The house was perfect. We were in town for a family reunion. There were my son and three kids plus my husband and I. We had plenty of room. The place is well stocked.

Holiday stay in Rio Grande

The host Kate was very hospitable and available for any questions. The property is clean, secluded , quiet and adorable. Such a nice stay.

We stayed here for a family wedding nearby and it was perfect! We had 5 adults and 1 child, but the house could have easily accommodated more. Great location—less than 15 minutes from the Green Valley Gathering Place, close to the highway, with plenty of parking. The owners were super responsive. Would definitely recommend!

Cozy updated home with lots of amenities.

Stayed for our son’s graduation, enjoyed the home, clean, up to date and perfect. Close to RIO University so was a perfect selection. Gas grill worked perfectly!!

It was a rental that felt like a home.

Kate was great. We can’t say enough abt our stay. The attention to detail was right on point. Kate went above & beyond to make sure our stay was fantastic. I would absolutely rent again & refer friends & family to her home as well.

Hideaway Gem

This was our first time staying here. I wish I would have found it sooner. Definitely the best I’m come across in the Rio Grande area the last four years of coming down during my daughter’s volleyball seasons at URG. Updated, very clean and spacious!!
