***Adults and kids aged 12 and older are required to wear armbands, while those under 12 years old do not need them.
***The Summit Resort is one of the famous and favorite Resorts in PCB! The Summit Resort holds a special place in the hearts of many, spanning several generations. As one of the first resorts built in PCB, it boasts an extensive range of amenities that newer resorts often lack, including saunas, indoor and outdoors hot tubs, tennis courts, and more. Many guests have been returning to this resort for years, making it their preferred destination.

*Palisade bar and grill are available from March 1- October 31
*Guest must be 21 to be able to rent this place and stay at the property through the whole stay. Valid ID reqired

Florida's warm and humid climate creates a breeding ground for many animals and pest insects: lizards, geckos, ants, palmetto bugs, mosquitoes, and more. Ooccasionally some insects may fly in when a front door or balcony door are open just like a fly would seeking water or shelter. Although annoying, they provide food for other insects and animals. Please check and be familiar with Florida Wild Life before visiting.
*Currently pools are closed at dusk until city will finish survey.

Summit is one of the first bullied resorts in PCB and it does have so many activities, that the newer resort does not, such as several pools, saunas, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, tennis courts, a seasonal bar and grill, stores, a coffee shop, and much more! Perfect Location - right on the beach on one side and tons of activities on another site!
After watching some of the world's most awe-inspiring sunsets on the beach, head out front to experience the legendary action of Thomas Drive. If you want to drive to dinner, rest assured knowing that your vehicle is safely parked right at the resort parking lot - but you won't need any vehicles to enjoy the best that PCB has to offer because of this condo's incredible location!
When it comes to successful vacation, its all about location, location, location - and this condo is in the heart of everything you might want for creating unforgettable memories.
