Great Vacation Home

Overall 10/10 The pictures on the listing match the home. Great area and community. Communication with the property owner was superior. Only recommendation I can think of is providing more than two trash bags, especially during the holiday time. Place was cozy and peaceful. Water was always hot! I do not have any negative comments. Thank you Renee for your hospitality!

Wonderful place for a Disney trip as a family

We just returned for a wonderful stay here. We were there for 10 nights and it's convenient location let us explore and enjoy Disney, Universal, and Kennedy space center. My young children (ages 6 and 4) absolutely loved this house as did we! The owner was so accommodating, responsive, and helpful. She was prompt with answering questions and was always friendly and helpful. The community and location were wonderful. We enjoyed the pool and the fact that we could park so close to the property. I have stayed on Disney grounds for years and always hated walking forever to my hotel room, this was so much better. The only problem was that we spent so much time at the parks we didn't get to fully enjoy all this place had to offer because we were so tired (pool, arcade, games, and even a video game console). Oh well I guess we will just have to come back.

Highly recommend!

We just loved this rental. It’s an end unit on the 4th floor which is perfect, and looks over water filled with lily pads…and we were so lucky to actually hear a gator from our balcony - how cool is that! Very quiet otherwise 😋 The unit is beautiful and the beds are very comfortable. The pool was also wonderful. We would definitely stay here again 🥰 Thanks, Barb and Tony from Canada

Awesome and comfy vacation

Loved our condo! Renee and Bianca were great to work with, very responsive, and a joy to rent from! The condo was a great home away from home for us and everything was in pristine condition. Location of the unit was also just steps from the pool. We will definitely rent again from Renee in Windsor Mouse House!

MAGICAL!

The Windsor Mouse House was nothing short of exceptional! It was very clean, decorated very lovely, updated inculding a Keurig machine ( I know this may seem so small to be excited about, but so excited about this!), wonderful communication. Renee is an exceptional property owner and her property Manager, Bianca, was amazing too! They both wanted us to feel at home and make the experience as magical as possible. Thank you so much for a wonderful visit, We will definitely rent from again! Giving all the Disney magical stars I can to Windsor Mouse House, Renee, and Bianca!!!!

Fabulous 25th Anniversary!

We took our three sons to Walt Disney World for our 25th wedding anniversary celebration and stayed at this property. It was absolutely awesome! We truly felt at home and would definitely come back again because it was so comfortable, clean, beautifully decorated and convenient to everything we needed. Renee was so unbelievably attentive to any questions that we had. She helped us understand parking at Disney and gave us advice for that! We give this stay 5+ stars!!!

This condo had everything you needed

This condo was great! Inside it was cleaned perfectly. I was impressed. The furnishings were great. Many items for kids to play with. Had plenty of dishes and cookware . The owners answered questions quickly when arose and they were on vacation themselves! The resort had a fabulous water park area and the employees were so patient and kind to the kids. The pool, theatre and playgrounds were a big plus. We only had one problem but with complex and beyond owners control. The trash pickup each day wasn’t being picked up. Notified the office and owner. I understand it was a contractual issue going on. Other than that we would definitely stay here again. Thank you for sharing your condo.

Great condo !!!

The condo is close to the pool and water park. You can also relax on the balcony and see the pond. It’s very peaceful! They have everything you could possibly need … stroller, high chair, cooler. We were blown away. The condo was very clean and beautifully decorated Disney!!

Great place to stay

Host was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. This condo was clean and worked for us. She had a booster highchair which worked. We noticed she has several things that would be accommodating for some. Ask before you bring bigger items.

Great Condo in Windsor Hills in close vicinity to the pool area

This was our family's first VRBO experience and the owner Renee was so helpful in answering all of our questions. Her communication is exactly what you want from an owner; very timely; very detailed, and she provides helpful tips you may not even think of. She was especially helpful in dealing with setting up a crib delivery from a baby rental company. The crib was set up before we arrived, hassle-free. The location is great! It's about a 25 minute drive from the Orlando (MCO) airport and within 15 minutes of Disney Springs and Magic Kingdom. We didn't visit other Disney parks on this trip but all were within close vicinity of the Condo. The kids water area is great for kids of all ages. Nice little to medium sized water slides and splash pad. The main pool area is large enough to not feel too crowded. Everything is the common areas was very clean and well maintained. The one playground we visited was very good too; new equipment, well shaded by trees. Just make sure to read the rental agreement on what will be provided and what you may need to bring to make your stay as enjoyable as ours! Thanks Renee! -Brent

Everything You Could Think Of!

The unit was clean and exactly like the photos. So many little extras like a tent for the kids and a rolling cooler. No issues checking in. Loved all the amenities in the complex.

Great Stay, Close to Disney

Unit is just as described, met expectations. On top floor, great views. Able to view New Year's Eve fireworks from balcony. Extremely close to pool and clubhouse. Short walk to playground. Our kids enjoyed our time very much. Ample parking. Easy drive to Disney. Will stay again.

Very nice condo that's incredibly close to all Disney parks. The only issue we had, and it's not just this condo, but owners or property managers restricting use of the thermostat. My family sleeps with it cool and cannot sleep when it is over 68-70 degrees and too many owners think that when you rent a condo you somehow are not renting the HVAC unit. After an email to the owner we were able to get the unit set at a comfortable temperature.
