TvĂ„ stora avskĂ€rmade verandor och stora dĂ€ck för utomhusaktiviteter. Huset har tvĂ„ TV-apparater - en stor i vardagsrummet med kabel och en mindre tv i ett av de översta sovrummen med Netflix.

Fantastiskt stranden hem hem! Det hÀr bryr sig om hemfunktioner. Den öppna planlösningen har höga tak och stort flöde frÄn köket till det stora rummet och in i matsalen. BefÀlhavaren svit har stor garderob, ett stort bad och det finns tvÄ underbara östlÀge tÀckta verandor.

Only problem was that the beds were super uncomfortable. We were like Goldilocks trying them all out and they were all terrible. I’ll never understand why expensive properties don’t invest in comfortable beds!

The home was perfect for our family of 6 adults and 5 children. The pool was a great plus and our littles loved it. The location is perfect. It's close to everything you need, but in a location where it's almost as if you have your own private beach. The walk to the beach is short and easy. You will need assistance with any carts of beach items you have though because the boardwalk does have some steps. Not a hard thing though. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was very well stocked, and there was plenty of room for the kids to play and for everyone to have their own space. Lots of places for family time as well. We will definitely be back!

The place is lovely, when we first arrived we were checking things out, taking pics of this lovely place. The large bedroom upstairs has a step down that I never saw. I was carrying things in my hands and fell completely down in the floor. Thank God it didn't hurt me bad, but it could have being I'am 64 years old and have been struggling with sciatica for a few months now. I asked them to please put a sign of some sort letting people know about the step down so Nobody gets hurt. Thank you again for this rental property I gave you five stars because we loved it, clean and well kept, we had a great time!!

Butler Beach

Our stay here was fine. The house is somewhat dated and the first floor kitchen and family room feel a little dark and cavernous. The second floor is very spacious; there are plenty of beds and bedrooms which makes this a good choice for families. The location is good; I love this part of the St Augustine Beach area because the beach is not too busy. Overall the pictures do the house justice so what you see is what you get. Would recommend to those who are OK with an old beach house vibe and don’t need the newest, fanciest place.

Always fun at Butler beach

Another great stay with our host Dave. We have been coming to Butler Beach for many years. Pool was great for our grandkids. An added bonus this year, one of our daughters got engaged at the beach!! Will be here again for sure.

Relaxing Beach Retreat

My family stayed for a week
we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home was spacious enough for everyone to have space to spread out and relax. The kids loved the pool and adults relaxed in the evening in the hot tub. With just a short walk to the beach we went daily. Sunrise in the morning watching the dolphins feed was my favorite time. The coffee shop just down the street “kookaburra” has a fantastic brew! The kitchen was perfectly equipped for a nice meal at the house with a glass of wine. We love the area and looking forward to another visit hopefully soon.

House was very roomy, property manager responded quickly. Nice and close to a great beach. There were a few minor fixes to do but they came promptly. It was chilly and we asked for more and someone was over in a couple of hours. Great house for family get togethers. House felt very comfortable

Fun At the Beach

My family had a great time at this property. Plenty of room, loved the hot tub and the close proximity to the beach. Lots to do in St Augustine! There were a few issues which were promptly resolved. Good communication. My only suggestion is a deep cleaning to floors and woodwork.

Beautiful place

Me and my family have a great time. The house is big and comfortable for all of us.The beach was a walking distance and you can even see it thru the second floor balcony. We didn’t have any inconveniences. If we decided to visit saint Augustine again we definitely rent here again, we love it!

Perfect by the beach

It was excellent, very well instructed. 5 min walk to the beach. Spacious. Does need enough beach towels for amount of people staying on property that it allows, there were only 6 when we registered 10, but that truly is the only complaint.. it was an amazing property, with amazing hosts!

Great Location

Property is awesome for a big group. Walking distance to the beach was a huge plus. Dishwasher didn’t work and a gate didn’t work which could have been bad if someone wasn’t inside and did have the code memorized. Over all is was a great experience.
