Vi välkomnar ett stort antal gäster

Det fantastiskt inredda hemmet med stor trädgård, pool, jacuzzi, ångbad och gym. 4110 och 4114 Sun Meadow Drive-hus hade anslutits ihop för att utgöra en enda sofistikerad plats med nästan 6 000 kvadratmeter bostadsyta. Två flygel och två eldplatser. Upp till 4 bilar utanför parkeringsplatsen och 2 bilar i garaget. Bosch-tvättmaskin, torktumlare och diskmaskin. Vattenmjukgöringssystem. Alla avancerade elektriska apparater. Våt bar med vinkylaren. Noggrant anlagd och nattljus. Levande träd inne i huset. Vacker upplyst pool i den stora trädgården. Poolen delas med bara en fastighet till som också tillhör mig. Stor grill. Verkligen lyxigt.
Du är bara en kort bilresa från stora Museum District med Rothko Chapel i närheten, Theatre District med stora Alley Theatre och Houston Symphony and Ballet Companies, NASA är lite längre men är verkligen värt resan. Och naturligtvis skulle barnen älska Kemah och Galveston med Schlitterbahn och jättekul vid havet.

Great pool area

The home is well appointed. The pool and grill area are excellent. You can't catch Netflix anything like that and the cable service is a bummer. The host communicates extremely well. I loved my stay.

Great Place for Family Memories

Our stay was perfect. The house was in great shape and is located in a great spot of town to get anywhere. We spent so much time in the pool and really built some amazing family memories here.

Great family getaway!

I would like to say this was a fabulous house and we had the best time in Houston. The house was perfect and the owner could not have been more courteous and kind. We had plenty of room with all the beds and the pool was heated so we were able to enjoy it even at night when the evenings were chilly. We will definitely stay here again and look into his other beautiful homes in Houston.

Memorial Weekend Golf & Hockey

Very clean place, everything was in good working order. easily slept 11 adults for 4 nights. Alexander was great to work with and responded to any questions we had. The Pool and grill were the highlight of the weekend!!!

Excellent home and property owner

Great host - ok property

The host was friendly and responsive. Check-in process was very easy. The house is as it appears online. It was clean, but we did encounter a few roaches in the kitchen (might just be a normal Houston occurrence, and we arrived after the city had major flooding storms). The neighborhood was not great, and we would have felt a little safer with additional locks or deadbolts. The beds and pillows were rather hard and the sheets were paper thin. The towels were very stiff and scratchy.

GREAT PROPERTY!

This was much more than we bargained for! A very well maintained and spacious property. We had everything we needed for a great family stay! Well manicured grounds and plenty of space. The pool was a hit with our entire family. We travel regularly to the Houston area and will most definitely stay here again if available!

Nice house with pool

Very nice house with a pool. For a fee it is possible to have it heated. Early April it was worth it : our kids had a blast. The house is nice, spacious and clean and the host is very responsive.

I live in Houston since 1974. NASA was my employer at that time. After that I had been working for various oil and gas equipment companies. This year my wife and I decided to start hosting business. We both like to be busy and work with people.

Spacious three bedroom house with high ceilings living room, kitchen island with top appliances such as gas and electric stove, convection and microwave ovens by Sub-Zero Woolf. Modern wet bar and a wine rack.

Each bedroom has Queen size bed with its own WiFi connection.

Outside gas and charcoal grills. Wonderfully landscaped backyard with lighted swimming pool. The property is totally private. Great grill. Truly luxurious.
You are only a short drive from great Museum District with Rothko Chapel near by, Theater District with great Alley Theater and Houston Symphony and Ballet Companies, NASA is a bit further but certainly is worth the trip. And of course kids would love Kemah and Galveston with Schlitterbahn and great fun at the sea.
