Detta är vårt smeknamn för Sea Gypsy Unit 118, en lyxig lägenhet på bottenvåningen som ligger bara några steg från stranden.

Inga trappor ��r nödvändiga för att komma åt denna 610 kvadratmeter snitt av himlen. Lägenheten ��r uppdelad i två sovrum: ett sovrum med en plysch queen size-s��ng och en oceanfront svit med en hide-a-säng och ett ombyggt k��k. Det finns tv�� badrum i enheten.

Denna enhet står verkligen för de uppdateringar som ägarna har utfört p�� den. Färgschemat var omsorgsfullt konstruerat med accentväggar och vinklar.

I oceanfront-sviten, som i grund och botten är vardagsrummet, har du en soffa där du kan sitta och titta på TV eller bobbinghuvudena på hamnen s��lar i de grunda v��gorna strax utanför ditt fönster. Ägarna har lagrat sin lägenhet med många personliga effekter, som ett DVD-bibliotek, b��cker och spel. På kvällen kan soffan dras ut till motsvarigheten till en drottning sova yta.

K��ket har en ö som ocks�� fördubblas som en matyta eller en plats för att spela drickspel. Köket har remodeled de senaste åren för att ge den en mer öppen känsla n��r man jämför det med de andra l��genheterna vid Sea Gypsy.

Gå ner i hallen till sovrummet, och du hittar queen-sängen och en bekväm stol där pappa kan titta på spelet medan barnen tittar på sina Disney-DVD-skivor i det andra rummet. Det finns TV i båda rummen.

Sea Gypsy är känd för sin tillg��ng till stranden. Glasdörrarna vid havet är ��tta meter långa. G�� ut på den gräsbevuxna uteplatsen, och sedan ��r stranden bara en kort trappa ner en liten trappa till sanden. Den ber��mda D-floden - den kortaste floden i världen - ligger bara s��derut. Naturvattenpooler är en kort 10-15 minuters promenad i norr. Stranden fortsätter för alltid i b��da riktningarna.

Gäster som bor i Unit 118 A Wave From It Alla har tillgång till Sea Gypsys inomhus-, saltvattenpool samt en bastu. Vi måste gasgrillar på platsen f��r att du ska laga några biffar.

Good things: Location couldn’t be better! Price is good. Furnishings are very comfortable. Communication is good. Great access to the beach. There was a bucket and shovel for building sand castles and digging at the beach. Bad things: We were disappointed in the cleanliness. Had the housekeepers taken 10-15 minutes to wipe all the dirt smudges off the surfaces it would’ve been a much higher rated stay.

Long weekend

Property was very dated. The walls and baseboards were damaged and had spackle and paint visible in lots of rooms. Walls were dirty and need painting. Grass out back had not been mowed and taken care of.

Great location!

We stayed on the bottom floor, which is advertised as a condo. Location is meer feet from Kyllos restaurant, which is great. Easy beach access. The pool and sauna are nice to have, although it seemed like a clorine pool rather than salt water. The shared back patio was to have for views and fresh, ocean air.

Love Lincoln City and Sea Gypsy just not this condo!

We have stay in Lincoln City for years and it is a yearly winter trip for us. We have stayed at the Sea Gypsy many times and made this one of our preferred places. This was our first and last time in this condo. The bed was horrible, closet and storage space was lacking and cluttered, and the flooring had gaps and was really tacky and horrible to walk on. The place in general REALLY needs attention. This place was also WAY over priced. I know ownership will apologize and say they appreciate the feed back, but it is clear the owners do not take pride in ownership of their rental and want to make a quick buck. I do not recommend staying in this unit! I was also not happy showing up to a 50deg temp in the condo!

Beachfront getaway

The check in process was very easy. The view was phenomenal. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen had everything you needed. Overall the condo was clean and comfortable. I’d definitely stay there again!

Beach getaway

Loved our 3 night stay here. The location was perfect. The beach is incredible and the unit had everything we needed We were able to walk out the front door to Kyllos which is a fantastic restaurant. Perfect beach getaway

So dissatisfied

The beds were so lumpy and uncomfortable! Very outdated and just cheaply done. The flooring is not installed properly…. Even the paint job which I really could care less about but you can just tell how cheap and nasty this unit is… The bedroom does not look like the pictures. No screen on the sliding doors! (We walked along the sidewalk where all the bottom units are and it looks like 118 was the only one with out a screen) would give it 1 star because the kiddos did enjoy the pool. The dry sauna is very outdated and was not working. This was our first stay here and we had high hopes but so sad that the unit was just not nice.

Excellent Stay

We had a very comfortable stay. This cottage 118 was beautiful, clean, with lovely decor and amenities. It felt like home. They had all the amenities to be able to cook your own meals without having to pack cookware, cutlery and dishware. Beach access was a short distance from the cottage, and the ocean view was spectacular. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you so much! Dave and Bee

Intimate with the sea!

A great value! Everything es needed plus some! Loved the dry sauna! Best of all was hearing the waves and experiencing them crash right below us as we sat cozily inside the room! I could do without the chain link fence obstructing the view but I’d come back anyways as we loved being so up close and personal with the sea!

Nice place to stay

Overall, the place was well taken care of and nicely provisioned for our stay. We had a comfortable stay. The only complaint I have is that housekeeping showed up at the door right at 11 AM. We told him we were loading up the car and would be out in a few minutes. Not more than 5 minutes later someone from the front office called asking why were weren't out of the place yet. We were literally sitting in my car ready to drive off when they called. Didn't really set well with us but can't really complain as the instructions clearly stated checkout time is 11:00 AM.

It was fine

Condo was older than it looked in the listing, but it was clean and well stocked. Only issue was that the screen door was broken so we weren't able to leave the slider open to hear the waves and appreciate the view like we had hoped. Brought it to the office attention the minute we checked in, but they didn't fix it like they said they would. We really enjoyed our stay though and would do it again.

Wont go back

The bed here is terrible. It is squishy and sags dramatically in the middle. It is advertised as a queen size bed but it is a double. Bee was so bad we couldnt sleep for two nights.

Review of Unit 118

Here are a few things 1. tile grout in main bath floor should be redone 2. screen door needs a fix or replacement 3. Mattress on bed was very soft, uneven and uncomfortable. I'd return to Sea Gypsy again, but would avoid 118 for the mattress reason 4. dish drainer is too big to be useful Thank you.
