Generöst hus: 10 bäddar sover upp till 18 bekvämt. Stort kök & (bonus!) 2: a våningen pentry. Uppvärmd pool med nattljus för kvällsimtur. Du är tvärs över gatan från stranden.

Stort bekvämt vardagsrum med utsikt över den uppvärmda poolen. Detta vardagsrum har en stor TV, två soffor, två La-Z-Boy fåtöljer och en hopfällbar säng. Gratis höghastighets 100 MB WiFi. Alla rum har också TV med Netflix, Hulu och SlingTV. Det finns ett (bonus) pentry på andra våningen med fullt kylskåp, ugn, diskmaskin. Det gör det möjligt för stora storfamiljer att sprida sig och ha olika människor som förbereder måltider för sina barn, etc. Njut av att slappa av vid den uppvärmda poolen i ett skärmad poolhus. Grill och picknickbord i täckt uteplats vid poolen.

Sitta på balkongen på andra våningen och känna att havet briser upp på andra våningen! På denna balkong med omkrets har du fantastisk utsikt över havet (tvärs över gatan) och du kan se solen stiga över havet. Du kan också se havet från sovrummet på andra våningen. Det finns en uteplats på andra våningen med ett bord och stolar för att njuta av en utomhusmåltid eller en drink. Det är verkligen underbart på natten - titta på stjärnorna och känna havets bris.

Du är bara några steg från en lokal mexikansk restaurangfavorit: Little Dos. och precis runt hörnet från "The Surfin 'Turtle" glassbutik. Välkomsthäfte med saker att göra, platser att besöka och fantastiska lokala restauranger. Det är en mycket avkopplande miljö med enkel tillgång till stranden, en stor uppvärmd pool och en massa varelser. En fantastisk semesterplats - stanna här för att koppla av och ha kul!

Sand Castle Satellite Beach

Great place for a larger group. Extremely comfortable beds & well stocked kitchens. Nice bar/restaurant right across the street. My only concern with the location, is the huge rocks & boulders in the surf at the beach area, but the home was perfect for us (9 people). The host is very responsive. We had a fantastic time!

This Is A Beach House

My wife and I have been visiting Atlantic beaches and their houses since at least as far back as 1966 including the states of North Carolina, South Carolina and Florida. Today, at an age of higher expectations, we expect a good beach house to have the usual amenities of clothes washer/drier, dish washer, multiple TV’s, WiFi, and comfortable bedding. This home had them all and performed well. While there is nothing wrong with a beach home looking to be a story for Southern Beach Home, a good beach home to me should be livable for its setting, that is: beach sand happens, sea shells sometimes appear in unexpected places, furniture is used, but stands up to occasional hard use. We met our host, Richard, at our check-in as he was finishing up a little last minute lawn mowing. He was as amiable and cooperative in person as he had been during our VRBO messaging. Lastly, this home was a slam dunk for it’s location with a short walk to the beach, a short drive to a Publix grocery, and many options for fishing, bird watching, and beach combing. Oh, and have I mentioned the satellite launches and museums to document the nation’s space program. You can’t miss with this genuine Beach House.

Great beach access

Fun week in Satellite Beach

This property worked out very well for our extended family visit of 10 adults and 6 kids. The pool was a hit, as was the close proximity of the beach. There were enough bedrooms for every family to have their own, and the washer and dryer was also much appreciated.

Perfect

We had a great experience with this property for an impromptu trip to the beach. The owner was very accommodating and responsive and the location was so convenient. The beach was so beautiful. The Mexican restaurant right across the street was delicious and the ice cream shop down the road perfect as well. We had a great experience.

The Sandcastle Resort

Our stay at the Sandcastle was amazing. It had everything we needed for our large group ranging in age from 1 1/2 yrs to 88 yes. A wonderful relaxing atmosphere and location location location! The Mexican restaurant across the street is fabulous and the ice cream shop a hit with the kids! All in all a perfect spot for a family getaway at the beach! We would definitely come again! Also a plus that you can rent the top or bottom separately for smaller groups.

Great family house!

We had an extended family group of 7 for Christmas. There was plenty of space with the upstairs being nicely separated. Very comfortable with everything you need. Great location. The host told us everything we needed to know. Would definitely recommend!

The pool was perfect for our grandchildren. They spent alot of time in it. The landscape and grounds were immaculately kept. The kitchen extremely well furnished. The proximity to the beach was perfect.The owner, Richard, was easy to deal with and answered questions prior to our arrival promptly. We all had a great time.

Very good summer

Great location with all the amenities, walking distance to the beach, enough room for my group, cover patio with and screened pool. There was also a volleyball court by Pelican Park that we have a lot of fun at. Richard was a great communicator and helped answer all the questions along the way.

