Amazing!

Beautiful property on one of the nicest streets in Savannah. Walking distance to almost everything of note in the historic district. Place was clean and had everything we could need to enjoy our stay.

Perfect in every way!

This property is everything it claims and more! The location is perfect and walking distance from everything. The decor, displayed history, spacious living area and side porch is a dream. Steps to the entry door can be difficult if that is a challenge for you, but is the only thing we saw that could be problematic for some. Don't hesitate to rent this space!

Magical Savannah Experience

All of the photos are accurate, and we had exclusive use of all of the rooms and a nice balcony overlooking West Jones Street, one of the most picturesque tree-lined streets in Savannah. AC worked well, and there were several coffee options offered. Location can't be beaten, and there were many nice touches, such as a wonderful drink serving area. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Great location! Beautiful rooms!

We stayed here before because of the West Jones St location in the Historic District. Identical to a few years ago. This trip was slightly marred by the noise of upstairs tenants apparently moving out from 6pm-10pm on three of the 4 nights we were there. Easy walk to numerous places to eat or even a Kroger's, lots of parks and squares in the vicinity and also SCAD. A great house in an excellent location. You may want to bring your own pillows as we struggled to sleep comfortably on the ones on the bed.

Fantastic location

This is our second time visiting Savannah. We came with our poodle. We rent a lot of vacation homes and this one of the best. Kitchen had everything even spices. The place was clean and bathrooms were great. Bed was a king and it was so comfortable. Because of its location we walked everywhere and did not use our car. It had a parking place not on the street which is a plus. It was just like the picture. The only negative I can list is that you have to go up stairs to get in so if you have issues climbing stairs this place is not for you. Overall it is an A+++

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I'm in the resort business & have stayed at some very nice places worldwide but this one was just amazing! It was a wonderful experience. We loved the spacious rooms, multiple chandeliers, multi fireplaces & 2 porches. The furniture was comfortable & elegant. We decided to spend our last evening just enjoying the place. Location can't be beat, parking was great and management made sure we had everything we needed; very, very imformative. We looked for availability while we were still there. We can't wait to come back!

The bed frame was very dusty and the front porch--where we spent most of our time--was very dirty and needed a thorough cleaning. Also didn't care for all the old bedding and pillows. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay immensely! It is a lovely location and property. It felt like we were transported to the South! The bed and bedding was great and the street was amazingly beautiful. A couple of easy things I would recommend would be to have nightstands on both sides of the bed, we propped up some pillows to make a faux nightstand but would have loved to have phone plug-ins and a place for glasses handy, especially after driving all day, the last thing we wanted to do was crawl on the floor to find an outlet. The other thing would be to have directions for the Ninja coffee pot, I was so looking forward to the "coffee bar" and was sad that I had to google directions and go out and buy creamer & coffee first thing. Those 2 things would have taken it to an A . The front walkway into the property could use a good scrub, but I understand it is off-season :). Really appreciated that they were able to move our trip by a day as well! Very good experience over all

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love Savannah and 121 W Jones is an excellence location. Overall we find the Parlor nicely decorated and a pleasant atmosphere. There are a few issues that should be addressed and they seem to linger from our previous stays: 1. It is extremely annoying that we are not allowed to enter the parlor by the front door. The explanation we were given is not logical. I was able to find replacement parts for the locks on-line. They are not original. The locks have worked fine in the past. 2. The shower water temperature lacks adjustment. We had to request assistance and the solution was at best temporary. 3. The kitchen facet needs to be replaced; it works on spray only and not well at that. 4. The bathroom sink stopper needs to be repaired - minor repair. Our request for assistance with the shower was promptly addressed on Monday morning. With the above exceptions we had a very nice stay and look forward to staying again.

Didn’t feel at ease

I wish I could submit pictures here. Initially the place looked good, until I heard and felt the crunch of a dead palmetto bug under foot while trying to open the curtains in the bedroom. I understood that the bugs may be around, however the place supposedly had JUST been cleaned. The bug had been dead on the floor, so I wondered if it had even been vacuumed. I then noticed the sleigh bed headboard had dust all on the top. An old bag of onions were left in a kitchen cabinet and the microwave’s interior dish was dirty. A few other things could be mentioned as well but one can overlook. I’m not a complainer, but when you walk into a place you want to feel at ease. I called the property manager and spoke to Wendy who tried to explain it all away. The only compensation given was to send a cleaner, but I was too exhausted and in need of a rest. She also warned me to be careful of opening and closing the curtains because they might fall. đŸ€” The next day I had to message Wendy because the bathroom sink was clogged. Someone was sent right away to fix it, which was good. However, when I returned back to the unit, the doors were unlocked and ajar. Positive’s were the comfortable bed and the charm of the space itself, but I wouldn’t stay again.

This is a gorgeous property in a fantastic area. We truly loved everything about it. The communication and check-in/check-out process was easy and clear. It got a little toasty in the common area at times, but the fans really made it comfortable. Would stay here again for any future visits!

Stupendous Place

Beautiful place, awesome location. We walked to everything. Loved sitting on front porch and people watching. One of best places I have stayed. Recommend highly.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was as described: beautiful and in a great place in town. We arrived and a snowstorm arrived with freezing temperatures at night. We asked for a space heater and rug for the bathroom floor. the response was fast and the issue was resolved quickly. The AC/Heat did not work well but it wasn't an issue for us but it should be addressed for the warmer weather.
