Mellow Yellow är en vacker ny 2: a radstrand hem färdigställd våren 2018. Fastigheten ligger i den familjevänliga underavdelningen i Sandcastle. Huset har 2 våningar med en master king suite, badrum och privat balkong som ligger på övervåningen. Återstående två fulla badrum och fyra sovrum ligger på bottenvåningen, tre sovrum med king size-sängar och ett sovrum med våningssängar (6 enkelsängar och en dubbelsäng). Det finns också en bärbar spädbarn Pac n Go för dina små. Alla rum har plattskärms-TV och vardagsrummet har 55 "ultra HD-TV med surroundljudhögtalare. Huset har även höghastighetsinternet, Roku-lådor (eller Roku-TV-apparater) i alla rum och vardagsrummet, och DirecTV med sportpaket. Rymligt vardagsrum / kök / matplats har vacker utsikt över stranden. Köket har gasspis med dubbelugn, en stor ö med fyra barstolar för extra sittplatser. Matbordet har åtta platser. Det finns också 8 TV-brickor.

Huset har ett stort delvis täckt däck med enkel promenad eller golfvagn tillgång till stranden, med ett litet fiskdamm i trädgården. (Fiske är tillåtet, fångst och släpp bara snälla!). På nedre uteplatsen finns det två gungor, två picknickbord, charcole grill och en dusch för att städa upp och koppla av efter användning på stranden.
Sängkläder och städning ingår i hyran.
Det finns många lokala restauranger, livsmedelsbutiker / järnaffärer, fritidsuthyrning, suvener shopping och minutmarknader inom 5 till 10 minuter från huset. Det finns broschyrer, tidskrifter och kartor i huset för mer information.

Best place for large family group!

We loved our time at Mellow Yellow. Everything was just as pictured and described. The room spaces allowed us to spread out. The walk to to beach was short. We enjoyed seeing the ducks and turtles in the pond.

Annual Crystal Beach Trip

This is the best house we have rented in many years of coming to Crystal Beach with our large family and friends group. The layout is perfect, the kitchen is large and great to eat, play games, and gather in. Very close to the beach, we had no trouble getting our golf cart out there and back. Everything was clean and organized well. We didn’t need for anything the whole time we were there. My son loved the porch swing! The owner was great at communicating check in process. We could not have asked for more! Thank you so much for renting your home to us!

Prefect Family Getaway

Wonderful Property

We came with a big extended family group in order to have a memorial for my grandma. The house was very clean, beds were comfortable and the AC worked well! The kitchen was stocked with things to make cooking at the house a breeze. It is a short walk to a very nice beach and close to a atore with all your needs. It’s located on the more quiet part of town, we enjoyed it! We highly recommend and will hopefully return for a longer trip!

Amazing Place!

Mellow Yellow was an awesome place to stay for vacation! We couldn’t have asked for anything more. Amazing views, upstairs and downstairs with the small pond. Beds are super comfy. Loved the little bridge in the community for beach access. All around great place and will be coming back!

Marvelous Mother’s Day Weekend!

We LOVED Mello Yellow! Home was extremely clean, comfortable, roomy, well stocked in kitchen, downstairs and yard were wonderful! Beds very comfy, house stayed cool and comfortable! Our family had a great weekend and we will be back!!!

Mellow Yellow Perfect Family Rentals

Great location close to beach. Clean. Kitchen fully stocked. Plenty of towels and beach toys. Even provided plenty of trash bags and dish washer detergent, shower soap, shampoo and conditioner. Even in the outdoor shower and very very responsive. 2nd time we’ve rented this house. Loved it.

BEST VRBO EVER

This house was the best VRBO we ever rented. 6 adults and 5 children under the age of 10. It was clean. It was well supplied. It was close walk to the beach. Property Manager very quick to respond. It had EVERYTHING. If you want a great house for a fun family vacation, pick this one. I hope to rent again in the future FOR SURE.

Family Vacay

Our group consisted of 8 adults, a 3 year old and an infant. We have stayed at a different home the last 3 years, but with the addition of the new baby, we had outgrown our former home away from home and had to find a new place. The house was better than advertised. Nice large dining table for everyone to eat together, kid friendly, nice large pantry to store a week's worth of food, short walk to beach, responsive owner/manager, comfy beds, quiet neighborhood, and the list goes on. If you're looking for it, this place has it!

Excellent beach house

This place is gorgeous. The amenities are all upgraded. The property manager was easy to work with and very understanding. She left detailed instructions that were clear. This place sleeps 16 and we only had 9 guest so we have a lot of room to move around. The view in the morning is so beautiful. This is a place to come back to. We all enjoyed it. Family getaway

Loved our stay at the Mellow Yellow Beach House! Walking bridge over the dunes was nice but would have loved vehicle access. The house was beautiful just like the pictures. Lots of dinning space, showers, and little extras that we enjoyed. Brandy’s blanket was a big hit among all the girls! Plenty of patio room with lots of seating for those quiet mornings with coffee or moon gazing at night. Loved the safety gate at the top of the stairs, the booster seat, and pack and play for our youngest granddaughter. Pirate ship bunkbed was a hit for our grandsons. Something for everyone. This place was perfect. Oh, and the ducks and turtles were entertaining in the inlet. Thank you so much for the hospitality! You’re home is beautiful!

Family getaway

We needed some good ole fun family time and found the perfect place!!! The house was spacious, clean and plenty of bedrooms for all the family! The outdoor spaces provided plenty of seating for eating and relaxing. The views were so pretty and the beach was very clean! There was one little hiccup and that was that it was a little warm in the living area and bedrooms at night. But when we left the a/c people were there to check it out. We were all very disappointed that we didn’t book the cabin longer!!!! We will definitely be back!!!!

Varför värden valde detta boende

My family has owned property in Crystal Beach for many years, and I have fond memories of beach vacations growing up. I wanted to build and rent my house on Crystal Beach so that other families could have some of the same great experiences that my kids and I have had visiting the beach.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

This is a great house. I personally picked out all of the decorations and furnishings, and I think it has a lot of character and charm. We also love the pond in front of the house - you can walk up and feed ducks (or turtles!) and even go fishing right in the front yard.
