resort. På vintern erbjuder orten skidåkning och snowboard i världsklass. Deer Valley Resort ligger bara 2 mil bort och nås med gratis Park City-busstjänst året runt! Sommaraktiviteter på PCMR inkluderar alpinrutschbanan, dragkedja, vandring, mountainbike och ridning. Den huvudsakliga nivån på lägenheten har ett sovrum med en drottningssäng, ett badrum, ett bekvämt vardagsrum med en 50-tums platt-TV ovanför en mysig öppen spis och ett fullt utrustat kök med frukostbar. Det finns också en utdragbar bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet. På övervåningen finns ett sovrum i loftstil med en Full säng och en enkelsäng och ett bifogat bad med dusch. Strax utanför bottenvåningen finns en trevlig uteplats med din privata propan-grill och sittgrupp. Du behöver inte en bil, men om du tar med en, finns det en reserverad parkeringsplats för ditt fordon.

Great spot in Park City! Short walk to ski lifts and Old Town Main Street. Great check in process and attentive management. Great free transportation for spots that were too far to walk to. Lucky enough to have fresh snow each day!

Great place close to everything!

We loved our stay. Property is clean and comfortable. Would definitely be tight if you tried to squeeze in as many people as it says it sleeps, but it was great for us as we only had a few. Thank you for a great stay!

Fantastic Ski Week

While this property was a little small and a little outdated, it fit the bill for a great week for our family of 4 adults. Easily walkable to ski lifts and to restaurant and shops!

Cozy

The condo is conveniently located. Manageable walk to downtown and Payday lift. The condo was well equipped. The kitchen had everything you needed but was a bit small with limited space to sit. The property manager, John, was very responsive and helpful. We had issues with the TV and he promptly came to address. In the end, the TV never did work properly so unable to watch college bowl games, which was a huge bummer for my husband. All in all, a nice stay

Amazing stay

The Blue Casita Victorian Townhome was the perfect booking spot for my ski trip. Not only does it have an incredibly quick walk to town, it also has an incredibly quick walk to the main village. The property has all amenities needed and then some. The property manager, John, was extremely responsive and helpful, ensuring the experience for my group was seamless. I could not recommend this location more given its proximity and character, would 100% stay here again.

Great location- don’t bring a car

Pretty good stay in general Location is REALLY good - manageable walk to payday chair lift and to Main Street. I’d definitely stay in this general area again. The place itself felt a little smaller than I thought, but still worked for our family of 4 (both kid’s teenagers). Parking was not great - someone took our spot our first night there - only so much could be done to address issue. They did try to clean the parking lot - but it was always mushy and hard to drive in with a front wheel drive vehicle. It would’ve been smarter to not get a car and just Uber everywhere

Close to everything

Great location! Easy walk to PCR lifts as well as the historic downtown. The property manager was easy to communicate with and very responsive. He fixed a leaking faucet in a moments notice. The only inconvenience was having to move our car from the designated parking spot so they could plow. Luckily our friend's condo had an extra covered spot we could use otherwise managing that would be a bummer!

Good place

Overall good place to stay. Designated parking is a little inconvenient because car must be moved from 9am to 11am if it snows more than 2 inches. Super close to ski resort.

Cozy, clean and a great location

Short walk to either the town lift or main Park City Mountain lifts (though we chose to park at the ski lodge just down the hill each day for convenience) and short walk to old town center. Cozy but comfortable space for family if four. Clean and check in / check out was easy. A good place to stay for a Park City ski getaway.

Sweet Spot

This neighborhood is the best! Choose to walk to the Town Lift or base of Park City Village to access the slopes. It's about the same distance (5 mins) either direction. Very quiet neighborhood and courteous neighbors. The condo itself offers the basic amenities you need for a comfortable stay.

Location is money!

You can’t get a better location! We stayed here while our friends stayed down the road in a bigger house. We only slept here but you’re literally a two minute walk from the mountain so apres is easily achieved. The bathrooms weren’t entirely clean but nothing problematic. If you love to ski this is a perfect location to everything!

Lovely place

Great Location

Minutes from Main Street and minutes from the Park City lifts. Slept four (4) comfortably, and the owner/property management group was responsive, professional, and helpful with regards to recommendations for ski rental equipment.
