TILLGÄNGLIG JULI 1, 2018

Detta är en totalrenoverad 2-sovrum END-enhet (ett slutet sovrum och ett loft sovrum) i byggnad 2 av Maui Vista Condominium komplex. Tillsammans med nya allt finns det en vacker havsutsikt! Eftersom det är en slutenhet finns det ett extra fönster i vardagsrummet, och sovrumsfönstret ligger på sidan av byggnaden i stället för den potentiellt bullriga gångväg. Loftet badrum och dusch är mycket bekvämare eftersom de utvidgades i storlek jämfört med de ursprungliga enheterna.

Bilderna visar enheten oftast komplett med inredning som kommer i början av juni och den kommer att finnas tillgänglig för bokningar den 1 juli 2018. Det kommer att finnas en ny king size-säng i sovrummet och en queen size-säng på loftet. Dessutom kommer en queen size-utdragbar soffa rymma ytterligare gäster i vardagsrummet.

Köket är fullt utrustat med alla typiska bekvämligheter, en ny tvättmaskin och torktumlare har installerats, och strandstolar / paraply, boogiebrädor och tennisracketar kommer att vara tillgängliga för användning.

Det mest fantastiska kristallklara vattnet och en av de vackraste stränderna (Charley Young / Kamaole I) ligger tvärs över gatan ... en 2 minuters promenad.

Denna enhet är svår att slå, och är kanske den bästa enheten på Maui Vista! Sade jag Ocean View?

Great location and great views. The air conditioning worked great. The location was walking distance to many local eating spots. A beautiful beach was a 5 minute walk. It is definitely a more local feel than a resort (which we loved).

We very much enjoyed the condo, it was very nicely furnished and once we “ baby proofed” to avoid damage to the decor we could relax while there. Excellent location near beach and snorkeling all the amenities. Loved it

Wonderful family girls reunion trip.

The 3 sleeping spaces, 2 bathrooms, great kitchen and lovely balcony made it so pleasant and easy to be together and enjoy our time. Great central location for exploring the island. So close to beautiful sandy beaches for a swim or sunset. Groceries, food trucks and variety of restaurants were also conveniently located and made meals a no fuss breeze. The complex and neighborhood felt safe and friendly. We will definitely be back!

This was the best family vacation! Two adults and a 9 and 4 year old stayed here. The location to the beach was great, an easy five minute walk. Other beaches were also easily accessible with just a 10-15 minute drive. The house was updated, clean and had what we needed. The pool was also used for nightly swims before bed. When I had questions for the owner, I received an immediate text response back that resolved the issue. Would stay here again!

Pros- The unit had an ocean view from the lanai, and was a very close walk to the beach. There was a good amount of beach gear which was a nice touch. Kitchen had plenty of dishes. There was soap and shampoo and conditioner in the unit. There was a pool, but we didn’t use it. The decor was cute.Cons- It was not listed anywhere in listing that the AC had to be turned off when not in the home or in the bedroom. It was very hot when got there, and every time we came back to the unit. I specifically looked for a place with AC, so this was frustrating. I was told about this close to our vacation date, so I couldn’t cancel and find somewhere else. There were little black bugs that were crawling on me when I was on the couch. I reached out to the owner but could not get a picture (as requested) because the bugs were too fast. I didn’t hear back after that for a couple days. I avoided sitting on the couch the whole time because of that, which made it uncomfortable to watch TV or anything.

Perfect Maui condo!

We have stayed in 5 different units in Maui Vista - Tim & Gretchen’s unit is by far the best one we’ve had the pleasure of using. Building 2 is the best location (away from the road noise) and the views of the ocean are exactly as advertised. You can have breakfast on the lanai while watching the boats in Molokini. The condo has everything you could possibly need for a beach outing. This is the first time we didn’t visit a rental shop for any beach gear. The of the beds were extremely comfortable. All in all, we hope we are able to stay here again! Mahalo!

Wonderful Property & Great Location

This Maui Vista unit is a great spot to make your home base. It is walking distance to beaches, meals and drinks. The unit offers top-notch views. We spent many hours on the lanai watching the sunsets. Everything is clean, lovely, and quiet. The two bedrooms and two bathrooms offer privacy. Towels are thick and thirsty. The kitchen is nicely outfitted - if you want to cook - easy to do. For questions, the hosts are quickly reachable. I would encourage those of you trying to decide between units, to select this one if you are looking for a unit to enhance your Hawaiian experience. 5* overall.

Cute condo, better for couples/adults

Condo Pros: -location is across the street from great beach -location is close to everything in Kihei -while pool is small, it was perfect for our family -no issue finding parking -having a washer and dryer was great, especially with kids -manager got back to us in a timely manner when we had problems getting the AC on upon check in -would be great for a couple or families with teenage children Cons: -condo was very stuffy/dusty and hot when we first got there -AC in bedroom didn’t work well to cool down the room, also said it needed to be cleaned when we “checked in” -dryer doesn’t work well, takes several times to actually dry clothes 100% -downstairs bedroom felt dusty -not the best for small children due to stairs, decor and not having any necessities such as pack and play, high chair etc.

Went to Maui to escape…

Absolutely beautiful condo!!! The main bedroom downstairs is a really good size with dressers and a huge closet and plenty of room to walk around. The bathroom downstairs is big and plenty of room for your stuff!!! Kitchen/great room was perfect to play games and watch some TV. ONLY thing, I wish there was another big chair in the living room because there is only a couch, but that’s not a deal breaker!! Kitchen is completely stocked with everything you need!!! A few spices too!! Patio was beautiful with great views of the sunset and ocean. Upstairs loft was big and had curtains around the stairwell for privacy. Bathroom upstairs was big too!! Pool and barbecue areas were clean and very enjoyable!! The entire complex was super clean and quiet!! This is a great location. The entrance to the beach is just downstairs and across the street!!! Walking distance to ABC store and many other restaurants and stores!!! Plenty of parking!! There are carts for luggage and groceries!! The condo has beach chairs, beach towels, snorkel gear, and beach umbrellas!! There are games in the cabinet under the TV, we left Yahtzee and two UNO games!! Tim and Gretchen are absolutely wonderful and have awesome communication!! The condo is completely updated and remodeled!! Washer and dryer are in the unit so you can wash beach towels!! Plenty of extra towels!!! There were 4 adults and a 4 month old and it was plenty of space!!! We would definitely book here again!!!

Varför värden valde detta boende

We have explored all of the islands, and Maui has always been our favorite. Maui Vista was a regular vacation spot, so when a top-floor, end-unit became available, we couldn't pass up the opportunity for this gem. We also have stayed in all three buildings, and building 2 is our favorite, as it seems much closer to the beach than building 3, but without the constant road noise of building 1.

Maui Vista is nicely situated in a central location, close to shopping and restaurants to the north and south, along with an easy walk to either the beach or to surfing at The Cove, Kalama Park.
