We had a memorable stay, even though we had to adjust some plans due to the kitchen being unusable after a leak from upstairs. Julie, the owner, was super responsive and gave us a 50% discount for the inconvenience. Otherwise, the house was perfect for our family group of 7 adults and 7 teenagers. The layout and amenities worked out well for our big group, and we would definitely book this place again for our next Cape Cod gathering. If we hadn't encountered the leak, I would happily have given this place a full five-star review.

The host and the house were excellent. We had a great time and the house was everything as advertised. We would definitely stay there again.

Great place

We had a great time here over the Thanksgiving weekend. Julie is fantastic, and took care of us very well. Highly recommend this property. We also like how the place is decorated.

Amazing trip

We had the best time! The house is beautiful - plenty of room, well decorated, and very clean. The host is very responsive and helpful. There are also so many wonderful things around the area too. I would highly recommend to stay here!

Quiet neighborhood retreat

This house was perfect for our family’s vacation. We had little kids, teens and adults, there was plenty of room for everyone. Having the beach pass was great for our daily trips to Craigville Beach.

Cape on the Fourth

My family stayed at this property so we could have a family vacation and do a celebration of life for my father. He loved the cape and this house was very welcoming and comfortable.Nice quiet neighborhood

Julie, the host, was absolutely amazing at communication, at checking in to make sure we had what we needed, at giving us ideas and information about local restaurants and attractions. She was very quick to respond prior to and during our stay. She provided a list of various items, appliances, games, disposable items, kitchen wear, serving platters, pool items that were available to us for our stay. The house was extremely clean and had very warm and happy decor that was so inviting and helped give us that vacation vibe. There was a large dining table in the dining room, a large kitchen table and kitchen island that allowed our group to hang out and dine together. The basement was perfect for the dedicated kid hangout where they could all have a big sleepover and play games. They even had their own bathroom with shower, microwave and small refrigerator to keep their drinks and snacks. I believe there was a foosball table or something of the sort and a TV to connect a game console that one of our family members brought.The pool is quite large with a deck around the pool that leads into a deck with loungers, a bbq grille and fire pit to roast marshmallows. The house was really a lot of fun for our families to spend time together. The location is only a 5 minute or so drive to a Stop and Shop grocery store which was quite convenient because we always seemed to need something from there. I would definitely consider staying here again in the future!

Julie was a lovely host. She keeps everything well stocked and is quick to answer back. The house was great for our family of 9 which included a one year old. She has many things available for young children. Thank you for a lovely stay!

This property is a WOW!

If you are looking for a great property to rent for a family vacation, this home is outstanding. The house was super-clean and very well equipped with everything you could need. In addition to nice furnishing and bedding, the owner provided soap, dishwashing pods, laundry pods, dryer sheets, paper towels, TP, tissues, napkins, etc. The pool was lovely. A huge collection of pool towels and beach chairs meant that we could take our whole 12-person group to the beach with no trouble. The kitchen is really well equipped with many appliances and dishes/silverware. The location is fabulous - so close to stores, beaches, bike trails, and activities. Also close-by is a Tesla supercharger station - very handy if you have an EV. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Best Family Vacation!

The house was perfect for our family of 10. 5 Bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The Pool is very large and clean (but a little cold). The kitchen is well stocked with every dish and utensil you could ever use. There were lots of beach towels and sand chairs, and a very nice washer and dryer. Detergent, dishwasher pods, garbage bags, tissues, p towels, all included. The owner was in contact several times to make sure we were comfortable and happy. Julie is very personable. She gave several recommendations for restaurants and beaches. There is lots of indoor and outdoor seating, a gas grill and gas firepit. We are thinking of going back again next year for our family vacation.

We love, love, love this spacious property—so close and convenient to many beaches and shopping. The onsite pool is a treasure. Our family was very comfortable staying the entire week at this wonderful home.Of particular note is the property owner/ manager, Julie—she was extremely attentive to any questions we posed. Of all the rentals we’ve ever experienced across the country throughout the years, Julie is, by far, the best landlord we’ve ever dealt with. Kudos!! Highly recommend.