Family vacation

We had a great time during our stay in Satellite Beach. The house had plenty of room for our whole family. The pool was great and we spent many hours playing in it. The beach is a short walk away. Unfortunately, we did not get to spend much time at the beach due to the amount of seaweed. So, we were even more thankful to have a pool. We would definitely stay here again, and are planning to next year.

Outstanding Location

Great experience overall. Fit our party of 6 very well. Loved the pool. Close to beach access and good restaurants. A little mixup with cleaning crew not making upstairs master bed but not a big deal. Great communication with Property manager during our stay. I would rent again.

Great house for large family.

Great house for large family. Family and dining area open and spacious. Close to the beach, great pool and pool area. Close to Cocoa beach, and all your basic needs are within a few minutes, (publix, ABC liquors, CVS, Walmart, Ice Cream Shop, etc.) Lots of local places to eat. House manager was very engaged, checking in several times throughout the week. We had an awesome week of family bonding! You wont be disappointed.

Great experience

The property was very nice, and right across the street from a great beach. If you're lugging a bunch of beach gear, there are a couple of very close parking areas with ramp access to the beach. Great restaurants nearby, and if you like Mexican food there's a restaurant that you'll be surprised how quickly you can get there. If I go back to Satellite Beach, I would 100% go back to this house. Thanks Richard for everything.

Amazing house for my large family

This house was perfect for my family's needs. We had our family reunion here and we all (16 of us) had plenty of space to not feel cramped. We couldn't have asked for a better. The pool was a huge hit especially among the kids and only being a block from the beach was so nice. The owner of the property was very timely in all his communication and super accommodating. My whole family said this was such a great find and that they would all come back if we decided to vacation in Florida again for our reunions.

Family Vaction

My husband and I took our kids, their spouses, and all our grandkids for a family vaction.12 in all. This house worked out perfectly, plenty of room, loved the pool, excellent access to the beach, the beach was not overly busy quit friendly neighborhood. The acess to the washer and dryer on site awesome. The property manager was the best we ever worked with,always helpful, quick response. We all had a great time . Return visit was GREAT!

My family liked this property so much at the beginning of our trip to Florida that we did some reshuffling of our itinerary so that we could return and end our vacation on a high note. The effort was worth it as we were able to see dolphins frolicking in the surf when we walked across the street to see the amazing sunrise (the Florida sunrise over the ocean is an absolute MUST-SEE). We have reached out to our best friends and hope to arrange another visit to this property with them this upcoming summer. I think it will be perfect for both of our families and will comfortably accommodate all 16 of us. Looking forward to it!

A Plus

We rented this house for the month of March for a multigenerational family. Everything was as the pictures showed and was very clean when we arrived. Richard was a wonderful host, easy to communicate with and quick to respond. There were new linens and plenty of towels and beach towels. Having the washer and dryer was very helpful. The kitchen table was huge; we could all sit down together for meals. Because we were a large group, having the second kitchen upstairs was a bonus. Very close to the beach and we loved the little Mexican restaurant across the street. We had a lovely time. Thank you Richard.

Charming big house by the beach

My wife and I planned a sea-side get-away for some family and friends. It worked out really well for our group of 15. This house was extremely accommodating. The house is a very short walk across the road to the ocean. There is a heated pool in a screened-in pool house. A picnic table, couch and plenty of pool furniture made the pool the center of activity. Inside, the house is a bit older, but it is kept exceptionally clean and is furnished really comfortably with nice furniture and comfortable couch in the living room with a large TV three and a TV in almost every other room. The host is very nice and communicative and helpful, giving us local tips on places to eat.

I have lived in, maintained and cared for this property for more than two decades. It is a comfortable, spacious, well-maintained property close to the beach: walk in the sand and surf, view pelicans flying by, and enjoy the great local Mexican restaurant Little Dos that is at the end of the street!

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

An on-site heated pool in a screened pool house is available 24/7. Comfortable lanai with picnic table and sofa to eat/relax in the fresh air. You have free high speed WiFi throughout the house and the pool area. There is free laundry on-site and six or seven parking spaces in the driveway (depending on car size). The city does not allow RV parking.
There are TV's in all bedrooms with Netflix, Hulu, other channels and DVD/BlueRay players.
The second floor of the house gives you nice ocean views and is surrounded by windows making it sunny and bright. There are sliding doors on three sides allowing for the ocean breeze to come through softly and enjoyably. There is a dining area on both floors. The one on the second floor allows views of the ocean in the near distance. The sunrises, visible from the kitchen, dining area and master bedroom can be glorious!
Several grocery stores are just a 3 to 5 minute drive away as is Pelican Beach park with extensive picnic facilities.
The setting is peaceful and comfortable. Stay here for a fantastic experience: relaxing and fun.
