This property is amazing. The air conditioner was great in the hot weather and it came equipped with everything possible you can think of. If you forgot anything on your trip this place has it somewhere available for you. We really appreciate it snorkeling gear, and all the cookware as we ate in a lot. I couldn’t recommend staying here enough. It was also super convenient to have a washer and dryer.

This home was in a fantastic location for snorkeling, beaches, and generally exploring the island. Views from the lanai were lovely. Pool and grill area were great. If we were on the big island, we would rent here again.

Wonderful apartment on the third/last floor with a beautiful view of the ocean and the property from the lanai. Perfect for 3 adults and 3 kids. Well equipped kitchen, laundry in the apartment and beach and pool stuff (chairs, boogie boards, etc.).Great communication with the host as well. Easy check in and late check out (very helpful). Wish we could stay longer.Great location, already miss my morning runs. A few minutes drive to downtown Kona and walkable distance to a coffee place, fruit/veggie stand and so on. Thank you so much for hosting us!

AMAZING RENTAL

Location and property was incredible, our first time to Kona and this property made it extremely easy, nearly everything you need for the family and beach is already in the unit! Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone!

Amazing place!!

We enjoyed the stay more then expected, the unit itself is in a great location! It's close to the water, garbage cans and pool. Plus an amazing view and close to restaurant's. Highly recommend to anyone else and would stay here in the future.

Nice condo, with lots of amenities. Very communicative, and really lovely people. Beds were comfortable, and the kitchen well stocked. Thoroughly enjoyed and 100% would stay here again. The location is perfect- close to all the restaurants, and also close to magic sands beach and a few other good snorkeling spots. Also, close to the airport.

We loved staying at this condo. It was very close to town and had everything our group needed. We especially loved the grill downstairs. -Short 10min walk to the beach -lots of beach gear supplied -plenty of pots,pans,plates,cups

Visiting from Wisconsin

We loved everything about our stay in Hawaii. The location of this property is perfect, our kids enjoyed the pool, we watched sunsets from lava rocks, check in and communication with the host was easy and quick. We would certainly return again!

Pool, hot tub, grounds, and sunsets over the ocean were great. It was great to have the use of the beach towels, cooler, boogie boards etc. The only complaint would be the wifi was just terrible, we didn't come for the Internet but it was frustrating to even try and look up restaurants and stuff.

Great location. Beautiful sunsets on the volcanic rock by the ocean. The gas grills were very nice. The kitchen was well equipped. Plenty of parking. It is a 3rd floor appartement with no elevator.

Loved the location. Loved the view. Condo is in great condition and was perfect for my family. It has everything you need for a great stay on the big island. Chad and Laurie were helpful and accommodating, going above and beyond.
