"Tiny" parkeras i en mycket stor park som trädgården i vårt hus som vi också hyr som en semesteruthyrning. Den har sitt eget utomhusutrymme med ett bord att koppla av och äta också.

Det har alla bekvämligheter som tinier!

Hemmet ligger precis i utkanten av Medford. Det är några minuter från Downtown Jacksonville med några fantastiska vinprovningar och restauranger ett stenkast bort. Mycket nära Ashland Skiing och hem till den berömda Shakespeare Festi

Great location to travel to Jacksonville, Central point, or Medford, or the Applegate Valley. Very well appointed, but could use a little organization in the kitchen – lol, owners, very attentive, and gracious.

Cute place

Very nice tiny home. Low clearance upstairs, not surprising for a tiny home. Small picnic table to use. Fence between the area and a fairly busy street. Great place to sleep, not a great yard or view, which was fine for us after hiking a lot that day. Overall, a nice value and cute place to stay.

Adorable tiny house was a fun stay for my daughter and me.

My daughter and I really enjoyed this really cute tiny house, we had never stayed in one before so it was a novel experience. Everything is as described, and it was actually a bit roomier than I thought it would be. And great shower. It took a little getting used to the very low ceiling in the loft (it is a tiny house after all) but the place was otherwise great!

Tiny house

My husband and I had a great time at the tiny house. The house is just like the pictures. Check in was super easy and the place was nice and quiet. Restaurants and lakes where close by. The house did have some spider webs in almost every corner and it looked like it hadnt been clean in a while since there was dust on most of the cabinets. Overall we had a really good time and enjoyed the placed just what we needed for a few days off.

Hot Stay

Unfortunately we stayed here for a night during a hot spell in July. When we arrived the tiny house felt hotter inside than the 80-90 degrees outside. We turned the air conditioner on right away (around 6:30pm). The air conditioner did not catch up until sometime around 4am I'd say (I got up and it was still going but finally felt decent). The loft area had a nice fan, but it didn't help. The bed was comfy and we were tired... We tossed and turned as we were HOT. In our other stays, host ensure that the home is cool upon arrival.

Great tiny home but no AC ready for us on a 105 degree day

I was very excited to stay here. The location was great and the neighborhood was nice when we got there, and the tiny house looked great. But when we got inside, the tiny house was absolutely as hot as a sauna. It was 105 degrees outside and the standing AC in the tiny house was not turned on for our arrival, by the time of about 5 PM. The gases from the wood in the tiny house were off-gassing and my lungs felt tight from the fumes in the home. We went to a wellspring and came back a few hours later and the place was still blazing hot. There was no water left in the fridge for us, except for a half-filled bottle that looked like someone else had drunk it on their last vacation. I spent most of the night on the floor because it was incredibly hot and I have health problems and was concerned I might get ill if I slept in the hot loft. When we woke up the next day and had to leave, the temperature in the home was finally livable. I noticed a note in the book of rules for the house which stated that if the owners of the premises realize the AC is on in the tiny house, they will enter the home to turn it off. Overall, the tiny house was nice but I felt that the AC should have been turned on for our arrival, and because of the owners statement that they would enter the rented space to alter the temperature if they desired, I would not come back here. I felt more of a burden than as a proper guest, and I would expect more for the price I paid.
