Great Location Great Fun

My wife and I rented this condo for the weekend to ski and enjoy town. This lodge was very close to the ski slopes (could walk, shuttle, or drive). We took advantage of Uber to enjoy town in the evening, since it was very icy conditions, otherwise it's a short walk to town. The place has all the amenities you would need to have a fun getaway!

Quick stay

We were planning to visit Ellicottville for a quick weekend get away. We have no complaints about our stay and really enjoyed visiting the town. We would come back!

Great ski weekend

My husband and I have stayed in almost a dozen properties in this development and this weekends stay was no different, amazing. Great location and property owner was fantastic. Will save for future visits!

Big brother and Cold Showers

This property, I do believe, is a/the residence of the owner- Her personal property and photos are throughout the unit- THUS, the “vibe” was odd to say the least. Prior to check in the owner several times “reminded” us of the rules and during our stay oddly continuously “reminded” us of the rules. The upstairs was off limits- and we respectfully abided by this, however the lighting was poor- so, from below- we had turned the light on upstairs in the loft for some extra light- boom- email reminding us that the upstairs was off limits.. Just as an example Just felt strange.. Also, the hot water tank is on its way out- first morning- I took a maybe 5 minute shower- and the water turned ice cold- and didn’t get warm again until that evening. The owner did however offer to call a plumber. Next day, water started to get cold again about mid way through our second shower. If you’re into long showers before or after skiing- Not your place.I’ve stayed at several places- I won’t come back here. Cute in pictures- That’s about the extent of it.

Nice stay

My boyfriend and I needed some time away and this home was perfect for us. The bed was comfy and I loved the decor. Home was very cozy and Robin was very nice and left clear instructions.

Perfect Get Away Space

We wanted to get away for a weekend to hike and relax. That is exactly what we did. Due to Covid a lot of places were closed but we were able to hike in a safe manner at Holiday Valley.

Beautiful condo in a great location

We had a great weekend for our first visit to Ellicottville. The condo was just as pictured, very comfortable and loved the decor. Location was close to Holiday Valley and close to town. Robin was great to work with!

Weekend Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean and had a nice small patio to sit and enjoy the evening. The area was also nice and quiet and very close to both Holiday Valley and Ellicottville. We will def stay again. Thank u!

Absolutely Perfect

My husband and I had a wonderful stay in Robin’s condo. It was cozy but spacious. I didn’t know what to expect from a pull down bed but we found it to be extremely comfortable and easy to manage. The place was delightful - eclectic in it’s decorating - fun. Convenient location.

Super Hospitable! Homey!

Our stay was wonderful. The location was phenomenal and the owner was amazing with her communication! She was super friendly and went above and beyond to recommended places to eat and drink for whatever time of day ie breakfast lunch and dinner. Her recommendations were perfect! We felt at home and welcomed! Highly recommend this rental! We will stay there next time in town for sure!!
