Detta Grand Lake Mountain Home är en perfekt tillflyktsort för familj och vänner. Huset ligger inbäddat i Pine Meadows på Soda Creek Ranch och ligger mellan Shadow Lake och Lake Granby. Vi är bara några minuter från Rocky Mountain National Park och den charmiga staden Grand Lake, CO. Med 3,370 kvadratmeter boyta ger vår stuga dig gott om utrymme för att koppla av både inifrån och ut.

Njut av våra många bekvämligheter, inklusive ett stort familjerum med gasspis, lädersoffor, 50-tums TV, Blu-ray-spelare, öppet kök, frukostbar, matsal, 3. 5 badrum, tvättstuga (med tvättmaskin och torktumlare) däck, kabel-TV och Wi-Fi. Utanför finns 2 eldstaden perfekt för att hålla sig varm medan stjärnan stirrar. Det finns också en gasgrill, hästsko grop, stort däckområde och gott om gårdsutrymme för utomhusglädje.
Det vackra köket är utrustat med alla apparater och är fylld med allt du behöver, inklusive rätter till 12, vinglas, massor av kastruller och kokkärl, redskap, crock pot och mixer. Bredvid köket finns en charmig matsal med plats för 8 plus 3 i frukostbaren.
På huvudvåningen finns ett sovrum med en king size-säng, ett stort badrum med duschkabin och badkar. På övervåningen finns ett andra sovrum med en master bad svit och 2 fler sovrum med ett Jack och Jill badrum.

Wonderful vacation home

The location of the property was ideally located away from the main highway. The home was clean, beautiful and wonderfully appointed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return in the future.

Spring Break Ski Trip

This is our second time staying at the property and we just love it! It's great for a big group who wants space to hang out, cook at home, and sleep comfortably. The location is quiet, but not far from the ski resorts. We had a great time!

Scenic Family Trip

Loved our stay. House was perfect for our family of 9. Beautiful views from every window and the fire pit was wonderful. Hiked to Strawberry Lake and Cascade Falls they were both awesome. Grand pizza was yummm. Grab groceries in Grandby before you checkin!

Great House & Location!

We loved our stay and had so many adventures. 2 Master bedrooms was perfect for our 2 family trip! Close to RMNP, the lakes & good food. Just loved the back deck and spent alot of time cooking out and enjoying all the outside space. Hosts were amazing. We will be back!

We really couldn't ask for more, no complaints, beds are super king size and super comfortable. Out for space was great kid and a night of Smores with the family, Thank you so much, definitely do it again. Very close to lake access. Loved it

The house was beautiful. The listing said to bring your own firewood so we had quite the load and there is in fact no place to have a fire so that needs updated. Otherwise the house and area were perfect

Beautiful property!

Stayed with 3 generation family. Plenty of space, very clean and had everything we needed. Kids loved the little 'hideout' under the stairs! The outdoor space and gazebo/fireplace area was a highlight. Owners were lovely as i had some struggles with the VRBO app...Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Grand Lake Wedding Stay

The house was absolutely beautiful and big enough for our family of 9. We loved the decorations and all the amenities!! We played horseshoes and enjoyed the fireplace under the gazebo!! My only downside would be the beds. We stayed in the downstairs bedroom and one side was very droopy. The bedroom above us had beds that were noisy. Everything else was just superb!!

Ideal Family Winter Getaway Home

The home was comfortable and spacious for our group of nine and conveniently located near Grand Lake and Granby. The kitchen is well stocked with everything needed for preparing meals. Great views of the Rockies from every window. Several games and puzzles available to enjoy family game nights and unwind after spending days exploring the mountains.

Great house, tons of space, great location!

The house is gorgeous and very well kept. We had 10 of us and everyone had a place to sleep. We prepared several meals, the grill worked great and the kitchen was well stocked. From the house we were able to go into Rocky Mountain National Park as well as to Winter Park pretty quickly. We enjoyed time on the lake too. It was nice to go enjoy all of the activities and then have a nice quiet house to come home to. Highly recommend!

Amazing Property with Beautiful Views

We stayed for a week and a half at this gorgeous property and the only downside was we couldn't stay longer! It is huge, incredibly clean, with modern and high end features. Somehow it is even nicer than the pictures show. The sofas were super comfortable as were the beds- we never slept better! The location was convenient to the lakes and towns. Communication with Dennis and Katie was excellent as they were extremely responsive. We even had a moose walk down the street right in front of the home. This property is a perfect spot for your vacation home!

Very good; however

This is an awesome house! However, it may not be suitable for infants. The heating system did not work to spread heat to the exterior bedrooms well. Adults are able to cover up with blankets and we slept fine; infants cannot sleep with heavy blankets. The bathrooms were very cold as well. Everything else was very nice.

Absolutely Perfect!

This is a beautiful home in a great location! The minute we walked inside we knew it was going to be perfect for our family's vacation. The home is very clean and welcoming which gave us a cozy feeling. The kitchen is well equipped. The owners really have thought of everything to help make their guests' stay comfortable. They were great with their communication and quick to answer any questions we had prior to us going up there. The outdoor space is great! There is a basketball goal in the front yard and a spot in the backyard where you can hang a hammock. A great place to read, or nap! We took walks or went for runs in the neighborhood. One afternoon we saw a moose in the field up the hill from the house. The location was perfect! Close to Rocky Mountain National Park, Grand Lake and Lake Grandby. I looked for a long time trying to find what was right for our family and am so thankful to have found this home!

Exceptional Property

The property was excellent. We were two families (4 and 5) And the house was stocked perfectly for all of our needs. Our primary reason for staying there was access to the western side of Rocky Mountain National Park. We also loved the easy access to the lakes and to town which were all a short drive away. Everything was very comfortable and well appointed. The yard was a bonus with the games and outdoor seating areas. Would definitely stay here again.

Our family lives in Littleton, CO but we love to go to Grand Lake because of all the outdoor activities the area has to offer. During the winter we ice fish, snowmobile and snow board in Winter Park. The summer offers us the opportunity to ATV, hike, kayak and play on the lakes. Fall the men in the family enjoy hunting. Grand Lake is truly a year round mountain location.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We chose this home because of the location and the room it has to entertain family and friends. We love that it has 2 master bedrooms with master bathrooms. It is perfect for more than one family to stay with plenty of privacy.
When the weather gets warm we enjoy playing horseshoes in the built in firepit. There is plenty of entertainment for all ages.
We like how close it is to all 3 lakes and the town of Grand Lake. We also like the close access to Rocky Mountain National Park for hiking and wildlife viewing.

What we like about this house is that it has two master bedrooms, one of the main floor and one upstairs. This house has a lot of common area space which makes it great for entertaining a large group in the house as well as outside in the large yard. The backyard has 2 fire pits, horseshoes and plenty of room for volleyball.
