“Vårt lilla hus på hörnet”

”Vårt lilla hus på hörnet” byggdes 1954. Vi ombyggde totalt den i vår för korttidshyra. På övervåningen är nu en master svit och två sovrum ligger på första våningen. Du kommer inte bli besviken över stilen och inredningen. Allt är nytt men de hårfärgade lackerade golven. Om du reser genom Gallia County för ett bröllop, återförening, fest eller bara semestrar kommer du att njuta av vårt hem. Inga andra personer kommer att dela hemmet med dig. Bob Evans Farm Restaurant, Merry Family Winery, GreenValley Gathering Place ligger bara några minuter bort. Downtown Gallipolis är bara en snabb bilresa också.

Den dagliga priset är för två vuxna och varje ytterligare vuxen är 25,00 per natt. Barn under 16 år kostar inte. Det finns en liten engångsstädningsavgift på 35. 00 för bottenvåningen och ytterligare 20. 00 om övervåningen också används. Detta är också en engångsavgift.

House was okay.

The house was good enough for me and my 3 employees. It was clean and quiet. Don't expect luxury but the place was livable.

Birthday trip

It was a nice cozy place to stay. My daughter wanted to come see the Mothman Museum for her bday she is into the history of the Mothman. This was a perfect little stay. We also saw the Gallipolis lights. They were beyond magical.

Nice and quiet!

My band played at Rio Grande University and we rented this house so we didn’t have to drive back to Columbus that night. The house was clean and well appropriated with everything one would need including extra tooth brushes in case you forgot one. Highly recommend

Would stay here again

We enjoyed our overnight stay at “Our Little House on the Corner.” We were in town for one night to attend a wedding, and the house had everything we (5 of us) needed. Beds were comfortable, communication with owner was exceptional, and ease of checking in and checking out was excellent. Highly recommend.

Much like home

We chose this VRBO because it was the perfect location for this trip. With 3 bedrooms and 2 full bedrooms it fit the bill. One of those places that look small on the outside but plenty of room inside. We were in need of nothing. We all agree we will come back.

Just what we needed

Nice space with plenty of room to spread out. Close to Twinkleberries Cafe which has an amazing breakfast. There is road noise but they do provide fans that help.

House on the corner

Very comfortable place to stay. Neighbor hood is great and folks are friendly. Very convenient to any locations from Jackson to Galipolis.

Everything happens for a reason.

We were actually in the Little Retro House in town in Gallipolis instead of the Little house on the corner due to a circumstance so I can only speak to the Little Retro House. It was an amazing little house. It was very comfortable and easy walking to the town park and little town area and we ended up right next door to family that was in town for the family funeral we came for so that was a nice unexpected bonus. We would absolutely stay here again! The host is very responsive and easy to work with. I hope you all enjoy!

Mothman visit with teens

This was a great house for my teenage daughter and her friend. The two girls got their own rooms on the main floor and would hang out in the living room. I took the spacious upstairs bedroom, with a TV and bathroom. The girls liked having their own space to hang out. This house worked great for us. It was near Point Pleasant for our Mothman visit. Both teens want to go back next year.

Perfect Location

This was such a great location for our stay as our daughter graduated from the University of Rio Grande. And was soo close to Gallipolis area and we will definitely come back to the area and hope to stay at this property or another one of Beth’s homes! She was so prompt to respond and answer questions as needed. As well as being very thorough in her explanation and expectations of the stay!
