Wonderful cottage!

This cottage was perfect for us. Everything that you need is there and Karl was very responsive in communication. The cottage was so welcoming and comfortable. We enjoyed ourselves and will be back.

A Really Cute Cottage

Very nice stay. Very quiet area, we wven saw deer in the yard. A bit hard to find at first as it is hidden from the road, but that also made it quiet. Very comfortable & clean. Enjoyed our stay.

Great experience

We had a great stay at this house. The place included a number of little extras which made staying here very enjoyable including a variety of coffee and tea, large TV, comfortable couch and blankets. We had to contact Karl at the beginning of our stay and he responded very quickly and took care of the issue.

Evergreen State College check in

This property is just a few minutes drive from the Evergreen State College, so it was a perfect location for our family checking in our daughter for her freshman year! Quiet, clean and spacious. Host Karl was great!

Puget Sound Visit

Enjoyed the cottage It was clean and cozy. Nice property with trees surrounding. Saw deer one morning and many squirrels. Close to grocery store and some restaurants. Cooper Point was beautiful. Took a nice hike at Grass Lake Nature Park which is a short drive away. Overall rating thumbs up.

Fun trip

Property was clean and the owner is very thoughtful. Karl put up some Holiday decorations!! Very fun adventure visiting our daughter in Olympia. The location and cottage was perfect.

A quiet cottage

This is a quiet location but close to “downtown”. Many sights to visit, from lighthouses to mountains!! We would like to stay here again!!

Great Vacation Rental

Loved the extras!!!

We had unexpected laundry to do and we decided to grill. Everything was already there for our use. My favorite area was the front porch with the chairs. You could hear cars on the nearby road but that didn’t bother us. Loved it.

Perfect spot for racing at The Ridge

My nephew and I stayed two days- perfect location for us as we could park the race cars safely in back outta sight- Clean, simple and very quiet (a bit of noise from the road at rush hour if you’re sitting outside on front porch) - We will stay here again - Ken was quick to respond and check in was not a problem- all good .
