BekvÀmt belÀget vid sjön DeSoto, inbjuder vÄrt hem dig med en fantastisk utsikt! FrÄn det ögonblick som du gÄr in kommer du att kÀnna dig som hemma. Utomhus kommer vattenfallet som kaskader till sjön att fascinera dig.

Nyligen renoverat sover huset bekvÀmt Ätta till tio i fyra sovrum inredda med tvÄ king size-sÀngar, en king size-sÀng i Kalifornien och en uppsÀttning av tvÄ sÀngar. En bÀddsoffa med dubbelsÀng kan ocksÄ rymma tvÄ. Huset har tre badrum. TvÄ ombyggdes nyligen med stora duschkablar med dubbelt huvud.

DÀcken Àr enorma och ger en fantastisk utsikt över trÀdgÄrdens dammar, vattenfall, uteplatser (med eldstaden), bÄtbrygga och sjö. Du kan laga mat i köket eller anvÀnda gas BBQ-grill, men se till att du njuter av utsikten medan du Àter.

Ta med din egen bÄt, starta den vid den nÀrliggande smÄbÄtshamnen och slÄ fast vid bryggan. Njut av vattensporter frÄn din bÄt eller simma i sjön vid 'stranden' pÄ vÀnster sida av bryggan. Steg i vattnet leder till en Àrtgrusbotten som Àr grunt och lÀtt pÄ fötterna.

Huset ligger bara tre mil inuti huvudporten och precis utanför DeSoto Blvd, huvudvÀgen i öst-vÀst i byn. I nÀrheten finns DeSoto golfbana, DeSoto pool, minigolf, tennisbanor, barnens rekreationscenter och vandringsleder. Alla de andra golfbanorna ligger bara 20 minuters bilresa bort och Àr lÀtt att hitta frÄn DeSoto Blvd.

Huset Àr utrustat med alla bekvÀmligheter du kan förvÀnta dig i ett lyxigt hem. Den inkluderar en tvÀttmaskin / torktumlare, mikrovÄgsugn, takflÀktar, storbilds-TV, fyra andra TV: er, tre videobandspelare, tre DVD-spelare, stereo, kabel-TV och höghastighetsinternet / WiFi. Great place, beautiful

We really enjoyed our stay. The grounds were beautifully done. The house had ample space and plenty of dishes and cutlery. The owner was responsive and it was easy to check in and out. We would stay here again.

Family Vacation

We had a great time on our family vacation. There was plenty of room and we loved kayaking and sitting by the fire pit.

Cozy and comfortable.

We had a great time at Castellon Drive. The house is very cozy and comfortable with a distinct '70s vibe. We were able to cook many meals in the well outfitted kitchen. The beds were comfortable and the layout of the house was ideal for our group of 6 adults and two kids. We used the pedal boat and were very appreciative of the many life jackets available. We were surprised to discover that this was not a swimmable dock, but the water was pretty murky anyway. Cor was very responsive to our request for more cleaning supplies and dishwasher pods. This was a lovely place to stay and we felt right at home.

Back yard to die for

The house was perfect for what we needed.... comfort for a large group. We had 9 people, 3 of which were kids. Plenty of comfortable beds. Plenty of things to do. My only drawback was that we didn't get to stay long. The fountain in the back is beautiful. The owner came out to work on it, so it only worked a few minutes. Owner is very nice and we hope to come back and visit again.

Comfy Stay for Five!

We had a great stay during a family get-together. The home has plenty of room, well-equipped kitchen, beautiful lawn & view of the lake. The 4 bedrooms were roomy - 3 with king beds, 1 with twins. There are 2 "master suites" with one on the lower level. Cor was very helpful and attentive to any/all communication. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 are just a few things: Driveway is hard to manage without the use of the garage, the carpet is buckling in areas and can be a problem for older folks, the twin beds are very hard. Bring your own body wash/shampoo.

Disappointed

The pictures were fairly accurate. There were extra pillows, blankets, and towels. The kitchen was supplied with appliances, but we couldn't get the toaster to work on the first morning and then in the middle of making Thanksgiving dinner we found out the beater didn't work at all. The fireplace in the living is for decoration only, and there was no heat provided at all. The waterfall, which was a major feature, was not working. The living room was large but didn't have enough seating for our group of nine. The house was clean, the area was beautiful, but all of this was outweighed by the VERY STEEP driveway. We had three cars, and the rain made it slick. All three cars had trouble getting up and out of the driveway. Very stressful.

Clean, cute, house is adorable in and out. The drive way should be told about straight down hill tight fit for 2 cars. That was only complaint. The house needs new pictures of the house with new twin beds and flat screen televisions for VROB.

Pull out bed broken covered in mouse droppings and not usable, 2 in our group ended up on blow ups , the whole house could have used a good cleaning. Water fountains and ponds were stagnant broken and landscaping down to the lake were over grown ( one selling point for choosing this property) over all we managed but not what payed for.

We all agreed it was nice house on nice property. Only disappointment was waterfall not working, and no lights for us to make it safely to and from swim dock.

Picturesque Lake View

Great lake view and several patios to enjoy the view. Fire pit a plus and beautifully landscaped backyard. House furnishings are a little dated but there are 3 comfortable king size beds! Cor, the owner, is very responsive and friendly. The house is close to the HSV main gate and main road. It was perfect for 3 couples on a golf trip.

Guys’ Golf Trip

Three buddies and I enjoyed this house for 4 nights in April during a golf trip. It was perfect for relaxing on the decks or patio or by the lake, with a wonderful relaxing view of the water. Great for grilling and drinks. Older but comfy couches and recliners in front of huge tv. Everyone enjoyed their own room. Would rent again.

Perfect place to spend time with family by the water

The house layout was perfect for multiple areas of us to relax and enjoy each other‘s company. The host was very accommodating and very easy to contact. We very much enjoyed our stay and recommend it to anyone with a large family. There were amenities we didn’t get to enjoy due to timing, but it was such a beautiful area and very relaxing.Thank you

Charming Lake House

Our family had a nice time recently at this charming lake house. It was as advertised. We had a little hiccup at the beginning of the trip, but the host was quick to resolve the issue and help how he could. The Village is quiet and serene, and not too far from all the touristy things we wanted to do.
