Absolutely Wonderful!

Everything about Alta Mesa was absolutely wonderful for our stay. It was well appointed and very comfortable. We really enjoyed the patio in back. The pool was warm and had nice areas with tables and grills. Well maintained complex. The location was perfect with restaurants and activities nearby and easy access to highway when needed. There is a small Italian restaurant and market, Dolce Vita, that has award winning Gelato they make. Only two minute drive or five minute walk. We would highly recommend Alta Mesa and look forward to staying again.

Clean and Well Maintained.

Our stay was very enjoyable and the Condo was very spacious, clean and comfortable. We had many family meals there as we were in Mesa to visit family and found everything we needed. Just a great stay and we hope to return someday.

Wonderful house!

This house is welcoming, comfortable, organised and clean. The kitchen was well equipped and we had everything we needed. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay while we visited with family. The location was perfect.

Nicely decorated, clean, quiet, close to pool, very comfortable.

Enjoyed our stay. Lots of nice friendly neighbors who gave us tips on where to shop, what to see and what to do. Even though the weather was cool the pool area felt warm as it is somewhat sheltered and the pool was a very comfortable 90 degrees. Would have liked to have stayed another week but the daily rate was nearly double of what we were paying according to VRBO website. We would stay in this area again. Very friendly area!

Exceptional value! Well maintained 3-BR Condo. Well appointed. Convenient location.

Pat was wonderful. Provided all the information well in advance. The townhome is well appointed and well maintained. Furniture and beds are comfortable and clean. Excellent location. Home is adjacent to pool (which is rarely used by residents). You can keep an eye on children while they’re swimming from the back patio. Great for couples get-away or family.

Comfortable, quiet and relaxing

A very nicely appointed unit and super close to the pool. The owner/manager stayed in contact with us before arriving providing us with pertinent information regarding the unit and the complex. The patio was very nice and sunny and since there weren't a whole lot of people using the pool it was very quiet. Grocery shopping was very close with several chain stores 5 - 10 minutes away.

Fantastic condo with great pool & friendly residents.

Great communication and we loved the property! The unit was spacious, well maintained and very comfortable. We especially liked the southern exposure, high ceilings and view of the incredible pool. The kitchen was well stocked and there was plenty of space and hangers in the closets along with large dressers. It was nice to have a separate enclosed garage for our car. While in a convenient location, you will probably need a vehicle. We highly recommend this condo and hope to return again sometime.

Super property

This well cared for townhome was a great place to rest and relax. Convenient to restaurants, hiking and biking. The pool was wonderful and heated. Even though it was cool for our stay, we enjoyed it regularly. The beds we’re comfortable. Great storage and kitchen set up. Everything you could want (bring your own spices). The shower in primary suite was a bit wonky but fine for able bodied persons - it has a step down. We’d recommend this highly.

Well stocked unit, had everything that we needed and MORE! Thank you for leaving the store discount cards! This was an added surprise and very useful! The unit is comfortable and extremely clean! It felt like home! It is centrally located, near everything that we needed and planned to do! The community was very friendly and the pool was amazing! We went to the Mesa Swap Market, Old Scottsdale, Top Golf, 3 different golf courses and had a fabulous time! We ate at the Cozy Cafe, D-Vine, a great diner in Scottsdale and La Calabria in Gilbert (an absolute must for amazing homemade Italian food). Great weather, great golf, just a great vacation overall! Great Location

The unit was in a great location in the Alta Mesa community, close to everything. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable as was the rest of the furniture. There is a nice heated community pool and hot tub. The wifi and tv worked well with only one minor hiccup so all good.. One of my concerns were the unit could have been a bit cleaner as we had to do a bit of cleaning when we arrived. The unit could also use a little bit of an upgrade on towel, cutlery, and utensils. They all worked but they really need a refresh as they are getting worn and dated. for the price we paid to rent the unit. My biggest concern was the shower in the master as it is a sunken shower with a large step down into it that gets extremely slippery especially for the second person using the shower after the first. We bought a little suction bath mat and cut it to size to make it a bit safer getting into the shower. I just worry someone could take a bad fall in there. There is a bath/shower in the other bathroom so people could use that instead if they are worried about it. Just something to be aware of. Overall the unit worked really well for us and Pat was great to deal with.
