Fantastiskt stranden hem hem! Det hÀr bryr sig om hemfunktioner. Den öppna planlösningen har höga tak och stort flöde frÄn köket till det stora rummet och in i matsalen. BefÀlhavaren svit har stor garderob, ett stort bad och det finns tvÄ underbara östlÀge tÀckta verandor.

Always fun at Butler beach

Another great stay with our host Dave. We have been coming to Butler Beach for many years. Pool was great for our grandkids. An added bonus this year, one of our daughters got engaged at the beach!! Will be here again for sure.

Only problem was that the beds were super uncomfortable. We were like Goldilocks trying them all out and they were all terrible. I’ll never understand why expensive properties don’t invest in comfortable beds!

Family Vacation

We enjoyed our time at Butler Beach. The house was great and the swimming pool just made the stay perfect. We all enjoyed afternoon pool time to cool off after being on the beach each morning and the pool is shaded in the afternoon which was perfect!

Relaxing Beach Retreat

My family stayed for a week
we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home was spacious enough for everyone to have space to spread out and relax. The kids loved the pool and adults relaxed in the evening in the hot tub. With just a short walk to the beach we went daily. Sunrise in the morning watching the dolphins feed was my favorite time. The coffee shop just down the street “kookaburra” has a fantastic brew! The kitchen was perfectly equipped for a nice meal at the house with a glass of wine. We love the area and looking forward to another visit hopefully soon.

Fun Time With Family

We really enjoyed being able to be together as a family. It was great sitting on the screened porch and watching the kids in the pool. The pool is long and narrow, but our teenagers enjoyed it. The house was nice and we slept well. The accommodations were good for the nine of us.

Great Location

Property is awesome for a big group. Walking distance to the beach was a huge plus. Dishwasher didn’t work and a gate didn’t work which could have been bad if someone wasn’t inside and did have the code memorized. Over all is was a great experience.

Family Vacation

We stayed during Memorial Day weekend with 3 families. There was plenty of space for all of us to relax without feeling cramped. The pool was a perfect size for our kids and adults to relax in! The other thing is neighbors are a little close but it didn't bother us because we stayed in or were out at the pool/beach when they were out. Very quiet neighborhood and close to restaurants. Perfect location!

Fantastic Stay

We had a great time with our family. The house was roomy and clean inside and had everything we needed. It was a short walk to the beach, which was nice. About 15 minutes to downtown St Augustine which was perfect for us. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub with our babies. All bedrooms are upstairs except the bunk bed, which is in a cubby downstairs (not much privacy for that one). The big table was great for family game nights and dinners. We would definitely stay here again. We have already booked another trip in one of their other properties!

What a week

What a great week at this vacation rental. From the house to the scenery, it was magnificent. A rather relaxing pool and tub in the back, or a 3 minute walk to miles of beautiful beach, the choice is yours. Our stay surpassed our expectations in every facet of the game, from beginning to end. The property manager was incredibly attentive, answering an question or inquiries in a matter of minutes. If anyone is looking for a rental in St Augustine area, this should arise to the top of your list.

Enjoyable vacation house

This was a great place to stay for our family of 8 --a 1-yr old, a 4&5 yr old, 4 parents and a grandmother all found areas of the house enjoyable. The pool provided hours of fun, the beach was not crowded, though the walk there was more like 8+ minutes with the children. The owner was very responsive and the ping pong table was a great hit. Water pressure varied, some beds were soft and noisy, and there were issues with the pool -sometimes we had to fill the pool and the hot tub just heated the whole pool and never got hot enough itself. Bring your own beach equipment and body wash, but the owner provided enough laundry and dishwasher soap for the 4 days we were there. We would come back again.

The house was clean perfect for us! Enjoyed the Ping pong and heated pool! Close to the beach. It rained and washed dirt and debris into the pool. Someone stopped by and looked at the pool but did not clean the pool. My husband cleaned the pool. We live in very safe neighborhoods at home and leave our cars unlocked. 2 of the cars were left unlocked and ALOT was taken the night before we checked out. This is why the 2 stars on location & neighborhood🙃

The home was perfect for our family of 6 adults and 5 children. The pool was a great plus and our littles loved it. The location is perfect. It's close to everything you need, but in a location where it's almost as if you have your own private beach. The walk to the beach is short and easy. You will need assistance with any carts of beach items you have though because the boardwalk does have some steps. Not a hard thing though. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was very well stocked, and there was plenty of room for the kids to play and for everyone to have their own space. Lots of places for family time as well. We will definitely be back!

The place is lovely, when we first arrived we were checking things out, taking pics of this lovely place. The large bedroom upstairs has a step down that I never saw. I was carrying things in my hands and fell completely down in the floor. Thank God it didn't hurt me bad, but it could have being I'am 64 years old and have been struggling with sciatica for a few months now. I asked them to please put a sign of some sort letting people know about the step down so Nobody gets hurt. Thank you again for this rental property I gave you five stars because we loved it, clean and well kept, we had a great time!!

This house was very cozy and spacious with plenty of beds for everyone. Everything was nearby including beach access, grocery stores, eatery’s and down town St. Augustine.

Butler Beach

Our stay here was fine. The house is somewhat dated and the first floor kitchen and family room feel a little dark and cavernous. The second floor is very spacious; there are plenty of beds and bedrooms which makes this a good choice for families. The location is good; I love this part of the St Augustine Beach area because the beach is not too busy. Overall the pictures do the house justice so what you see is what you get. Would recommend to those who are OK with an old beach house vibe and don’t need the newest, fanciest place.
