Located just outside of Grand Rapids our modern cottage is located on an all sports lake with a private beach just steps down from the deck. Tastefully decorated and furnished, we have equipped our lake house to a high standard to anticipate your needs for a luxurious stay. Enjoy the brand new air conditioner as you snack at our large kitchen island, cooling off after a busy day out on the lake. Come let the stress melt away as you watch endless sunsets off the deck!

We take extra precautions sanitizing our space, and have pride in ensuring everything is kept very clean. You have access to the entire home minus two storage closets.

There are 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. Primary Bedroom (1 Queen), Guest Bedroom (2 Queens), Lower Level Bedroom (2 Queens). The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, gas range, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee pot, waffle maker and just about every kitchen tool needed for an outstanding meal. The kitchen island is great for snacking around and the living room has vaulted ceilings, two large sofas and wall to wall windows making for lots of natural light. For those hot summer days we have a brand new air conditioner to keep you cool in case you prefer AC over jumping in the lake!

Our outdoor space features a deck facing west with beautiful sunsets overlooking the lake, an outdoor grill, a fire pit on the water along with 50 feet of sandy beach ready for sand castles contests. We have a comfy outdoor sofa great for lounging in the sunshine! This is an all sports lake with the option to water ski, tube, wake-board, kayak, paddle board, etc. You are welcome to bring your own water toys and store along our dock using the public boat launch.

For the rainy days we provide complimentary wifi and YouTube TV. Watch Live and On-Demand TV from 75+ top channels including sports and news.

In addition, our cottage is a short 25 miles to downtown Grand Rapids, MI or 15 miles to the charming towns of Rockford, Lowell, or Ada, MI.

Our house sits on a hill providing a beautiful view of the lake. A stairway leads to the front door of the house with an additional stairway providing direct access to your private beach. Please note there is a road that loops in front of the water that allows you to drive down to the waterfront if needed.

IMPORTANT NOTE: When confirming/paying, each guest is agreeing to all "house rules". This includes the host's rental agreement, terms, and conditions listed.

Deer Tracks Junction and John Ball Zoo are also worth visiting. Take in the nearby slopes with snowboarding and skiing, or check out other outdoor activities such as ice skating.

Winter Wonderland

I realize this property is typically used in the summertime, but I needed a place to stay in the dead of winter for a couple of weeks while I began a new job. It was the perfect place to temporarily call home. The evenings were cozy and the views of the lake covered in snow were beautiful. The house had everything I needed for cooking and doing laundry. I arrived during a blizzard and sub zero temps, but Sarah had made sure the steps were shoveled and salted. She was quick to answer when I reached out. The house was neat and clean. Comfy beds. Incredibly quiet. I will definitely be back for a different experience when the weather breaks.

Beautiful home, beautiful lake

Gorgeous and comfortable home! Friendly neighbors. Only suggestions would be: 1) wish we had known that there were life preservers, noodles, floats, and a basketball in the cabinet by the road, and 2) wish we had had a description of the swimming area as relevant for folks who expect to jump/swim off the dock. That said, it was a great place, and we'd love to return next year!

Property was lovely. Plenty of room and little alcoves for alone time. Nicely equipped kitchen. Love the view of the lake. Sarah was super responsive! No issues at all!

Amazing lake house!

My family stayed a week at this amazing lake house. It’s super clean, well designed and has a killer lake view. The host was super responsive and helpful whenever we had to ask a question. It’s in a great location only 35mins from Grand Rapids and short drives to other local destinations. I would highly recommend this lake house if you are looking for a great relaxing getaway!
