This is a beautifully appointed property. Tastefully remodled fairly recently. The property funiture and carpets as well as bathroom grout need a good cleaning. The water pressure is horrible,Upon check in the A/C was not working and itt took an entire day to get that corrected.There was a misunderstanding about stairs that the management property missed, landing us with this unit and stairs. The were not able to offer other options on staying. However, I have to stay that the management company employees were wonderful and offered much help during our stay, It is difficult for me to give a 4 star rating, because we loved the unit and view, but there were a few issues that were finally resolved.If you don't mind stairs and low water pressure this is a beautiful place to stay.

Nice Ocean View from Lanai

Nice lanai with ground floor unit. Clean remodeled kitchen. Ice-maker in refrigerator door worked well. Beds were too soft for our preference. Online listing should have warned about loud coqui frogs singing at night. Also there were no extra plastic garbage bags to line the garbage cans, no extra toilet paper or paper towels and when we asked for these supplies they weren't delivered until the last day of our stay. In the meantime we had to purchase these supplies that should have been included at the unit. For these reasons we would not stay at this unit again

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was nice and clean. Newly renovated. The beds were all nice and comfortable. The kitchen well stocked with amenities. There was also spices, tea, coffee etc. The management company was good. Great location nice pools. Condo also had great beach chairs, tennis rackets, pickle ball paddles. The only thing I would like to have seen are more wine glasses and champagne flutes. We did not use the glasses that were in the china .cabinet.

The location right on the golf course was awesome and gave us spectacular sunset views each evening. The 2 bedroom apartment had everything that we needed, and was spotlessly clean when we arrived. If we are back in Kona we will definitely look at renting this property again!

Best Big Island Vacation Rental

First, having Knutsen & Assoc as the property mgr is a definite plus! They ensure your check-in is flawless, reach out to you periodically to make sure everything is OK, and when the roller shade on the lanai wasn’t working, they sent someone the very next day and got it fixed!It has a beautiful view of the ocean, breakfast, lunch and sunset dinners! We prepare meals at home 95% of the time and the kitchen was so well equipped with everything we could possibly want for cooking and bbq. Lots and lots of beach and bath towels and bed linens. 3 beautiful pools, designated parking, comfy furniture and beds, and Grocery and Drugstore within walking distance. 10 out of 10 !

Responsive and Welcoming

Our condo was lovely with everything we needed to enjoy Hawaii. We loved playing pickle ball each morning and cooling down while enjoying the beautiful view from the pool. Rental agency was great at communicating and answering any questions.

My family was coming without beach gear and fortunately for us this location provided beach towels, snorkeling gear, beach chairs, boogie boards etc. There is a hot tub at the property which is where we would spend our time in the evenings after a long day of fun. Area is quiet- no issues with neighbors or anyone on the property. Very convenient for families and the patio area was lovely for morning breakfasts.

Gorgeous Views and Sunsets

There were lots of accessories for the beach; i.e., umbrellas, chairs, boogie boards, toys for kids, blanket, etc. The unit was very clean and we enjoyed having a large sized washer/dryer unit. Spent all of our spare time on the lanai enjoying the beautiful view of the ocean and golf course. Ate every meal outside. Enjoyed the pool areas especially the one at the end with the view of the golf course and ocean. Great new Weber barbecue which we put through its paces. Played 8 rounds of golf all over the Island.

Home Away From Home: My Favorite Rental Ever!

The furniture is attractive and comfortable, with zero-gravity chairs. The lanai is wonderful with a beautiful view of the ocean, the boats going by, and every day a new totally awesome sunset. The location is totally convenient to my favorite snorkel beach, Kahalu'u Beach Park, and stores and restaurants. One of the best things about this condo is Knutson Property Rental company. I had a few minor challenges and they were all fixed the same day. Not only that, an agent met me at the property when I checked in with fruit, coffee, flowers, and help to make sure everything was working well.I hope to stay here again. It is perfect!

Quiet condo with a spectacular view

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a lovely and spacious condo off the fairway of the 18th hole of the Kona Country club. The property is great, very quiet, access to 3 pools and a wonderful lanai with a view over the golf course down to Keauhou Bay and the ocean. It has 2 bedrooms as well as hide-a-beds in the living room and on the lanai. The private bbq is very convenient and the heat pump kept the unit nice and cool when the breeze wasn't enough. We were there for just over 3 weeks and loved every minute.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental was fine, biggest complaint is the noise from the unit above. They must not have carpeting, you can hear every thing they drop, dragging chairs...from the crack of dawn till midnight. Their privacy screen hits the metal railing and the sound reverberates into the unit! Second is the carpet-it is beyond it's life-stained horribly. It SHOULD be replaced or removed! The fan blades and glass globes could use a good cleaning.The beds and linens were excellent. The kitchen could use a few more items to make it nicer (popcorn popper, airfryer). Marathon toilet paper is the worse-spring for a better brand. Garage stations have better.The light above the outside door wasn't working when we arrived-it took a week to get fixed.

Great property! Great managment company!

Even from before the time we arrived at the property the management company was very responsive and communicated very well with us! The property was exactly as described. The kitchen was fully stocked and there was even things we did not expect like laundry soap and dishwasher detergent. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is my second time staying in this condo - and it is my all-time favorite place to stay in the 10+ yearly visits to the Big Island. The condo is very comfortable - it seems the owners have thought of everything, from re-usable shopping bags to storage containers in the kitchen, to a great hose on the lanai to wash off snorkel gear. I spent alot of time on the lanai, looking at the sunset, enjoying meals, rocking in the very comfortable lanai furniture. I also enjoyed the living room - with lovely recliner chairs perfect for reading.The property location is perfect, with an expansive ocean view, a very short drive to the wonderful Keauhou Shopping Center (KTA, Longs, and good Italian, Japanese, Thai, and other restaurants). It is also just a few minutes from my favorite snorkel beach, Kahalu'u Beach Park. The condo was very clean and well maintained, and the manager, Blake, was awesome in terms of customer service. I emailed him a couple of times after hours with non-urgent questions, and he got back to me within minutes!I totally recommend this property, and hope to return in 2023. wonderful stay for two weeks

Reviewer Comments: we had a wonderful vacation. everything we needed to cook many of our meals. accomodations were excellent for us. beautiful lanai and beach chairs for our trips to Kua Beach. comfortable bed and linens. 100% recommed and would love to visit again. pool was also perfect setting. grill on the lanai and perfect place for meals at night and breakfast in the am

Home away from home

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed for 2 weeks and it was a great stay. Great location, close to Kona which is where we wanted to be, and had a great view. Condo was very clean with lots of room. Our only negative was the issue with the master bathroom hot water, but Knutson & Associates sent someone out right away and kept us updated on the repairs. It wasn’t resolved while we were there but we figured out how to get hot water (no one could run any water at all while someone was in the master shower). Other than that it was a fantastic stay and hope to stay again in the future.
