You’re right that the property is in an area prone to occasional flooding — the flood gates are in place for that reason. We’ll update the listing to make the flood risk, potential pool closures after storm runoff, and the lack of an on‑site generator clearer so future guests can plan accordingly. Trip insurance is a wise call for situations like this. I apologize the roof leaked and the power was out for several days. Maintenance has been alerted to assess and repair the roof and to perform an electrical inspection. We’ll also follow up with the HOA about generator options and faster storm response where possible. Thank you for letting us know about the firm twin mattresses and the limited laundry availability. We’ll inspect the mattress condition and evaluate mattress toppers or replacements, and we’re arranging repairs and better scheduling for the on‑site machines so housekeeping use doesn’t unduly limit guest access.
