Long Beach Resort in Panama City Beach, Florida, will be undergoing exterior renovations starting on August 18, 2025, and which are expected to be completed by April 2026. Materials for this project will be delivered on August 4th. The setup for the renovation will be August 04-18, and the renovation will begin on August 18th. This project is a pre-planned renovation by the Home Ownersâ Association and its management which The includes repairs to balconies and building exteriors. Guests may experience disruptions, including noise associated with the renovation, limited access to some areas and pools, and temporary changes to entryways. All heated pools are closed October 20-November 28, 2025. Beach access and condo entry will remain available throughout the project. Rates have been reduced for the renovation period.

This 2-bedroom condo is at the Long Beach Resort, located in Tower 1 on the 5th floor. Parking is in front of the tower. Two beach chairs with an umbrella are included in the rental March 1 through October 31.
This condo has key-less entry. YOUR REQUESTED NUMBER OF CAR PASSES WILL BE IN THE CONDO ON THE DATE OF CHECK IN. YOU WILL RECEIVE EMAIL NOTIFICATION WITH YOUR DOOR CODE AND ACCESS INSTRUCTIONS PRIOR TO YOUR STAY. The door code email is sent to the guest's personal email address used to book the condo. There are (6) pool bands in the condo.

There are charcoal grills at the east end of Tower 1 and the west end of Tower 4.
We know you don't come to the beach to cook, but should you choose to dine in, the kitchen is well stocked The condo seats 6 at the dining table and 3 at the breakfast bar.
