Vacker 4 sovrum 3 badrum modern timmerstuga med fantastisk utsikt över bergen!

Smoky Mountain Hideaway är en öppen koncept med 4 sovrum timmerstuga i en mycket privat miljö på södra sidan av Chilhowee Mountain. Beläget ungefär en halv mil från Smoky Mountain National Park är utsikten över bergen från de expansiva verandorna spektakulära! Vi är 5 minuter från fantastiska vandringsleder inuti parken och flugfiske längs Abrams Creek. Det är bara 10-15 minuter till Tail of Dragon, Foothills Parkway och Look Rock observation Tower.

Kabinen sover 10 bekvämt och har 3 fulla bad. Den har 160 fot täckta verandor mot bergen. En helt asfalterad uppfart och två bilgarage gör det idealiskt för att köra Tail of the Dragon och Foothills Parkway. Med 3 200 kvadratmeter bostadsyta erbjuder det gott om avskildhet. Det stora gourmetköket är fullt utrustat förutom mat.

Efter en hård dag med sightseeing eller ridning på draken kan du sparka tillbaka och titta på dina favoritprogram eller filmer på LED-TV med YouTube TV, Netflix och Hulu eller DVD. Eller bara sitta på den helt täckta verandan i full längd, lyssna på whippoorwills, coyoter och Mill Creek medan du tittar på de underbara bergssolnedgångarna. Vi har också en fantastisk naturstenbrand upp bakom stugan för en kväll med S'mores eller berättelse.

Även om det inte är ADA-kompatibelt är husets bottenvåning lättillgängligt för personer med begränsad rörlighet. Uppfarten, garaget och husets bottenvåning är på samma nivå utan trappsteg.

A peaceful mountain retreat

The place was perfect for our needs. We brought 4 cars down from PA to attend a dragon rally car event. We had plenty of space for us and the vehicles. The space was very clean and the communication was very quick with responses to our questions. I would consider staying here again if I ever return to the area.

Absolutely Amazing

What a great hide away! The views from the bottom or top porches are great and the porches have plenty of room to spread out and accommodate everyone. The house was very clean and everything worked as it should. We rented this place for our annual motorcycle trip as the pictures made it seem very motorcycle friendly with a paved driveway from the road to the house, room to turn around a trailer for the ones that trailer your bike, and a nice sized garage to keep the bikes out of the weather. Everything was just as pictured and described and very upkept, and the driveway is smoothly paved. No cell signal only wifi which couldnt be any better. Highly highly recommend this place !

Would Return

We booked here wanting a place big enough for 7 of us, aware it was 30 minutes from the venue we were attending. Not realizing the location (smokey mountains).Once we arrived everyone was in Awww.. Being a family from central California we grew up camping in the Sequoias so this surprise was Amazing. Highly recommend. Not only the location but the cabin, and owners played a huge part in making it enjoyable. We didn't have any littles ones with us but we all talked about how it would be the perfect place for a furture famliy trip.

USMC Reunion

The house is very close to both the Tail of the Dragon and the Cherohala Skyway. If you have motorcycles, the garage can easily fit six (thats how many we had). House was everything they listing stated. Beautiful overlook.

The view is so beautiful. The layout of the house is excellent. The kitchen is stocked with the most complete types of appliances, etc. of any VRBO we’ve been in. Our communication with the owners was prompt and friendly. It was a wonderful stay. I hope to come back.

Stunning cozy family stay

First the view is absolutely beautiful. It was so nice to sit out on the deck in the morning and at night. Our kids got to play with the lizards. They were friendly and loved being held. The layout of the home is perfect. David & Susan put their heart into every detail to make the home feel so cozy. Form Christmas decorations to a fully stocked home with every utensil,small and big appliances. Sooo many blankets for comfort you name it. They had Wi-Fi and streaming Chanel’s which was awesome for the kids when it was downtime. They even had a stock of books, games boards, and coloring utensils for families.David & Susan also stayed in contact up with us and any concerns and quick to respond. If you are looking for a mountain get away with family or kids I highly recommend their beautiful home. You will not be dissapointed

Outstanding property and outstanding owner/manager

The view from the balcony and from the main room are outstanding. The owner graciously provides necessities for running the household for the duration of the visit: dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, towels, shampoo, etc. This is not only a beautiful and relaxing environment, but one of quality and generosity as well. We LOVE it here.

Beautiful Mountain Home

Thanks for sharing your home with us. It was so clean and was decorated beautifully. This home was well stocked from the kitchen to the bathrooms to the laundry room. It had everything we needed for a great weekend with friends. The mountain views were amazing and we loved watching the deer and wild turkeys as well as the hummingbirds that visited the porch. We would definitely recommend this place and give it 5 stars!

The views were amazing. We spent a lot of time on the porch enjoying the views and sunrise. Driving in from the lake side is a much easier drive than the mountain side. Thanks for the alternate directions.

Beautiful Views and the comforts of home

The mountain views from the porch are breathtaking. We spent a few mornings enjoying the sunrise and viewing birds, deer, and rabbits from the porch. The kitchen is well-equipped if you choose to cook. The home also has DVDs, board games, extra pillows and blankets, laundry pods, and other details that help make it a home away from home. We look forward to another trip soon!

This was a perfect home base for a family wedding in Maryville. The beautiful home, scenery, and nearby attractions were a bonus. The floor plan includes spacious public areas and privacy to accommodate multiple families. It worked well for everyone, from our 84-year-old mother to our 15-year-old nephew!

We were immediately taken in by the beauty of the setting and the scenery! Then on the inside, every detail was tastefully and thoughtfully in place. My wife and I are retired and live in Oak Ridge, Tennessee. We purchased this cabin in 2016 as a vacation home because we love being in the mountains. We enjoy the outdoors and activities such as hiking, bird watching and just sitting on the porch and watching the ever changing sky. If you look through our gallery, you'll see a few of the sunrise/sunset photos we've taken from the porch.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We love the spectacular mountain views, the open layout of the house and the peace and quiet. With all the windows and covered porches you can have a very enjoyable day just sitting on the porch and watching the mountains and sky even if it's a rainy day. The location is also very private and gives us a real sense of being away from it all. During the spring and summer the whippoorwills serenade you every night and sometimes the coyote too. You can hear Mill Creek tumbling down the mountainside almost year 'round and the wind blowing through the pines at any time.

If you want to come and relax in a modern log cabin surrounded by nature with spectacular mountain views this is the place for you. We have free wifi if you feel you have to stay in touch.
