Wonderful vacation rental

This is the best rental we have ever stayed in. The location was great, but the place was spotless and so roomy with everything you needed. Communication was so easy and Kim was so nice to communicate however was easiest for us. The outside area was so nice as well with ample seating space. Wonderful place to stay.

Home away from home

The owners were the most helpful and responsive of all the places I have booked. They kept in contact and provided all the information I needed for a great stay. The house was clean and neat. Like a true host they provided many amenities for us to feel at home. The location was quiet and safe. Will definitely want to book with them again next time we are in the area.

The property was "ultra" clean. The host had every item that you might need...from toothpaste to fans. It was very well appointed. Great place to stay. We will be back.

Outstanding place to stay

This is by far the cleanest VRBO home that we have stayed at. The patio was a highlight of the home as we spent many days sitting relaxing, watching the golfers and soaking up the sun. The furniture is comfortable and nicely decorated. We enjoyed the extras which include a welcome packet of goodies, lotions and seasonings. We would definitely stay again when we return.

Golf course townhome

This was a very beautiful townhome! The host's were very thoughtful. They had snacks/water and a whole meal for us to eat. Not only that, a bottle of wine for us Mom's in need...lol Who does that?! Me and my husband were even able to play nine holes. This was overall one of the best places we've stayed!! We will definitely be staying there again. Thank you Kim and John!!

Fantastic Place to Stay!

We absolutely loved our stay here. The place was spotless, well-stocked with everything you'd need, had plenty of outlets and charging ports right where you'd want them. The neighborhood was quiet and overlooked a gold course. Sitting out on the back patio was a delight. We will absolutely stay here again when in the area. I would not hesitate to recommend this lovely home.

Great Stay!

We were looking for a place to stay rhat was centrally located to family and our son's wedding venue. We couldn't have been more pleased. Everything we could have needed was there and available. Our host was always a text away if needed. We loved the gift basket. It was a very nice touch!

Winter Getaway

Great location on the golf course. Enjoyed the patio. Clean and very nicely stocked spices and cooking necessities. The welcome basket was a pleasant surprise. Very nicely updated kitchen. The beds were comfortable. Friendly neighbor.

Such a nice place. Comforts of home.

We loved everything about this place. So comfy and clean. Easy to check in and check out. Convenient location. Full kitchen with everything you need. The patio is so nice but we didn't get to use it much because the weather wasn't cooperating.lol Washer and dryer. Would definitely stay here again.+

Great place with awesome owners

We were in town for a wedding with my family. The hosts were very communicative and the house is exactly what is in the listing. Clean, convenient and quiet. Neighbors were fun and engaging. I would highly recommend this house/hosts.

Excellent Property and Host

This is the a lovely property with a wonderful view of the gold course. We thoroughly enjoyed our week long stay here. The patio has comfortable furniture perfect to enjoy sitting and enjoying days outside watching golfers. The host was helpful and communicated very well with us. The property was immaculate, well stocked and attention to every detail was clear. This is the cleanest VRBO we have ever stayed in! If we have occasion to stay in this area again this will be the first place we check for availability.

Tranquil retreat

I cant say enough wonderful things about this house; from the communication from Kim to the late evening call to her to help me navigate getting in. She is top notch. The property is beyond clean and comfy! The best was the welcome basket with all kinds of yummy goodies! This will be my #1 go to for future stays in the Mesa area.
