The unit was cute and comfortable. The communication and response was amazing! My only complaint is there is not enough hot water for more than one person to shower. Due to the Karaoke across the street it is also very loud at night.

Thank you so much for your kind words! We truly appreciate your five-star feedback and are so glad to hear that you found the unit cute and comfortable and that our communication made your stay even better—that means the world to us. Regarding the hot water, we did have our maintenance team go out and adjust the temperature to the highest setting possible. We’ve been managing in this complex for over 15 years and have never received a complaint about hot water in this unit, and we’ve confirmed there are no issues with the system. We appreciate you bringing it to our attention so we could double-check everything. We also understand that being in a lively beach area can sometimes come with a bit of nighttime activity, especially nearby entertainment. Thank you again for your thoughtful review and for staying with us. We truly hope to host you again soon! Safe travels and all the best, Melissa 🌊

The condo itself and location was great. Our room was not clean at all. My daughter had a fake eye lash and hair in her bed. The floors were absolutely disgusting. Black feet. The couches seemed pretty dirty too.

Thank you for your feedback, and we’re glad you enjoyed the condo and location. Aqua 701 is one of the most beautiful and highest-rated properties in all of Panama City Beach, and this is the first complaint of this nature we’ve received for this unit. The floors were reported on your arrival day, and our team returned within about an hour to fully re-mop and refresh the entire space. At that point, some sand and foot traffic had already occurred, but we still completed a full re-clean to ensure everything was in great condition. We were not made aware of the bedding or couch concerns during your stay and truly wish we had known so we could have addressed those immediately. Please always reach out—we are just a call away and happy to resolve anything in real time. We want to reassure future guests that this property is maintained to the highest standards and consistently delivers a five-star experience. Thank you again, and we hope to host you again soon. 🌊

Wonderful beachfront condo

It had many years since I visited PCB & it is definitely a much nicer experience now! This condo was clean & as pictured. I would definitely stay here again. Only downside is a bit of a wait sometimes for the elevator but I guess that is to be expected in a complex this size.

Thank you Laura for sharing your experience! We're so glad to hear that your return to PCB was a great one and that the condo met your expectations. It’s wonderful to know you found everything clean and just like the photos. We appreciate your patience with the elevators—it's true that during busy times there can be a bit of a wait in larger buildings. We'd love to host you again for your next beach getaway! Thank you for the awesome 5 STAR Review! We are so happy you found it to be clean and that you had the best of times with your family and friends! The bottom deadbolt lock has not worked since they built Aqua. None of them work as we have keyless entry systems now so you have to have a special unique code to enter the unit. We also have added a deadbolt security lock to the top of the door to give you extra security. All locks work including the keyless entry system and the extra deadbolt locking system to give you maximum security and safety. Aqua is super safe but having these extra and best security devices should give all the utmost comfort when vacationing. Please remember to reach out if you have any questions so we can answer these quickly for you! We hope you will visit with us again soon! Safe travels and thank you, Melissa and Your BOOKBEACH Team

OMG!! Above & beyond our expectations!!! The agent helped us with parking concerns, we had a trailer due to transporting motorcycles. She called us before our trip to verbally go over details of check-in & then when we explained our concerns about our trailer she immediately took care of it & called us back within minutes.
