Fantastiskt stranden hem hem! Detta hem ligger på östra sidan av A1A, så är det en kort tre minuters promenad till stranden utan att behöva korsa några större vägar eller trafik. Den har en helt inhägnad bakgård med en täckt back veranda.
Denna välskötta hem har fem sovrum, två fulla bad och ett halvt bad. Den öppna planlösningen har höga tak och stort flöde från köket till det stora rummet och in i matsalen. Vardagsrummet har en stor TV med kabel service och WiFi. Befälhavaren svit har en stor garderob, ett stort badrum, har också en TV och har en underbar östläge täckt veranda.

Du hittar fiskare, cyklister när tidvattnet återkommer, vandrare, surfare, kite boarders, skalsamlare, och naturligtvis solbadare! St. Augustines centrum, bara 10 minuter norr, är den äldsta, vackra staden i Florida ... och Amerika för den delen! Det är värd restauranger, fantastiska historiska kyrkor, några av de finaste konstgallerierna och en myriad av eleganta boutiqueaffärer. Den första fredagen i varje månad har en Art Walk, där vissa gallerier även serverar förfriskningar och är öppna på kvällen. När du går kullerstensgator har du möjlighet att utforska historia runt omkring dig, och hör ofta kyrkklockor. Du kan se sikt genom häst- och buggy eller vagnsturer, eller bara shoppa tills du släpper! Du kommer att vilja återvända år efter år!

We enjoyed our stay! The beach is a few short blocks and the fenced in backyard and pool were great for our family. The grill was nice for when we wanted to eat in (bring your own grill tools) and there are plenty of restaurants nearby as well. The management was communicative and easy to work with. Would book again!

Amazing place

I would absolutely recommend this place! So spacious, everything in working order and GREAT communication with the owners. Loved the pool and hot tub. Beach, shopping and restaurants all close by. One of the best vacations ever!

Great house!

This house was perfect for our annual beach trip to Butler Beach. It was a short walk where the teenagers could walk to and from the beach while we stayed out. It was clean. The beds were so comfortable. I loved the open area with the kitchen and living room. The pool door had extra locks, which was a huge plus for us with a special needs kiddo. Thank you for a great week!

Family Vacay

Had the whole family drive down to St.Augustine for a week and stayed in Villa Elena! The house was clean and close enough to the beach that we walked there every day! Took a quick drive (under 20 min) to the historic city of St.Augustine for a day trip as well. The owners were very responsive anytime we messaged them. The only issue we had that we worked through, was that the bathrooms with the showers are on the second floor even though there are 2 bedrooms downstairs, just something to consider when you assign rooms! The pool and hot tub were amazing and St.Augustine is a wonderful place to visit.

Great home for family

We had eight people stay very comfortably. Liked the house layout, especially with the pool right off the familyroom/kitchen/table area. Close walk to the beach which was beautiful and not terribly crowded at all. Would recommend!

Florida Getaway

Overall, our 5-night stay went well - I give this a rating of three out of five stars due to several factors. Let me start by saying the communication with the property manager was fantastic. David and Patti were very responsive and helpful in any way they could be. As for the cleanliness of the property, it was “pretty” clean - however we did notice there was quite a bit of dust and dirt buildup on the top of the columns and it looks like somebody had walked on top of it in the dirt. We also noticed there was a dirty tissue in the master bedroom on the floor, where the curtains are at - that looked to have blood on it.As for the location, it was a great location with a quiet neighborhood that was only a short 10 minute walk from the beach. It is located right off of A1A and is relatively close to restaurants and supermarkets.The check-in process was smooth and there were no issues.The pool was smaller than what it looked in the pictures and the house didn’t seem to be in the same condition that it was listed as in the pictures. While still a very nice house, it was just not as accurate as the pictures depicted. The mentioned charcoal grill was pretty outdated, and there was rust on it. One of the worst parts about this stay, undoubtedly were the beds. The beds were stiff and uncomfortable and made our whole experience much worse. My grandmother, 63 years old, ended up sleeping on the pullout bed in the living room because her bed was so uncomfortable in her room.

Family Stay

The property was okay. The beach was nice and a short walk. It was nice to be able to bring pets, as ours love the beach. Parts of the house were updated and that is what was seen in the pictures- pool, kitchen, bathroom vanities. The guest bathroom shower was bad (mold, different color tiles, hair on window shelf). The bathrooms badly need an update. The beds are very hard, I slept on the couch. The pool area is nice. The owners communicate well but we had the pool light on the first night and it went off on timer but someone text my daughter at 10:30, who was already in bed, to tell her the pool light was still on. I would say the stay was okay but I would not stay again. The cost outweighed the experience.on the fiuch

Family vacation for spring break

We liked everything about this place, except it is not right on the beach that we hoped for. It is about 2 blocks away and 4-5 mins. walk to the beach. Beach is top quality and the neighborhood is very nice and quiet. Historic St Augustine downtown is about 10 mins drive. Close to nice restaurants and excellent coffee shops.

Butler Beach Love

Loved the location, neighborhood, beach and pool! The layout of the house was great and comfortable. Can tell the owners are working at updating the house as they can. It does need a good, deep cleaning--baseboards, the structural beam over the living/dining areas, around the washer and dryer, etc. Do feel they could afford some nice kitchen and beach towels--they were almost threadbare. And enough bath/hand towels and washcloths to cover the twelve people they say they can accommodate. Overall we had a great time on this trip. St. Augustine is amazing.

Not worth the money

The house was backed up against A1A, which apparently is a VERY noisy busy road. The house looks very unkept outside. The floors were FILTHY. Master shower was dirty and had to clean it ourselves. The house is not sufficiently stocked with towels and extra sheets and blankets. We had to wait past check in time to get into the house due to them still cleaning up the beds. We had to pull out our own towels out of the dryer to use while we were there. Yes it’s somewhat close to the beach but not a great view with a highway behind us. The neighborhood is questionable. The inside needs updating and a good scrub down.

Great stay, location, and space

A group of girlfriends and I stayed to celebrate her upcoming wedding. The house accommodated our group perfectly. Plenty of comfy beds and space. The house was clean, easy to access, and the location was perfect. The hosts were great as well and communicated quickly with any questions we had. Quick Uber rides to downtown St Augustine, close to the beach, and great nearby restaurants.

Quick weekend trip

Fun filled weekend with great accommodations! House was very clean & maintained. Walking distance to the beach. Loved having a heated spa for the chilly evenings. Very nice hosts!

Extended Family Beach Time

We had a wonderful week at Villa Elena. We had plenty of room for eight adults and two grandchildren. We were there the week after Christmas . We had the homeowner heat the pool for the week and our adult kids and grandkids used it every day except one rainy day. It was money well spent if you are planning a stay with kids. The walk to the beach was less than five minutes. We rented baby/preschool stuff from BabyQuip. We even rented a beach buggy wagon to load the kids and beach gear. A wonderful location for a family gathering.

Family vacation

We traveled from MA and meet up with family who live in a few different FL locations.Beautiful and roomy home to be able to spend time with family.House was clean and comfortable. Short walk to the beach. About 20 min drive to St Augustine.Elkhouse eatery and Violas, great restaurants nearby.

Great house and host !

A family weekend for 8 adults. Plenty of room for dining in, cooking, games and relaxation. Easy access to beach and restaurants. Enjoyed our time and the comfort in this house. Great communication with the host. Will rebook with them again !
