Cute, but in need of repairs

Upon arriving at the property, I was assaulted by a bird that flew into my face from a nest in the door hanger, it flew into the house requiring 45 minutes to remove. The upstairs shower caused a major leak into the kitchen, and bugs were found in the downstairs bathroom sink. The property manager was notified, but maintenance was initially declined bc they got off at noon and we would still be there. Later, the upstairs toilet began leaking, and the hot tub was found dirty with green water and stains. Maintenance came the next day and cleaned the hot tub but left the toilet issue unresolved. They said they found no issues with the shower, but it continued to leak, showing signs of prior water damage.The cabin was very cute and tidy (other than the mentioned issues). We were compensated for our issues.

Perfect mountain getaway

The firepit, water feature, and hot tub were perfect and we enjoyed them so much. It’s secluded enough to feel relaxed but close enough to Helen for convenience. The beds were so comfortable. We really loved the electric fireplace where we could change the colors too. Had all the dishes and silverware we needed. 10/10, would love to stay again in the future.

Such a cute cabin

We enjoyed just relaxing at the cabin. The stove didn't work that first morning but we contacted the owners and they were on it that day and all was fixed. We had a great experience. Communication was great. Check in and out was smooth. Definitely recommend especially for a fun girls get-away!!

60th birthday celebration

Celebrating the big "60" with 4 best friends since grade school! We had a wonderful time visiting the wineries. The accommodations were great, had everything we needed.Definitely will return!

The property was absolutely lovely. We loved the outdoor space in the back. My children loved the "big bathtub" even if they only got to stick their feet in. We loved that there was space to go outside and enjoy nature without even leaving the house. The proximity to Helen and surrounding state parks was perfect with the added privacy of heing out in the woods.

Unplugged and love of mountains

The cabin was perfect for a get away not far from town. Clean and quite definitely would stay here again. Management replyed very quickly to any questions we had.

Beauty and solitude

This was a beautiful cabin with everything advertised. We loved the solitude and the ease of check in and check out..Would definetley stay there again. Perfect for a short drive to various waterfalls and hikes.

Great mountain retreat

Fantastic cabin

Amazing cabin in the woods

The house is great! Backyard really makes the place with the hotub, swing and fire pit. Very clean and great distance to Helen. We would stay here again. *Addition of extra towels for the hotub or laundry pods would be a great inclusion.

Sibling trip

The trip was great. Enjoyed time with my husband, sister and brother in law. The only issue we had was one bathroom didnt have a toilet seat but we reported and it was fixed the next day. The cabin was beautiful although it had a very unpleasant smell and no air frenshers or plug ins to mask the musty moldy smell. But other than that it was a great stay.

We had a small issue with hot tub that was taken care of immediately. Driveway is circle, so you do not have to back up. Only complaint would be that there was no DVD player even though it is listed.

Weekend Stay for kiddos

Reviewer Comments: It was a great home we have no problems the drive was good and easy to get to with there driving directions, everything worked the outside was beautiful, we sat at fire pit, one was in swing by waterfall and last but not least we got in hot tub very late because Our cabin was ready but she called me and told me, but we were going through town and closed to cabin and service dropped, so I had to get connected to Wi-Fi and called back they gave us a gift card for local pizza place which was great service and friendly so it worked out great we went shopping for food to after we got finished it was ready. I have no complaints or concerns with the cabin everything was clean to.

Secluded and sweet

This was a great cabin! So close to town but still felt remote and the cabin had all the essentials. We had no cell service so the wifi was very helpful! The kitchen is honestly the best stocked kitchen I’ve ever seen in a vacation rental. They had everything you may need

I would give it a perfect review if not for just a couple things...both bathrooms need a little attention, mainly just new shower heads. The kitchen cabinets need to be cleaned out as there’s too much “stuff” that surly doesn’t get used and all floors and cabinets need a hood deep cleaning...these things would never stop us from returning...as it’s truly an amazing cabin! Just being completely honest about everything. Thank you
