Our family loved our week spent at the Bird of Paradise! So close to walk to the beach! A lot of places to sleep. The kids loved the big variety of beach toys, and the wagon in the garage was a bonus. The two refrigerators in the kitchen was awesome! One for drinks and one for food! Would love to come back someday

The eleven in our family - grandparents, parents, children - enjoyed this spacious house with enough bedrooms and bathrooms. The second floor balcony was nice for morning coffee, the den plenty big and comfortable for family entertainment, and the dining table big enough for all of us to be together. Our host was responsive to every question and need prior to and during our stay. The short walk to the private beach, chairs and umbrellas available, beautiful aqua water and white sand really did make us think that for a few days - not enough days - we were in paradise.

Wow! What a review! You didn’t mention that we did have a couple of small things to take care of. I do try to be attentive and take care of any small problems quickly . So glad it didn’t hinder your group having a great time. Bird of Paradise doesn’t claim to be perfect but we keep striving. Do come back. I enjoyed having you and working with you.

Trisha: Thanks again for the nice review. As I think you know, I try hard for my guests to have a great time. Sorry, we did have some issues with the brand new pool heater. Glad ya'll had some good weather, even though you had to leave in somewhat not so good weather. You all were a delight. I still will pay Kenny for fixing the pottie! Sincere best wishes, Jeffry

We snowbird for the month of January 2026 with 1 couple and had guest periodically stay for a long weekend or for a week Kitchen area and living room was large and there was plenty of space. We had two maintenance issues near the end of our stay, but Jeffry called her handyman and the issues were fixed promptly. Jeffry was great to work with and communication was easy.

Glad you enjoyed Bird of Paradise. Hope you will come back. We have plans for many new upgrades for 2022, such as upgrading the bathrooms and putting new tile in the whole downstairs. The house is 3455 Sq. feet and we can't do it all in one year, but we do try to have several upgrades every year. Come back to see. Sincere best regards.
