Våra 2600 kvadratmeter, 4 sovrum, 3. 5 badrum stadsbostad (enhet 13) är en av de få äkta ski in / ski out fastigheter på Purgatory Resort, byggt precis i backarna och bara en kort promenad / skidor till huvudplatsen. Stadshusets läge erbjuder ultimat bekvämlighet under alla årstider! Det är bara några steg från liv och rörelse, restauranger, butiker och skidfaciliteter.

Denna stadsbostad har ett gourmetkök med bänkskivor i granit, en planlösning med öppet koncept med gott om sittplatser och utrymme att koppla av med familj och vänner. Förutom huvudbostaden och den formella matplatsen finns det också en bar som ger extra sittplatser. Stadshusens layout gör det till det perfekta alternativet för flera familjer eller vänner.

Sängkonfiguration (det finns plattskärms-TV i varje sovrum):

Master - King (2: a / Huvudnivå)
2: a sovrummet - King (3rd Level)
3: e sovrummet - 2 tvillingar (3e nivå)
4: e sovrum - Queen size-säng, våningssängar (singel över singel) och Futon (bottenvåningen)

Det stora sovrummet har en eldstad och en jacuzzi i det stora badrummet.

Stadshuset har en tvättmaskin / torktumlare, WiFi och ett bifogat uppvärmt garage med två bilar som har gott om förråd för förvaring.

Boka minst en vecka och 10% rabatt tillämpas automatiskt.

Den 4% resortavgiften som ingår i offerten är den nödvändiga resortavgiften som måste tas ut och tillåter inte åtkomst till Durango Mountain Club. För en extra (och valfri) 4% resortavgift har du tillgång till Durango Mountain Club som inkluderar en uppvärmd utomhuspool med rutschkana, badtunna utomhus och träningsanläggning. När du bokar, råda bara om du vill att vi ska lägga till ytterligare 4% resortavgift.

Stanna hos oss och vi erbjuder rabatter på både sommar (forsränning, ridning etc.) och vinter (skid- / snowboarduthyrning, hissbiljetter, slädturer, snöskoterutflykter etc.) aktiviteter.

Avbokningsregler: En betalning på $ 300 krävs vid bokningstillfället. Denna $ 300-betalning tillämpas på det totala förfallna beloppet och återbetalas endast inom 72 timmar efter det att bokningen gjordes. Om ditt ankomstdatum är inom 45 dagar efter bokningen krävs full betalning vid bokningstillfället. Avbokningar eller ändringar som resulterar i en förkortad vistelse, som görs inom fyrtiofem (45) dagar efter ankomstdatumet, förlorar hela bokningsbeloppet medan avbokningar som görs mer än fyrtiofem (45) dagar före ankomst endast förverkas 300 $ betalningen vid bokningstillfället. För bokningar som är minst trettio (30) nätter ökar avbokningsreglerna ovan till sextio (60) dagar före ankomstdatum. Vi erbjuder reseförsäkring.

Beautiful property

We had a great week and the location was perfect. Everything we needed was at the house. It was so cozy and the perfect spot to make memories with family. Would definitely recommend to others and would love to visit again!

The Best Location

Elkpoint 13 was amazing! It is the absolute best location. You can literally ski right to your back door and ski down to the main lift. We can’t wait to stay again!

Great location and spacious for large groups.

Only one issue…kitchen sink stopped up and slightly flooded the kitchen floor. Property manager responded quickly and situation was fixed. Outstanding location and furnishings. All in our party were happy with the stay. Ages of 11 occupants ranged from 12 to 54.

Great space and location for skiing!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in one of the Elkpoint condos our last few ski trips and it’s such a great space for a few families to gather together. We love that we can ski in for lunch and a break easily. The last time we stayed in this one, there were twins in one of the 2nd floor rooms and it was nice that they upgraded to king beds. The ice maker was broken but they did have trays to make our own ice. Only other issue was that the check in information states there would be 2 extra rolls of Toilet paper in each bathroom and there was only the one roll in each one and we had to ask for extra and they brought us a few rolls. It may sound petty, but for the price of these places, we would expect them to have what is stated.

