Please enjoy our luxurious and spacious 5 bedroom private home with 4.5 baths, 11 beds, 4 covered balconies, 1 covered patio, with newly updated furnishings. All bedrooms have high ceilings, a plethora of windows providing natural light. This neighborhood is a gated community with sidewalks and just a short walk to the beach. When you arrive, the 2nd floor exterior staircase brings you to the wrap-around covered balcony with wooden rocking chairs. The living area is beautifully decorated with a comfortable large sectional sleeper sofa, swivel chair, TV, and the area is blessed with sunlight through the plantation shutters. It’s a great place to easily converse, watch a movie or curl up with your favorite book. The dining room has a gorgeous expansive table with 10 seagrass chairs and French Doors which leads to the wrap-around balcony, yet another great area to toast and create family memories. The fully equipped kitchen features a refrigerator, 5 burner gas stovetop, 2 in wall ovens, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig and Coffee Maker with a charming breakfast nook that seats 4.
