Nice house with a great view of the ocean. You literally walk out the back door and you are in the sand! Haystack Rock is right outside the door. The kitchen is well appointed.

We loved the location. The house was well stocked. Wasn’t the cleanest place we’ve stayed. Certain areas like under sinks and kitchen drawers were dirty. I’d recommend they replace all the rugs in the house and get the sofa steam cleaned -Several stains.

Perfect location

This is a great house only one set back…the sand was not removed on the deck and blocked the view of the ocean:(

Hi Sharon, we are glad you had a great time. Sorry about the sand. It can pile up quickly during a wind storm and it requires a county and state permit to move any of it. It took a couple months to get the permit but we finally got approved 4/3 and the sand is removed. I know that doesn’t help your trip and I’m truly sorry you didn’t get to see the amazing ocean view. Best family friendly beach house

Our extended family rents different houses, for a reunion, at this time every year. Our house is the favorite for the beach location and the large open layout of the front rooms and the deck.

Perfect Location

This beach house is an ideal location! Situated right on the beach, perfect for playing in the sand, gorgeous sunsets, and always enjoying an ocean view. Property manager was quick to respond to any concerns and very helpful! I would stay here again!

On the sand serenity

This was a wonderful rental in an amazing location! 7 adults comfortably slept and relaxed in this beachside abode. Good stocked kitchen with views that can't be beat. Quiet neighborhood makes you feel secluded. Definitely recommend 👌

Perfect stay in Pacific City

Had the best time at this property. The hosts were super responsive to any questions we had and quick to reply. The home was clean and cozy. Well stocked kitchen and bedding. We were able to see whales from inside the house and played on the beach all day. Can’t wait to come back next year and stay again!!!

Family Vacation

We had an amazing time staying right on the beach in the gated community. The house was clean and comfortable. My kids and granddaughter enjoyed the sand right off the deck. We left a kite for the next family.

Pre-Christmas Get-away

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this beautiful, wonderfully stocked rental home with one of the most incredible views! Everything about our stay was perfect. The owners were incredibly understanding and helpful when we got a bit stranded due to paralyzing icy weather on the coast. We greatly appreciate all they did to help us get back to Portland. We highly recommend this property and will definitely make plans to return to one of our favorite spots!

Beautiful, updated property on the beach with full ocean view. Owners extremely responsive ( needed to reset wifi box ) and available to answer questions. For us - a definite five stay worth every $$$.

Family at the Beach

Incredibly windy 3 days. The view from this property was the saving grace. We could not sit outside but we were able to watch the entire coast anyway. The westward facing windows are great. The property is well maintained and equipped; I’d definitely stay here again.

Amazing Views

This is our third time renting this home for our annual end of summer beach trip! We love this house and the fantastic views and access to the water. We have already booked our stay for next year! Todd and Katie the property owners are wonderful hosts. They are always quick to respond with any questions we have. We appreciate them sharing their beach house!

Didn't Want to Leave!

This was our 2nd stay at the Ocean Front House. Last year we loved it so much, we re-booked for this year before we even checked out. This year we were had such a hard time leaving, we reached out and were allowed to stay one more night. Todd and Katie have been more than accomodating and we can't wait to visit again!