The perfect location for both biking and skiing for large groups.

Train trip

Beautiful home. Clean. Kitchen had everything we needed. Short drive to Durango. We are from south Arkansas so the increased elevation plus all the stairs in a townhome made some of us light headed. I would not have traded it for the amazing views we had. Kids will want to come back

Great Location for our Group!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We traveled as a group to Purgatory Resort for our Spring Break vacations. Four families in total, 19 people (we rented two homes). Both homes had a great ski in ski out location. This was very convenient for all families because we were traveling with small children that got tired easily. The homes were in good shape, however they didn't look very clean (carpets and kitchen).

Beautiful!

The condo was perfect for my whole family during our vacation. The rooms were spacious and the whole condo was beautiful. The patio was nice to watch people coming by down the mountain and we were a short walk to the market, restaurant and activities. The bottom room (large room) does not have windows so it gets warm at night (we went during summer) and there are a lot of stairs for young kids. But overall the condo was wonderful, the management team responded quickly to l my emails and we would love go back during the winter!

The water/ice dispenser in the fridge wasn't working, but the management company brought us a bag of ice. Internet is lacking in this unit, but other than the times my husband was trying to work that wasn't too big of a deal since most of our time was spent outside. It's a beautiful home, lots of room, and well kept. Very comfy - we love it and will be back.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This family of seven from Texas had a fantastic time. The townhome is located right in the center of everything. The grandkids loved that the pool was in walking distance so they swam everyday we were there. Inside it was very clean and spacious. All of us had our own little place to retreat to. The townhome was well stocked with all we needed and plenty of linens. We enjoyed Durango, rode the train, played in the river by the park, and had the best hamburger at the James Ranch. My family has asked we return next year.

Great Place To Stay!!

Overall, our impression of the property was fabulous!! Everything was very clean. The only exception was that we had to wash a lot of kitchen items before using them. I think this may reflect mostly on previous renters, but I do find it disappointing to spend time washing dishes when I arrive at a property. Other than that, the only other things we saw needing attention were the locks on the front and back doors. They were not operating well. Having a night light in the 1st level room would also be helpful. All in all, we had a wonderful time on our trip and much of our enjoyment during our stay in Purgatory is attributed to this unit. We would absolutely stay there again =)

Great Family vacations!

Reviewer Comments: Everything was excellent, the location of the unit, the access and the general conditions are very good, our families enjoy everything and we were very pleased during all days. There were some things that need to be fixed in the unit, that was mentioned before, one thing that we forgot to mention is the smell in the rest room of the mains floor room. And please need to be care full and check the situation of the mouse, we didnt detected after a few days, but I think that is not something that happen often unless the units is not being used in a long time. we understand that those things could happen but you have to do a better inspection prior to any arrival or check with your cleaning team, also the garage was a little bit dirty and things that can be removed.Thanks for you service and support with everything.

AMAZING!

We had such a great time in Purgatory! This condo was amazing and so beautiful. We rented this condo for my husband, wedding party, and myself for my wedding weekend at Purgatory. We couldn’t have had a better experience with the condo and the property manager. I 100% recommend this condo!

Great place

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, really enjoyed our stay. The unit was perfect for 2 families (4 adults and 4 kids) and the location cannot be beat. The lodge amenities were great, and we used the pool just about every day. I didn’t have any issues during the stay, so did not interact with the property manager. Only suggestion would be to get some type of window covering for the windows in the back. It would have been nice to block some of the late afternoon sun. The back decks are very close together and although the owner of this unit can’t control the neighbors, it was a little disappointing when the group renting the unit next door were all cigarette smokers and made it uncomfortable for our young kids to be outside (and have the back windows open) because of the cigarette smoke.

Beautiful location

We absolutely loved our stay. The property is located at such a beautiful location. We went for hike every morning. House was very clean and cozy. Plenty of silverware and cookware.
