Denna nyrenoverade lägenhet med 1 sovrum ligger 5 minuters promenad till hjärtat av centrala Charlottetown. Rätt på avenyn ligger du nära livsmedelsbutiker, restauranger och bussen stannar precis framför.

Detta utrymme ligger på andra våningen i vår byggnad med din egen personliga utomhusinträde. Det finns en queen size-säng tillsammans med en utdragbar soffa (dubbelsäng). Vi har luftkonditionering och en stand up-fläkt för de varma sommardagarna.

Vårt vardagsrum och kök är ett öppet koncept. Köket är utrustat med ugn, kylskåp och mikrovågsugn. Det finns en kaffebryggare, brödrost, grytor och kokkärl, diskar, glas, bestick och mer för din bekvämlighet. Vi erbjuder våra gäster en Apple TV, Netflix och gratis wifi.

Tvättrummet har en stand-up dusch, samt en tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Vi har badhanddukar och badhanddukar och lite badrumstillbehör om du glömmer något hemma.

Vårt hem är en 2 minuters bilresa från vår byggnad, så vi är alltid runt om våra gäster behöver något eller har några frågor.

Kelli was an absolutely amazing host. The property was fantastic. Spotless, tons of amenities, and it was only a 6 minute walk to downtown Charlottetown! Being outside the core also meant that sleeping was incredibly peaceful. Overall, my partner and I have decided that this will be our summer rental from here on out!Don’t miss out on this stay. It was fabulous!

L'appartement est tel que présenté sur VRBO. Tout était parfaitement propre et confortable. Le voisinage est paisible et l'appartement est situé à seulement une dizaine de minutes à pied du centre-ville de Charlottetown.Tout y était pour un séjour sans tracas. Fantastic

Très bien situé, au centre-ville et près de tout, l'appartement est exactement tel que décrit dans l'annonce. Il est surtout très propre et offre toutes les commodités essentielles pour un court ou long séjour. Mais ce qui rend cet endroit si spécial ce sont toutes les petites attentions que les propriétaires ajoutent pour rendre notre séjour encore plus agréable, tels que des brosses à dents et dentifrice, serviettes de plage, produits nettoyants, etc. Merci Kelli. Mais par-dessus tout, la gentillesse des propriétaires et leur disponibilité font en sorte que notre visite à Charlottetown est mémorable. Si un jour on y retourne, il est évident que nous resterons là et nous le recommandons sans aucune hésitation à toute personne recherchant un endroit propre, sécuritaire et surtout très accueillant.

A great place to stay near downtown Charlottetown

Everything was great during our 5 night stay. Sparkling clean, fully furnished kitchen, nicely decorated and extra, thoughtful touches. Easy walking distance to downtown attractions. Would definitely stay here again!

Enjoyed our stay

Very clean and beautiful. A little bit noisy at night due to traffic but you get use to it easily. Short walk to downtown and water. A place we recommend highly.

Clean, modern, attractive apartment in a good location. The reality was as good as or better than the photos on the listing. Easy ro get to almost anywhere on the Island.

Fantastic Suite

This suite is beautifully decorated and has loads of extras like toothbrushes, deodorant etc for those that forget anything they need. There were beach towels in the closet along with sand toys as well. Upon entry you are greeted with a bottle of wine and some snacks on the kitchen island. The fridge had water, drinks and a snack. The closet in the bedroom is huge with extra pillows and a blanket as well as lots of hangars. Conveniently located near amenities and walking distance to downtown. The hosts are a wonderful couple who are knowledgeable about the area and willing to make suggestions for dining and other activities. Be sure to pop into their store downstairs to have a chat. They are kind and very willing to accommodate your needs. There is a cute little duck in the bathroom which we have taken on a journey. So many finishing touches in this suite that deserve recognition as an exceptional place to stay in Charlottetown. We would definitely come back and recommend this place to anyone.

Wonderful home-away!

We have enjoyed a terrific "off=season" mini holiday in this beautiful Province. Our hosts were so helpful, and the apartment was perfect, well appointed, very clean, and very convenient to both the city of Charlottetown and getting to airport, and other areas of the province.

Home away from home

Cozy, clean, quiet, centrally located. Many generous details that we were not expecting ..including welcome notes, snacks and bathroom products.Hosts are extremely hospitable, available and extra helpful. A true gem of a place in the heart of Charlottetown . Would definitely recommend.

PEI VRBO Oct 2022

We were a group of 3 adults from Manitoba in PEI for the U15 Soccer Nationals. This property was conveniently located for the games at UPEI as well as restaurants within walking distance. They have one bedroom and a queen size hide-a-bed. We bought groceries and cooked breakfast and lunch in the apartment. The apartment was very modern and beautifully decorated. The hosts went above and beyond and made us feel very welcome. We were able to check-in early and check-out late since it worked out for their schedule as well. They responded to any questions very quickly. Overall we would give a five star rating and definitely would return in the future.

First time to Charlottown & PEI. This apartment made our stay so enjoyable & it was in a fabulous location. Kelli & Philip were so wonderful & so helpful with restaurant & lots of other recommendations. We survived Hurricane Fiona with their help, so generous, concerned & caring hosts. We would highly recommend this rental while visiting Charlottown. Only negative comment is the extra charges that are added on as it was a VRBO rental & there is so many additional charges that were added that hotel rooms don’t have. So that was a surprise when booked the room through Expedia.

Great stay in Charlottetown

The apartment was so very clean when we arrived. Pictures reflected the property very well. Great spot for a couple. Close to downtown, harbour and restaurants. All within walking distance. The property is located on a busy Main Street. The street noise was the only negative.

Perfect Spot in Charlottetown

I stayed here for one week on a trip with my partner and his parents. We could not have been more pleased with the apartment. It was spotlessly clean with lots of storage and all the amenities you could want. Walking distance to downtown and an easy drive to the many beaches nearby. Philip and Kelli were excellent hosts who checked in with us and provided great suggestions on local dining and attractions. If we come back to PEI we would definitely stay here again!

Great little gem in Charlottetown

Everything about this VRBO was exactly what we wanted. Very clean, easy check-in, lovely owner, parking and a great location. Grocery stores very close and walking distance to many restaurants and the waterfront area. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Very Clean

Great spot.. Great location…very clean… Thoughtful hosts :) One mention the pull out bed may need a new mattress or a foam pad… it’s quite thin and uncomfortable with the springs coming through… Other than that great experience :)
