Detta är ett nyrenoverat hem med 5 sovrum och 3 badrum. På sanden på en privat strand. Den öppna planlösningen har ett vackert modernt familjerum med 65 "TV, öppen spis och dryck. De franska dörrarna leder till ett massivt däck med utsikt över havet med en privat gångväg till stranden. Den första våningen har ett stort kök och en matplats med bar höjd sittplatser för 8 personer. Det finns 3 sovrum, alla med nya queen size-sängar och ett vackert badrum med två handfat.

Andra våningen har 2 sviter. En med en queen size-säng, den andra med en king size-säng. Båda sovrummen har lyxiga spa-badrum, med designade handfat och armaturer. Det finns två livingsrum, ett är ett spektakulärt stort rum med öppen spis och en 65 "TV. De franska skjutdörrarna leder till en annan expansiv däck med utsikt över Atlanten.

Nedre våningen har ett spelrum, ett stort sovrum med våningssängar (7 sovplatser), en fullständig tvättstuga, garage, och ut dörr dusch.

Mantoloking ligger inbäddat mellan två större städer Point Pleasant och Sea Side. Dessa två städer erbjuder promenader med många attraktioner som rider, mat, arkader och ett mycket stort havsakvarium. De är otroligt underhållande för både vuxna och barn. Det finns tre städer som är nära nog att cykla till, Lavalette, Ortly och Normandie Beach. Dessa strandgemenskaper har underbara restauranger, glassbutiker och shopping,
Gångavstånd bara 100 meter från huset är "Charlies" en bönder står med färsk frukt, grönsaker och dagligvaruhandel behov. De har färska bröd bakverk och deras berömda ostkaka creamiest ostkaka någonsin. Angränsande är ett café som erbjuder frukost och lunch kallas Delfinas. Bara en 7 minuters promenad är Blu Sushi bästa sushi japanska köket i området med uteservering och nästa dörr är Kaboodals med deras läckra hemlagad glass

Mantoloking house

The house was terrific--plenty of room everywhere, inside and outside. Beautiful views from the upper deck. The host was most responsive and accommodating. We had a wonderful summer vacation here.

Beautiful home and outstanding location!

We had a wonderful time.. a three generation summer celebration with the easiest access to beach ever! The kids loved having our own beach area and just a few steps more to the beach-- with lifeguards! I highly recommend it for a great family vacation spot. Everything and more as promised.

Not coming back.

The location was great. The house was somewhat worn and tired. We had to fix the kitchen table in order to eat at it. Umbrella on the deck was unusable due to previous tearing. Banisters were In need of painting. The deck space had miscellaneous items (screens and cans) lying around. The waffle iron had been put away with food still on it - when we opened it there were flies with their eggs in it. The dryer took several cycles to dry two towels.

Everything you could ask for

"Ease and luxury" sums it up for this wonderful beachfront property. The beach is just steps away, plenty of relaxing and living space in the home, a fresh food market and bakery just steps in the other direction. I would love to stay again, should the opportunity arise.

Fabulous Summer Vacation!!!

We were so fortunate to have the opportunity to rent this beautiful home on the beach!! This is a home that is meant to be shared with family and friends and we certainly did that. There are two master suites on the upper level which made it wonderful for having another couple or family come to visit. There is plenty of room for teenagers or kids to sleep. The beds are super comfortable and I felt like I was at a beautiful hotel because every convenience you could think of was provided. The owners were beyond accommodating and lovely to deal with. They knew we had a long drive arriving on Saturday and arranged for the cleaning service to come early and allowed us to check in at 11 AM. This was wonderful and gave us the day to shop and get settled with still time to enjoy the beach day. The beach is one of the nicest I have ever been on at the New Jersey store.. there are lifeguards and although the home comes with eight beach badges no one even checks.. Due to COVID, many restaurants were short on staff and it was very difficult to get reservations so we did a lot of grilling in the beautiful backyard.. there is a fire pit and the kids roasted marshmallows at night while listening to music as the house is equipped with Sonos throughout inside and out. My son is a 16-year-old and of course he most permitted to have three of his friends down for much of the time. The house is stocked with bicycles, boogie boards and all sorts of games which kept them quite busy…. They could not of had more fun! My very favorite part of each morning was sitting outside on the upper terrace and drinking coffee while just taking in that beautiful ocean view. It is perfect for watching a magnificent sunrise because all you need to do is roll out of bed a little before 6 AM watch it and tumble back into bed and sleep in. There are plenty of delis and a wonderful Italian specialty store very close by which was very convenient for picking up lunches, dinners and snacks. If you decide to experience this NJ shore oasis you will make many great memories! Thank you to the very gracious and accommodating owners for sharing their lovely home with us.

Everything We Hoped for and More!

From the very first communication with Marilice upon booking, she was not only professional and courteous, she was also incredibly welcoming with our family renting her home. She provided many tips and guidelines to make our stay wonderful including where to find local goodies, food, and anything we needed. About 200 feet away is Charlie’s Market, which is the cutest little shop with delicious food, baked goods and an awesome farmers market. Marilice Provided all that you would need, which including beach bikes, beach chairs and toys, umbrellas, gym equipment, a Foos ball table, and housewide Sonos to make a beach day extraordinary! With the proximity to the private beach, and an exquisitely furnished home, we’d recommend this property to anyone looking for the highest quality at the Jersey Shore!

Jersey shore bliss!

We’ve been renting houses at the Jersey shore for many, many years and this house was our favorite! Everything about this home was fantastic: perfect layout for a very big family, super comfortable beds(never have we slept so well in a rental house honestly), HUGE deck, views to die for. The beach the house is located on is absolutely beautiful: wide, clean, not crowded. Nicest outdoor shower we’ve ever seen, plenty of seating and places to relax, great bar area with separate ice maker, bikes...truly every detail for a perfect vacation which is exactly what we had. Marilice is a warm, thoughtful owner who truly understands the value of a family vacation at the Jersey shore. We’re so grateful for the new memories we made at this very special home and cannot wait for next summer!

Great location, clean modern home

This is the perfect location. Ocean views are beautiful, modern home with all conveniences. Marilice has the house furnished beautifully with the best beds ever! Love the location , right near Charlie’s, and use of beach bikes is a bonus!!! Owners have given great thought to providing chairs, umbrellas and even kadima paddles:) The beach is perfect and our stay was exactly how I wanted it. Thank you Marilice for being so responsive and a great host!!
