Lyx Lake Front tre sovrum, två och en halv bad stadsbostad på Beacon Landing Marina. Den stadsbostad erbjuder tre nivåer med alla med utsikt över sjön Granby. Den översta nivån är en privat sovrum (dubbelsäng) med en öppen spis och oversize Whirlpool badkar. Den andra nivån är kök, matplats, vardagsrum med TV, DVD, CD-spelare, surroundsystem och gas grill på däck. Den första nivån har två privata sovrum (queen sängar) med ett badrum.

Lake Granby erbjuder utmärkt öring fiske och Beacon landning har en full fiskebutik med båtuthyrning, slip hyra och guidade fisketurer.

Lake Granby är den näst största vattenförekomst i Colorado. Det finns tre sjöar sammanlänkade i Grand Lake. Lake Granby, Shadow Mountian Lake och Grand Lake. Lake Granby är den i särklass största av de tre sjöarna. Quiet location with beautiful view. Home is outfitted with quality appliances and kitchen tools. Very clean and comfortable. Everything you need for a nice lakeside vacay. Close to fun activities, restaurants, and shopping. Easy checkin and checkout. Would visit again!

Great location right on the lake

Loved this townhome! It was right at the marina making it easy to rent a boat, go into Grand Lake, or just relax on one of 3 decks. The water and mountain views were gorgeous. The home was just as described, very nice with great amenities. Got some exercise navigating the stairs but loved having space and views on 3 stories! We hope to come back soon!

Great “base camp”

Wonderful Experience

We had such a nice time staying at this beautiful townhouse on Lake Granby. It is even nicer than the pictures show. It was fun watching the activities at the Marina....fishermen and families going out on boats. Marina busiest on weekends.The beautiful mountains from every floor. Lovely decks. Great spot for a fisherman!

This was my seventh or eighth year coming to the three lakes ice fishing contest. I always thought it would be great to stay at Beacon Point because its literally right on the lake. this year I was lucky to find this property available . It was, as expected, fantastic! spotlessly clean, amazing views and great access to get our snowmobiles on the lake. Debbie, the host, was right on top of everything and I cant wait to stay here next year too!!

Amazing vacation!

Very pleased with our stay! The wintertime Mountain Views were amazing. Deb was amazing about staying in contact. She answered my questions before I booked the listing, gave us helpful information about the area (right down to where to buy groceries) and stayed in contact during and after our trip. We loved the town home. We weren’t far from dining and activities. And We had plenty space for 4 adults and 2 kiddos. We hope to come back to enjoy all the area has to enjoy in summertime!

Wonderful Place

What a great townhome. The views are stunning. The home was decorated very nicely and really comfortable. I was shocked at all the sweet touches like a welcome bottle of wine. All the appliances and dishes, pots and pans are all new and very nice. Not the goodwill items that are usually found in many rentals up here. We had everything we could have needed. Family Reunion July 26-30, 2023

Awesome property. Deborah the owner was pleasant to interact with if we had any questions during our stay. Spacious kitchen, family room and 2 1/2 baths…very nice. 2 decks and a patio to enjoy mountain mornings and evenings…Big Plus! The wife and I tried to think of anything we didn’t like about the property and we came up snake eyes…nothing. That’s how much we liked our stay! We’re lazy coffee drinkers and only use Keurig pods. Maybe add in the kitchen description there is a Keurig machine…along with a 4-6 cup drip coffee maker. Definitely put us down for a repeat stay in the future. Thank you!

Grand County is a wonderful area with a true mountain town feel. We love the peace and quiteness of this area. We like the historic feel to the community. The historic town of Grand Lake has been able to keep its character and charm. Lovely place to visit over and over again. The lakes are breathtaking nestled around the mountains. Rocky mountain national park is a wonderful place to take your family. The programs they offer to the children and adults are wonderful, not to mention the animals you get to watch. If you are looking for a place to spend some quality time with your family and friends this is the place to be.
