Lakefront stuga med fantastisk bad och utsikt

Silver Lake Àr en frÀmsta sjö i West Michigan, bara 5 miles frÄn Rockford och 16 miles frÄn centrala Grand Rapids. Stugan har haft mÄnga senaste uppgraderingar och nya möbler. Fastigheten har en sandbottenstrand som Àr perfekt för bad och aktiviteter. Det finns en 6-mÄnaders hyra frÄn 1 november till 1 maj. Jag har ocksÄ en annan fastighet vid sjön 12 hus bort som ligger pÄ VRBO # 710565.

Stugan har cirka 1200 kvadratmeter med 3 sovrum tvÄ pÄ andra vÄningen och ett sovrum i huvudsak. 2 fulla bad, ett med dusch och 2 handfat som totalrenoverades 2019 och det andra med badkar / dusch. Den har ett stort uppdaterat kök, matplats och tvÄ stora skjutreglage med 9 fot med utsikt över sjön. Stugan har nya möbler och sÀngar / madrasser under 2018 med högkvalitativa lakan och bekvÀmligheter.

Utsidan har ett stort dÀck med utsikt över vatten med bara 5 steg ner till grÀset / stranden och en stor utomhuspeis med tegelstolar med Adirondack för att koppla av runt en eld. Det finns ocksÄ en 100 fots docka med en badstege i slutet. 2 kajaker, 2 stÄ upp paddelbrÀdor och en paddelbÄt med flytvÀstar finns. Sandtoys för barn, majshÄl, hÀstskor, boccia, etc. ingÄr.

En nyare pontonbÄt finns möjligen att hyra. Det delas mellan tvÄ fastigheter och erbjuds som först till först-reserv. Den har en tyst 4-taktsmotor och har en kapacitet pÄ upp till 10 personer. FörsÀkring och gas ingÄr. Satsen beror pÄ tiden pÄ Äret. FrÄga gÀrna om prissÀttning.

Silver Lake Àr en alla sportsjö med 225 hektar som ligger i topp 5% för vattenklarhet i sjön i Michigan. Hemmet vetter mot söder och erbjuder massor av solsken och platser för skugga nÀr sÄ önskas.

Det finns mÄnga fritidsaktiviteter i omrÄdet, inklusive parker, cykel- / vandringsleder och skidÄkning. Det finns en offentlig golfbana intill sjön. En mÀngd olika butiker och restauranger ligger inom 5 miles.

Great Stay

Silver Lake cottage vacation

We rented the cottage because we wanted to spend some time with my elderly mother who lives about 6 miles away. The kids always had something to do, kayaking, paddle boarding fishing and riding on the paddle boat. We also enjoyed the pontoon boat. My grandson caught a fish off the dock and was thrilled with it. Brian was a great host and we plan on coming back next year. We traveled from Arizona and enjoyed the cooler weather. One day my mom baked cookies with her great granddaughter. Yes, we had four generations together at times, making great memories. Thank you Brian.

The home was very comfortable and offered everything we needed. The host had it well stocked with essentials and everything was clean and organized.I have family in Rockford and we wanted to stay somewhere close to them. Being on the lake was perfect and we loved being able to enjoy time outdoors with them. The pontoon boat was a bonus. Also loved the oversized deck area and the bonfires at night. It really was the perfect home away from home-I would not hesitate to return!

Not only did the host have literally everything we needed to support a fabulous stay (dishes, utensils, beach towels, life jackets, cups with lids, etc), all the cabinets, drawers, and light switches were labeled so for ease of use. The house has multiple smart lamps and tables (what a great detail). And the lake!! Top notch. We enjoyed every moment. Brian was an excellent host. We truly appreciated his quick responses.

What an amazing property! We were in town for Chris Stapleton concert. Brian was so helpful and he has great communication with the guests. We have Family in Grand Rapids and they had so much fun with the paddle boards, kayaks and paddle boat! I have stayed at a number of rentals and this one was nicely stocked. Should I ever need to stay in The Grand Rapids area, I’m booking this property. 7 cousins that had the best time!!!

Perfect Getaway

We had a great time. The home is laid out well and has everything we needed. It was nice to walk straight out to the beautiful clear lake. We relaxed, fished, grilled, boated, swam, and even took in the downtown area and restaurants. We plan to book again in the future.

Perfect spot

Excellent for us

We didn't get to enjoy the lake because of the reason for our stay and it was definitely not the time of the year for it. The places are beautiful, we stayed in both of his cabins for our wedding. The first night I was in the larger one the second night I went to the smaller cabin where my husband was. The night after rehearsal we all ended up at 1 of the cabins for a little while, then they kicked him out at 11:59. Haha it was big enough for 14 of us to visit in until we split again so he couldnt see me. Even since before I booked Brian was there to answer questions, when we didn't need as many to stay he was helpful in taking the amount of people that I booked (I booked full for both cabins) and making sure everything was great. I'd definitely stay again. Next time in warmer weather though to utilize all he has to offer. So clean and helpful! Thanks again Brian!

Fall weekend at a Michigan lake

Lake home in a lakefront association was very peaceful. We enjoyed kayaking, nice weather and grilling on the outdoor living space. It was quite accessible for our blind 93 year old and she was able to enjoy the family event without needing stairs.

Excellent family beach spot

The property was perfect for our lake vacation! The home is right on the lake. The rooms are clean. The bathroom has great water pressure and hot water. Everything we needed was right there. My daughter loved all the sand toys. I loved have a kayak, paddle board, and sitting out near the water in the morning and evening. We had a wonderful stay!

Family Vacation

This property was amazing. Our Family of 6 spent a few days here before our kids were returning to college for the year. We couldn't have asked for a nicer place to stay, the water was clear, we had a fire every night at the house came equipped with all the water toys the older kids could want. We paddle boared and kayak in the morning. Brian has really thought of everything for this vacation rental. I can not recommend this property enough, I may want to keep it a little secret place.

Everything in one place

This location is ideal for both water fun, work, and relaxing. We relocated for the last week of summer vacation and while I worked, the kids (ages 10 and 12) were able to paddle board, paddle boat, and kayak around the lake -- it is big enough to be enjoyable, but small enough to always have your eye on them. The outdoor amenities (water toys, fire pit, grill) and all the indoor amenities (wifi, TV, full kitchen) made it so you had everything you could possibly need. This was perfect.

Wonderful!

What a peaceful and relaxing place to be! We kayaked in the morning, took walks through the lovely neighborhoods, had dinner and wine on the deck, and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Lake is clean and clear, neighbors are kind and the house has everything you need. I have stayed in a lot of VRBOs and Brian is number one as the most accommodating and gracious host. He makes you feel like you are his only guest. Thank you!

I've traveled to over 40 countries and all 50 states. I enjoy visiting other VRBO properties. I'm always open to improving my properties and the experience for guests.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

This is one of the best lakes in West Michigan and close to Rockford and Grand Rapids. The house has everything you need, new furniture, large decks, and wonderful sandy waterfront. Has the feel of a property up North but close to everything you need. Also rare to find a property that has a pontoon boat available to rent.
