Great last min getaway

Pros: Perfect first floor convenience Great location Beachfront with great views Restaurant on site- delish but pricey Great communication with Book That Condo with easy check in & outMarcos pizza across the street 2 pools tidewater in general often has elevator issues. Luckily we just walked up the stairs to floor 1 everyday. Get the first floor! Cons:The couch & queen bed were very uncomfortable. This was prob the only real complaint. Great condo just uncomfortable furniture.

Great place to stay with young kids

Great stay

My only complaint about this condo is hearing the elevators while trying to sleep at night due to this condo being right across the hall from the elevators but it was very clean! It was also wonderful to be able to walk down the lobby stairs instead of trying toWe would definitely stay in this condo again in the future

Relaxing at the beach

Due to Hurricane Helene. We came earlier than expected and our rental company was accommodating. Very nice location. Clean condo. Everyone was friendly. Loved that there was a restaurant in the complex. Easy parking and transport of belongings with carts for your luggage. Nice sitting area in center of complex. All in all was enjoyable and relaxing.

Great stay

The condo was as pictured, clean and had everything we needed. The pots and pans were kinda junky, could use some new ones. The view was amazing. We rented beach chairs and umbrella as soon as we unpacked then all we needed to carry to the beautiful beach was a beach bag. We were so happy this was on the first floor as the elevator was VERY slow and when it stopped on your floor it was usually packed with people (everyone was complaining about the elevator). We used the stairs after initial unload. Be prepared to be patient when you first get there as that's when you need the elevator. We loaded our vehicle the night before leaving with stuff we wouldn't use(using the stairs) and that made checking out a lot easier, no need for the luggage cart. The sliding glass door was pretty hard to open, needed muscles! You do have to pay a fee for parking and I'm happy we have a printer at home because you can not sign the contract electronically. Overall, we had a great stay!

Clean Comfortable and Convenient

It was our 28th wedding anniversary and honestly we just wanted a relaxing stay right on the beach. I wanted to make my coffee in the morning and sit on our balcony to watch and listen to the waves. Our family owned a condo on the 19th floor years ago so we wanted to stay on the first few floors to avoid the elevator. The management company was easy to deal with and they even had our room early which was a major bonus and definitely not expected.

I enjoyed the having everything done b4 i got there, got my packet and was ready to go to my room. We was there the week of 4th of july, so the elevators was slow..my room had every thing I needed except a broom, there was a vacuum but i would have. Preferred a broom to sweep all the sand up. Other than not having a broom I enjoyed everything about the condo. We had a great view of the beach and the restaurant and starbucks in the building was really good ! The staff was super helpful as well

Nice clean property-Pool area needs some improvement

Nice clean property. Stayed first part of March disappointed pool was not heated. When you got a nice warm day there was no shade around pools. Could use some umbrellas around pool.

Great Place

We stayed a month. Place was exactly what we were looking for. It looked just like the pictures. Many restaurants close by. Just a couple minor complaints that did not ruin our stay. The couch was very uncomfortable. And the floors were dirty. There was no swiffer or mop to clean them.

TW106 Review

We will not rent this particular unit again due to the proximity to the elevator. Also, the AC Unit was very loud when it came it on during the night. Also, there were no sheets for the pull out bed (Couch) we didn't know to bring our own.

Tidewater 106 PCB

The 1st floor so we didn't have to use the elevators was wonderful! The room was like those we have stayed at previously at Tidewater. We chose this room because it was as on the 1st floor. The balcony furniture was wonderful. The inside furniture was not so comfortable. The chairs do not have arms and overall small. Not really comfortable for relaxing. The master bed needs to be a King. It's too small (and you hit your leg on the footboard) The kitchen is well stocked … no cheese grater but you could open wine! The condo needs a really good cleaning. The stove top needs to really be cleaned. However the oven was spotless. The faucet in the kitchen needs a good scrubbing … very dirty around the base of it. Fridge clean but there is a broken shelf. The bathroom closet was locked so there was no storage for personal things in the bathroom. The floors need a good mopping with the area rug pulled up. Some sand under the rug. Book That Condo was wonderful to check on us the day after we arrived to see if all was well. We had an issue with the tv and the garbage disposal but they sent maintenance quickly to fix both problems on two different occasions. Overall it was a good room, could just use some TLC and updating a bit. Hoping the owners “put back” into the property. We enjoyed our stay very much.
