Ditt eget 3-sovrum, 2 1/2 badrum i Nantucket-stil ligger nära Miacomet Golf Course och är centralt beläget nära både stränder, bryggeri och stad. Detta hem kompletterades av en interiörarkitekt med möbler och bekvämligheter på stranden. Njut av avskildhet, lugn och ro med alla typer av aktiviteter i närheten! Gå till din privata strand genom fastigheten i Land Bank. Njut av det vackra vädret med ett glas vin på uteplatsen eller grillen på gasgrillen Weber Genesis II. Cisco Brewery ligger precis runt hörnet och den stora nya Stop and Shop-livsmedelsbutiken ligger precis nere på gatan. Parkering för två bilar finns på fastigheten.
Hemmet inkluderar ett vardagsrum med vit spis med soffa och stolar med gasspis, familjerum, kök, matsal, bakre ingång från. Uteplats och halvbad på första våningen. Den andra våningen har tre sovrum med två drottningssängar och en kung, en linneskåp och två fulla bad. Källaren har tvättstuga och två rum, ett som ett extra lekrum / TV-rum med soffa och stol, fotboll och pusselbord för regniga dagar.
Lyxiga bekvämligheter inkluderar soffor med slipad täcke, supima bomullslakan, Claire Murray-mattor, Pre de Provence-tvålar, nybehandlade trägolv och apparater i rostfritt stål. Hela huset har nymålad med nya fönsterluckor, persienner och mörkläggningsnyanser i alla sovrum. Det stora matbordet har lätt plats för åtta och ligger bredvid ett separat familjerum med ny platt-tv. På regniga dagar finns det barns aktiviteter i vardagsrummet. Huset har en utomhusdusch för efter stranden!
När du anländer, läs boken på köksön. Den berättar var du kan hyra dina cyklar, våra favoritrestauranger och stränder, fantastiska platser att shoppa och de måste göra historiska platserna på ön. Huset ligger i ett lugnt bostadsområde och grannar hjälper till att hålla ett öga på fastigheten för oss. Fabulous House

The house is bright, clean and beautiful. It was everything we needed for the stroll weekend. We loved it and would definitely book again. The owner was very quick getting back to me when I messaged her with questions and was very helpful. It’s a quick uber or drive into town.

Lovely Stay

Our family of four had a lovely stay. The house was in great shape for our arrival. It is well appointed with everything you need, including beach gear. There are a number of different sitting areas, a nice shaded backyard and a large basement area that we didn’t even use. Plenty of space and very comfortable. Sue was a great host and we would stay here again!

Great house for family in a great location

We were more than pleased with the location, cleanliness and communication. We would definitely love to return. We loved the actual crib that was comfy for our baby (rather than a stiff pack and play) and we loved the proximity to the beach, town and beautiful trails. Perfect Nantucket House!

My husband, myself and our 3 year old stayed for a week in August 2024. The house had everything we needed for a wonderful family vacation. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and we found the location to be convenient for everything we wanted to do. The bus stop is a short walk and the beaches are all a short drive away. We had a few minor maintenance issues that were quickly resolved. Communication with the host was always easy and quick. Thanks so much for sharing your wonderful Nantucket getaway with us!

Perfect vacation spot

Awesome home to enjoy the Xmas Stroll in Nantucket

Fantastic Accommodations!

We’ve been vacationing in Nantucket for 15 years and this is one of the best homes we’ve stayed in! It has quick access via road or bike path to both Surfside and Cisco beaches. Outside of a great location, it has everything you need to cook a great meal at home, relax outside, have a beach day, and get a good night of rest! The beds and linens are very comfortable and the kitchen well stocked with spices, oil, and sharp knives (underrated quality in a rental). Loved our whole week here!

Charming, Comfy and Peaceful Home Base

A beautiful, comfortable, well-appointed home in a peaceful subdivision. Just an Uber, bus or bike ride from town and beaches. Be sure to rent bikes from Easy Rider instead of paying extra to use the house bikes as the house bikes are not in good repair (and you cannot walk to the beach so bikes are a must). The VRBO listing was a little confusing as there is no hot tub. Sue our host was super-responsive when we had minor questions. Overall we loved the house and it was a wonderful base for exploring all Nantucket has to offer.

