Detta trevligt inredda hem ligger i ett mycket önskvĂ€rt omrĂ„de pĂ„ södra spetsen av ön, och bara tvĂ„ kvarter frĂ„n stranden - direkt tillgĂ„ng, en lĂ€tt 2-3 minuters promenad till surf och sand, nĂ€ra cykeln och löparbanan , och tvĂ€rs över frĂ„n Whaleys restaurang. Internet, Wi-Fi, Kabel-TV. Ett bra hem för en rolig familjesemester pĂ„ Edisto. Denna fastighet har en mycket stor tĂ€ckt veranda full av gungstolar. Du gĂ„r in i ytterdörren i det stora rummet med vardagsrum, matsal och kök i mitten av hemmet under högvinklade tak och pĂ„ trĂ€golv - detta omrĂ„de innehĂ„ller flera soffor, en storskĂ€rms-TV, ett stort handgjort gĂ„rdsbord för middag, en ö med avföring och ett fullt utrustat kök med nya apparater. Det finns en skĂ€rm veranda pĂ„ baksidan av huset med ett bord och stolar för uteservering. Time stands still

This was our 2nd trip and time atthe Hunter's home. Eric is so easy to work with. He always makes the stay wonderful for those who've stayed. It's a a quiet place and beach is never crowded. Peaceful and easy to unwind from the hustle of everyday life. It feels like time stands still the whole time you stay. We hope to continue our yearly visit for the years to come. Thanks to the Hunter's for there hospitality

Great property and location

The house was perfect for our family with lots of room to spread out - inside and outside. Just a short walk to the beach and right across from Whaley’s for food and drinks. Everything was in great condition and clean. Hope to get this place again in the future. Owner was easy to work with and provided good info about the property and area attractions.

Beautiful & Comfortable!

This home offers a very comfortable and enjoyable stay for multiple age ranges. We had a family reunion and this home offered cleanliness and convenience for age ranges 1yr old to 70 year old. The kitchen is well stocked and the large gathering room, screened in back porch with ceiling fan, and rocking chairs for the evening sunsets on the front porch were great perks of this home! The beds were also very comfortable and the host was very responsive.

Great location

We stayed here for a relaxing low key beach vacation with our adult children and grandchildren ( 2 infants & 2 yr old). The house and location met our needs perfectly. From the house you can look down the street & see the beach. It’s only a few min walk. Whaley’s restaurant across the street was quite convenient for cocktails and take out. The bike trail is about a block away . The neighborhood is wuiet

Second visit to the house. I love the floor plan, the common space and the quality of life features: the games and swing downstairs, the front and back porches and the outside shower. Great time. Grateful Eric allowed me to rent again.

GREAT LOCATION ACROSS THE STREET FROM WHALEY'S RESTAURANT SHORT WALK TO BEACH NICE BEACH ACCESS AREA

WE CAME TO EDISTO THE WEEK AFTER CHRISTMAS FOR NEW YEARS WITH OUR 3 ADULT CHILDREN, THEIR SPOUSES, AND 2 GRANDKIDS. HOUSE WAS GREAT, COMFORTABLE BEDDING AND SOFAS IN GREAT ROOM, NICE TV IN GREAT ROOM AND MASTER BEDROOM. PLENTY OF ROOM UNDER HOUSE WITH PING PONG TABLE, 2 TABLES FOR COOKING AND EATING. PLENTY OF PARKING SPACE WE HAD 6 CARS 3 ON EACH SIDE OF DRIVEWAY. PRIVATE BACK YARD WITH HORSE SHOES. OWNER WAS GREAT TO WORK WITH AND WE HAD NO ISSUES. ONLY REASON I DID NOT GIVE 5 STARS IT WAS NOT ON THE OCEAN. NICE GETAWAY AFTER CHRISTMAS. BTW WHALEYS IS A VERY GOOD RESTAURANT, SEAFOOD, BURGERS, SALADS, SANDWICHES, AND BEST BLOODY MARYS!

This property was perfect for our family. The house was immaculate and had everything we could possibly want. The kitchen was large and well supplied and the great room was very spacious and comfortable.A beautiful beach was easily accessed by a very short walk and an excellent restaurant was nearby.The owner, Eric, was accommodating and very easy to work with. We had a wonderful week!

Edisto Spring Visit

First time we have visited Edisto and this house was the perfect fit. The beach access is 2 blocks away. The home is comfortable and a great place to relax and enjoy. Our daughter was sad to leave, but we definitely want to go back again and stay here.

Spring Break at Edisto Beach

Edisto Island was amazing and not very busy or crowded. The beaches were great and the fishing charter nearby was a blast. We would definitely come back again.Eric was easy to communicate with and super responsive. Great experience overall!

OUTSTANDING

We were a family coming in from various parts of the U.S. and of varying ages - 3 weeks to 80+ years. The house was everything we expected and as advertised...comfortable, clean, well stocked and close to the beach. The host was accommodating with requests we had and easy to communicate with. I'd recommend this location to anyone without hesitation.

Family Girls Trip

We were a group of 10 adult women ages 27-69. We gathered to celebrate our family heritage. The house comfortably slept all of us. The great room and kitchen were large enough for all of us to be together for meals and fun. We were able to rotate through the 3 bathrooms with ease. The location was a short walk to beautiful beaches.

Celebrating my Mom's 80th Birthday

This property was perfect for our large family. The beds were all comfortable, there was plenty of seating and many places to hang out on the property. We loved the rockers on the front porch. There was an outdoor shower that was nice to have after being in the sand. The kitchen was well appointed with a good size refrigerator. The walk to the beach was only a few blocks. Plenty of parking also. The house had everything we needed. I highly recommend this house for large groups. Eric was wonderful to work with and we were notified that we could check in early the night before our trip. The process was seamless from booking to checking out. We hope to stay in this home again.

We are from the upstate of SC and love the Edisto area. We own a strawberry farm, and my wife is a retired elementary school teacher. We have owned our Edisto house since 2017.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

We love Edisto Beach, Botany Bay, and the entire area. We wanted a home there to eventually retire to, and a place that we could enjoy, and rent when not in use by us. We found this home and immediately fell in love with it. If you love the outdoors, Edisto is the place for you.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Very close to the beach and other points of interest. Whaley's Restaurant is across the street...a highly recommended restaurant that everyone loves. We are located just a short walk away from the beach - access 28. A walking and biking trail is very close as well. A pickleball and tennis court is located very close - just around the corner.
