Unit 255 ligger i vackert anlagda Hale Kamaole-komplex och har en privat Lanai med vacker havsutsikt över Kamaole III-stranden - som heter en av världens bästa stränder! Stranden har en mild surf med livvakter på heltid. Denna enhet ligger borta från South Kihei Road i byggnad 6 och har över 1300 kvadratmeter bostadsyta. Den vackra poolen ligger bara några steg från enheten, tillsammans med tennisbana och grillplatser. Gott om gratis parkering på platsen och inga anläggningsavgifter gör detta till ett fantastiskt komplex. Denna lägenhet ligger inom gångavstånd från restauranger, affärer och sevärdheter, och är en utmärkt bas för att utforska Maui!

På bottenvåningen finns ett nytt fullt utrustat kök, komplett med granitbänkar och diskmaskin. Matsalen och vardagsrummet är smakfullt inredda i en avslappnad strandstil. Den skuggade Lanai har utsikt över havet, West Maui bergen och poolen. Det finns ett stort sovrum med 2 enkelsängar, luftkonditionering, takfläkt och gott om förvaring. Badrummet på bottenvåningen har nyligen renoverats med en ny fåfänga med bänkskivor i granit. En tvättmaskin / torktumlare i svit kompletterar bottenvåningen.

På andra våningen finns ett loft med en queen size-säng med utsikt över vardagsrummet, komplett med en takfläkt. Det stora sovrummet har en queen size-säng, luftkonditionering, takfläkt och stort badrum med duschkabin och har nyligen renoverats med en ny fåfänga med bänkskiva i granit.

Kabel-tv på båda nivåerna, inklusive stor "Smart TV" i vardagsrummet, gratis wifi, tvättmaskin / torktumlare, telefon inkluderar gratis obegränsat samtal till Kanada och USA. Strandstolar, boogiebrädor, kylare och annan strandutrustning som finns i Lanai garderoben för din bekvämlighet. Tvättmaskin finns också på plats nära tennisbana.

Great week in Kihei

Loved this property, walking distance to so many spots including a great beach (Kamaole Beach Park III). Saw many whales jumping and a couple turtles - a few fish too. The pool and BBQ's were nice and super clean. This condo was supplied with everything you could possibly need for making meals and having a great time at the beach. Thanks for everything!

Spring break 2025

Our family of 4, and our friends (family of 4, 3 doors down) stayed for 8 nights. We had an awesome trip and the condo was perfect. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well equipped, towels and beach supplies were perfect, and the extra bed in the loft was a real bonus for our teenage sons to each have their own space. The fans throughout the unit really helped cool it down and worked well using the A/C units late in the day to cool the condo down for bed. We would definately stay again!

Family Christmas trip

Three weeks in paradise joined for a week by son & family. Plenty of room for all of us. Upstairs bedroom, bathroom and loft gave my son’s family their own space. Wonderful property close to so many things. We have been to the islands 30 years and this condo was our favorite to date!

Wonderful Location for a Family Gathering

We recently rented this unit to celebrate a Birthday milestone. There were 6 of us sharing for 10 days and it was perfect! Everyone commented how comfortable their beds were and all were well rested in the mornings. The condo was well stocked and very clean. The proximity to the pool and bbq's were a bonus. Laura, the manager, was easily accessible and helpful. We are excited to book a return trip!

Comfortable condo in a great location.

We love this condo for the location and the ability to sleep 6. We had a view of the ocean and could walk to shops, restaurants and ice cream shops. The beach across the street has good snorkeling and we saw many sea turtles. This was truly a vacation to remember .

Relaxing and Homey

Really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean, well stocked, and had a great view. Nothing like waking up to the sounds of the birds and waves crashing then walking out to the lanai to enjoy a hot cup of coffee.

Fantastic Condo

This is our second stay in this condo and it was just as great as the first trip. The unit was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed and just felt like home. We enjoyed cooking at the BBQ's and chatting with other guests, and had a great time tanning at the nearby pool. We really enjoyed having a morning coffee and seeing the whales from the balcony. The complex is really well located, close to Kamaole 3 and other nearby beaches, and Kihei is a great central location to explore other parts of the island. We could walk to go to dinner and sunset each night which we really enjoyed. Laura was great at communicating everything we needed to know, and we look forward to returning here on many more trips in the future!