Mother+Daughter Trip

My best friend and I grabbed our moms and stayed at for a few days while exploring Nantucket. This house was exactly what we needed - plenty of room for games, wine, cheese and late nights chats. The backyard and patio were incredible! We couldn’t have loved this home more. Thank you so much Sue!

Wonderful house in charming Nantucket

This is a very comfortable, clean and extremely well and thoughtfully furnished home for a great Nantucket holiday. Speedy and helpful communication with Sue. The setting is quiet and relaxing. I would describe the location as 10 minutes by car or 15 minutes by bike to town, stores, and beaches. 5 stars!

Absolutely Idyllic Nantucket Rental!

This was our first trip to Nantucket. Despite the fact that we did not have great weather, we had a fantastic time - due in no small part to this house. Our group included a set of grandparents, myself and my husband, and our 3 boys (ages 4-9). The location of this house was perfect. It's easy to get everywhere on the island, yet the street was quiet enough we never worried about our kids running around outside. There was ample space for them to run and play in the backyard, which felt very private. The house is absolutely immaculate. We have stayed in some beautiful rental houses before, but this one is easily the nicest and cleanest. The bathrooms seemed brand new. The beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of extra pillows/blankets available. Bath and beach towels were also plentiful. The furniture in the living and family rooms was nice, but not too fancy where I worried about my children sitting on them. There was excellent natural light in the house, which was nice given the number of rainy and cloudy days we had. The outdoor patio area was also great. The owner was very communicative leading up to our rental and during. I had an issue with transportation, and she went above and beyond to help me out. I can't say enough positive things about this rental property and our experience with it!

Nantucket Perfection

We had an amazing Thanksgiving Week in Nantucket at this beautiful, very comfortable, and centrally located home. We were lucky enough to be in Nantucket for the birth of our grandaughter, who perfectly timed her arrival in time for Thanksgiving. We loved everything about this house…..comfortable beds, plush towels, updated and beautiful kitchen and bathrooms, magazine worthy and extremely comfortable family room and living room, and a coffee bar too! My husband and I hope to return to Nantucket very soon:)

Excellent!

My family (5 year old and 2 year old) had a great time at this house! You instantly feel at home walking in the doors. It is beautifully decorated, but also extremely functional with two little kids. Everything was extremely clean- we were very comfortable. This was the most well stocked Nantucket rental I’ve ever stayed in. Everything from condiments to detergent to shampoo is readily available in case you forgot anything (or didn’t want to bring anything!). We didn’t do any cooking, but the kitchen was great and so well stocked with spices, etc. Sue was so responsive and also accommodating when we unexpectedly had to move our original dates due to sickness. Not a negative thing to say- we will be back!

Amazing Stay !!

We loved our stay and Sue is a fantastic host. The house is spacious and super user friendly. The house is very clean and well kept! The location was great for us because it was walking distance to the golf course and very close to Cisco Beach. All in All - I recommend this property without hesitation. Family Getaway

We enjoyed our stay at Sue's property. The house is beautiful and we had a great time. We walked to shops/restaurants on Surfside- a bit of a walk and we drove most of the time to places! Cisco is also a quick drive. Quiet neighborhood with trails right at the end of the street. The place was as advertised and very comfortable overall. Sue was very easy to communicate with.

Beautiful home in a great central location

We had an amazing stay on Nantucket at Sue’s house. The house was as listed if not better and was perfect for 5. The kids-island location is close enough to jet in and out of town, but also feels like a world away with easy access to beaches, Cisco, Bartlett Farms, playgrounds, etc.

Wonderful Stay!

My group of two couples has a wonderful stay at this property on Nantucket. The house was as advertised, if not better. Everything was clean and well maintained, and the location was perfect for our trip. The proximity to Miacomet golf course and beach were ideal for us. We were also really impressed with the WiFi (which was a big deal for us given that a few of us had to work during our stay) Sue, the property manager, was extremely easy and pleasant to work with, and everything about the check-in/check-out process was really smooth. I highly recommend this rental.
