Great Property in the Perfect Location

The property was great and in the perfect location for our stay in Savannah. Everything we wanted to see was well within walking distance from the property and it was situated in a really nice neighborhood that was very quiet at night. Would recommend to anyone.

Beautiful, spacious and lovely location

This is our second time staying in this building and just like the last, it was a great stay! So much space, all the amenities we needed, great southern style and beautiful the minute you walked outside. Thanks again, we'll be back!

Our family of 3 and a dog had a great stya here .This is a wonderful home right in middle of all attractions in historic downtown yet very private. 2 on walk to Forsyth park was a plus. Some things do need upgrade in house but considering the house is built in 1800’s the property is very well managed. Definitely recommend staying here .

Overall, this property is a good value. It’s in the ideal location — near Bull Street in the historic district. The unit itself was comfortable and attractive. The bed is comfortable. The chairs, not so much. The property had some issues. The washer is listed as an amenity but was out of order without notice. The water pressure in the shower was marginal, and the toaster would not brown bread no matter the setting. Again, overall, it’s a good value. It was perfectly quiet. In a week’s time, I never heard anyone, and the street itself is generally very quiet at night.

Absolutely Perfect Savannah Weekend Getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife and I took a weekend trip to Savannah and stayed at the Southern Belle Parlor and couldn't have been more happy. The location was ideal for walking around the city. I would highly recommend this location. This is an older property with tons of southern charm. We did not use the kitchen (so many good food options) but it seemed very well stocked. There was no need to rent bikes or a car with this location and it was a 20 min Lyft/Uber ride to and from the airport.

Great Location

The apartment was in a great location, walking to several squares and great shipping. Although the kitchen was updated, the rest of the apartment could use some attention. Several areas that needed updating, partial board of the bathroom cabinet was peeling and many areas of painting was needed. Warn hard.

Lots of Charm

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental is new to Lucky Savannah from what we were told. The unit is in a GREAT location (if you like light walking), seriously. Lots of character inside.Kroger is a few blocks away, plant district and downtown is a 10-15 min walk. You can hear some traffic from rental, but it wasn’t disturbing. The rental has 4 units inside and I believe we were the only ones in it. Our location could have had more disturbances from other guests coming and going had the unit been full. Our door was the first door in the foyer.The only thing that would be helpful was the unit being labeled “unit 2” since we weren’t sure which property was ours and having a wine key in the utensil/gadget drawer :) We had a small issue entering because of unit confusion and only the code to enter the foyer, not the actual unit. However, one phone call fixed everything in a matter of 10 mins. An admin staff showed up and took great care of us.
