Fantastiskt stranden hem hem! Detta hem ligger pÄ östra sidan av A1A, sÄ Àr det en kort tre minuters promenad till stranden utan att behöva korsa nÄgra större vÀgar eller trafik. Den har en helt inhÀgnad bakgÄrd med en tÀckt back veranda.
Denna vÀlskötta hem har fem sovrum, tvÄ fulla bad och ett halvt bad. Den öppna planlösningen har höga tak och stort flöde frÄn köket till det stora rummet och in i matsalen. Vardagsrummet har en stor TV med kabel service och WiFi. BefÀlhavaren svit har en stor garderob, ett stort badrum, har ocksÄ en TV och har en underbar östlÀge tÀckt veranda.

Amazing place

I would absolutely recommend this place! So spacious, everything in working order and GREAT communication with the owners. Loved the pool and hot tub. Beach, shopping and restaurants all close by. One of the best vacations ever!

The property really needs a good deep clean. The baseboards and decor were dusty. There were cobwebs in the corners. Pillows were very flat. Beds very comfortable. No ceiling fans in downstairs bedrooms. They only give you a few rolls of toilet paper and then you have to supply your own. Very nice neighborhood and drive way was good for parking 3 large trucks.

Great house!

This house was perfect for our annual beach trip to Butler Beach. It was a short walk where the teenagers could walk to and from the beach while we stayed out. It was clean. The beds were so comfortable. I loved the open area with the kitchen and living room. The pool door had extra locks, which was a huge plus for us with a special needs kiddo. Thank you for a great week!

Family vacation for spring break

We liked everything about this place, except it is not right on the beach that we hoped for. It is about 2 blocks away and 4-5 mins. walk to the beach. Beach is top quality and the neighborhood is very nice and quiet. Historic St Augustine downtown is about 10 mins drive. Close to nice restaurants and excellent coffee shops.

Family vacation

We traveled from MA and meet up with family who live in a few different FL locations.Beautiful and roomy home to be able to spend time with family.House was clean and comfortable. Short walk to the beach. About 20 min drive to St Augustine.Elkhouse eatery and Violas, great restaurants nearby.

Ladies beach trip

Great house with plenty of space and rooms for our group of 8. Walk to the beach was so close and convenient. Pool and hot tub were an added bonus. Also convenience to Publix and restaurants was very nice. Host was very responsive. Would definitely stay again.

Beach Wedding

The house worked out perfectly for a busy week of sight seeing, kayaking, playing on the beach, and most importantly the wedding activities. St Augustine is a friendly town for dinning and shopping while taking in its history.

Butler Beach Love

Loved the location, neighborhood, beach and pool! The layout of the house was great and comfortable. Can tell the owners are working at updating the house as they can. It does need a good, deep cleaning--baseboards, the structural beam over the living/dining areas, around the washer and dryer, etc. Do feel they could afford some nice kitchen and beach towels--they were almost threadbare. And enough bath/hand towels and washcloths to cover the twelve people they say they can accommodate. Overall we had a great time on this trip. St. Augustine is amazing.

So much fun and great location!

Great house with plenty of space! The kids (and adults) absolutely loved the pool! Short walk to the beach and short drive into historic St Augustine. The fort is a must see! There are grocery stores right close by, as well as many restaurant options. We all agreed we would stay here again! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Babies' 1st Beach Trip - SUCCESS

The house was very nice. Loved the pool and only a short walk to the beach. The 10-month-old babies loved the space to crawl around. Would have been nice to have a shower on the main level but wasn't a big deal for us being in good shape, was able to climb stairs.

Great family home

We stayed to celebrate 4 birthdays. Everything from contact with owners and everything was wonderful. It’s a must stay. Shirt walk to the beach, saw lots of turtles. Great home for families. Close to what we wanted to do as well.

Great Vacation Location

We had a wonderful, relaxing stay in this great home. Our family of 5 adults and 2 kids had plenty of room. David is a very responsive host. We had a couple of questions and he responded immediately. We will definitely plan a return trip in the future. Home is very close to the beach and many restaurants. A short trip to downtown Old St. Augustine.

Best Vacation Yet!

I must agree with most reviews of this house I have read. Clean and Spacious Comfy and Well Equipped We were only a group of 5, but the proximity to the beach and the historic part of town made this house perfect for us! We have stayed in many vacation homes, and this one is now on the top of our list of houses we would like to return to.

Siblings reunion in St. Augustine, Florida

This was the most memorable vacation of our lifetime! My siblings and I range in age from 57 to 74. The seven of us reunited under the same roof together for a week stay in this beautiful home. It is conveniently located to a private beach, all shopping needs, wonderful restaurants and all the amenities you would need. We enjoyed the wonderful pool and spa and created priceless memories together. The host was always available to us. Would definitely recommend this home for your vacation.

Fall Break Beach vacation

The house was great. The walk to the beach was not long or difficult. The pool was nice but not used as much as we would have liked because of weather. We had 8 adults and three children so a full bath downstairs would have helped. Overall a great stay that I would recommend!

Easy walk to beach in a great area;pool and pool area well designed;pantry layout excellent for easy selection of our foods. But there was not enough silverware (resorted to plastic) or towels; the dryer took way too long to dry things; one of the bedroom doors on 1st floor level didn't close and old grill should be removed as it's location is safety hazard.

Great house, close to beach

This house was perfect for our stay. The children loved the pool. The house was only 2 blocks from the beach and if the weather had been a little better would have been enjoyed a lot more. House was spotless. Only 2 downsides, my elderly parents can’t do stairs, so we made sure to find out if their were downstairs bedrooms. But I forgot to ask about bathrooms. The only bathroom downstairs was a half bath. Issue 2, we were a group of 10, and I was surprised to read on the website that the house was only fitted with 10 wash rags for baths. If the house can sleep 10, it should have minimum supplies for 10. Luckily I only live 2 hrs away and it was easy to bring wash clothes of my own. Also found other supplies like trash bags and dishwasher soap a bit sparse. If I was flying to visit St Augustine and staying more than a few days, I would be put off by having to use my luggage space or money to supply these items especially considering the cost of these rentals.

Comfortable rental that feels homey

We enjoyed our stay in St Augustine and liked the location and overall disposition of the house. I thought it was better in person than the pictures. Some improvements: Bathrooms could be in better shape,master bath had some grime on tiles and there was a water stain from previous leak around the toilet. I am particular about bathrooms as mine at home is spotless so if you’ve got that same hang up this is something that can be improved. The second bathroom shower had same grime issue. The downstairs half bathroom was in great condition seemingly new. Pluses: Only two blocks tot he beach, was a beautiful beach where the dog can run around Fenced in yard â˜ș Tons of space for everyone to spread out! Well equipped kitchen better than most rentals I’ve stayed in, in fact we made our whole thanksgiving meal and wanted for nothing. Some tips: If you’re renting during a cold month as we did ,don’t request for the pool to be heated , just doesn’t get warm enough when it’s too cold outside and should have gone with the property managers recommendation to only have the hot tub heated as it only allows you to have one or the other not both items heated. Overall: liked our stay as it was spacious, clean throughout and kitchen was a good layout and had everything our family needed. Good location about 15-30 mins to downtown, so close to the beach and if you’re in for warmer months I’m sure you’d love the pool.
