Beautiful property that is in a quiet area. We found everything in good condition and the host was attentive and easy to communicate with during our stay. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for a quiet getaway in the mountains.

Wonderful mountain getaway. The home was exactly as described - clean, comfortable with a wrap-around, screened porch which made our stay wonderful, even on a rainy day. The property is well maintained and on a quiet, walkable, street - the stream in the back, with seating on its bank, was perfect for our morning coffee. The fire pit was so relaxing and our hosts left us stuff for s'mores - which added to the fun. The hot tub looked clean (though we did not use it - maybe next time). Lots of parking - easy access to Helen, Cleveland and the surrounding area. Mitch - our host, was very hospitable and welcoming. Communications were great and he checked in to make sure our stay was going well.We've used VRBO for years, and this is by far, one of our faves... we will definitely be back.

Beautiful place and definitely worth what we paid. Quiet and relaxing! The host is exceptional! We thought we left an item behind, immediately messaged him and he took prompt action to take a trip to the cabin and look. We definitely want to make another trip in the near future.

While we were just two couples on this trip, we can see that this would be a great place for families with little kids/grandkids! There were lots of toys and games available! The wraparound porch was very secure for little ones too! Our favorite space was the seating by the babbling brook out back!

Only things negative were the beds are very hard (and I usually prefer hard beds)The house is very loud and and any sound really reverberates throughout...It has lots of amenities, the location was good

Sorry to hear you didn't find the mattresses to your liking. I'll certainly check to make sure the mattress toppers are still on them, as guests might sometimes remove them. With mostly open living space, I could see how larger groups like yours may generate excess noise.

Everything here was top notch. Hot tub and extra amenities were clean and well maintained. The rooms and house itself had plenty of great stuff for our group of adults and also made us all want to come back with our families because of how well equipped it was for kids too. Between the porch, fire pit, hot tub and amazing creek seating area we had so much to do outside that we spent almost none inside.

This booking was excellent for us for our visit to Helen for a VW car show. The property itself was cozy and well appointed. The wrap around enclosed porch was such a bonus with our young children, not to mention all of the toys and activities for children in the house. There were other kid safety gates and thoughts put into the property as well. Food options, activities, local history, pertinent house information, check details and more were all very readily available in the binder provided by the host(s). Another bonus was the water pressure was very good. All in all, would love to stay again. Very clean, comfortable, and well priced compared to other similar options during my stay.

We had an amazing time with our 2 pups. Mitch and Monyah were the perfect hosts in accommodations, responded to our questions in a timely manner, provided everything one could imagine away from home. The cabin and property were well maintained, clean and secure. We thoroughly loved the hot tub and creek! We will be sharing our experience with family and friends!

What an amazing place! This super clean and cozy cabin is nestled in such a peaceful location. We are actually from the area but rented for myself, and daughters for the youngest one's wedding nearby. Could have lived on the screened on wrap around porch with multiple lounging areas. Between the wedding and the rain we unfortunately never got to enjoy the hot tub or the serene creek area complete with swing. And if I were a dog, this is the place to stay! The owners have pet related items on porch complete with fluffy dog bed! THE place for a small family with a dog! Owner was so friendly, responsive and flexible. Definitely what other VRBO owners could stand to aspire to.

By far the most thought-out accommodations for families. The cabin had everything from kitchen supplies to security for the kids on the screened-in porch. We loved the scenery and privacy. The location to Helen and the surrounding area was great. We highly recommend Creekside Cottage!