You have many things around you can go walking. Gifts shops, market , liquor store , beach is only 2 minutes walk . Very spacious place to stay.

Spring Break 23’

Nice spot close to the pool and beach. Kids 6, 4, 1) had a great time. Plenty of room for sleeping with the 2 beds and loft area. Turtles at Kamaole III were a big hit. Great weather the whole trip and lots of vitamin D, to boost is up for the return of the NW rain and clouds.

Well appointed condo

Unit #255 is fantastic! We've stayed in this complex many times before, and this unit is better appointed than any of the others we've rented in the past. Great location across from Kam III beach. Easy access to the highway and shopping.

Great Location

We have stayed at Hale Kamaole many times in various properties. This unit was fine, but the amenities (snorkel equipment, boogies boards and some chairs) were in need of replacement. The unit was comfortable, but is a bit dated and could have used a deep clean. That being said, it was affordable and overall a pleasant stay.

Great location, well stocked and clean condo

The condo was great. It had everything we needed for our stay. The right size for our family of four. Only disappointment, and it is minor was that we couldn't see the sunsets from our deck. (We were there in November so maybe during other times of the year you can) Also the downstairs bedroom air conditioner was loud and it wouldn't have mattered because we never had to use it at night but having two little ones that still napped made it hard to get them to sleep. Again minor. We loved the condo and would rent again.

Great property and a Short walk to the beach

Property had everything our family needed and was clean with the exception of the air conditioning units. Could not use as a result. The owner by way of property manager made arrangements to provide extra fans which helped to cool the property at night. The owner went above and beyond regarding replacing the air conditioning units during our stay. Communication was excellent with the owner and the second half of our stay was nice and cool. I would recommend this property for a family vacation.

Spacious family getaway

We regularly vacation in Kihei and have stayed in various condos on this property and this was the best place, to date! With 3 bedroom areas (counting the loft), our kids had their own spaces (thus fewer fights ;-)) for our family of 5. The kitchen was well stocked and there were lots of beach gear to borrow. The only thing that would make the entire property better is if the pool was a little warmer. They don’t heat it nor have a hot tub, so the kids (and us) get too cold to swim as long compared to the places with heated pools or hot tubs. But this particular unit.. is a real gem. Thank you for the wonderful place to make memories!

255 Hale Kamaole

Laura was a great host, she was very responsive with any questions or concerns that we had. The condo was average, some renovations were completed on the main floor and bathrooms. The upstairs carpets needed replacing or at least a good cleaning and the bed covers were dated and needed replacing. These two things made it feel and smell dirty. The air conditioning was just small window units only in the bedrooms. Location was good, across from the beach. Kitchen was well equipped. A good addition to the condo would be a drying rack for towels and swimsuits.

The pictures were a little deceiving. It didn’t have the same couch or the dining chairs. The bedding was outdated and dingy. The pillows were lumpy & dirty. Other than that it was a great place to stay. Just spend a bit more on the bedding & it would be much better. The closet was stocked with lots of beach items. The fans could use some dusting, very dirty fans. Great location, grounds are gorgeous but building itself a bit old.

Wonderful experience

Great unit in well located complex! We stayed in this unit for 2 wonderful weeks and will definitely be back! The unit was bright and spacious with some great updates like the kitchen and tile floor. Overall it had a great ‘beachy’ look, which really added to the vacation feeling! The kitchen had everything we needed and more, which was convenient for making meals in the condo. The beds were comfortable and the location in the complex was very quiet, which was great for sleeping in. The lanai was nicely shaded and a great place to get out of the sun and enjoy the ocean views. The closet had beach chairs and coolers which came in really handy for days out and about on Maui. The beach directly across the street was great for early morning swimming and sunsets. The complex is a short walk to shops and restaurants, but still far enough away from the ‘busy’ area for some relaxation. The communication with Laura was quick and easy, and we would happily come back when on Maui again!

Great complex, unit needs maintenance

The unit is quite worn and in need of maintenance. Upper bedroom you could see through a hole in the wall to outside, lower bedroom AC runs off and on making aleep difficult. The unit needs an overall deep ckean, and duvees appear not washed in ages. Dishwasher has black mold so washed dishes by hand. Door knobs loose, toilet flushes intermittently, etc, etc . It is in a great complex, nice views, lots of beach toys, great pool and tennis courts. Walking distance to restaurants. Pretty landscaping.
