Denna 2-våning 1690 kvadratmeter stadsbostad byggdes 2012, och är utrustad med central luft. Den första våningen har en öppen planlösning med ett vardagsrum, matsal med ett bord som expanderar till sittplats 10, kök, halv bad, gasspis och, tvättmaskin / torktumlare. Vardagsrummet öppnar till ett trevligt däck med naturgasgrill och bistrobord. Både vardagsrummet och sovrummet har en 55 "HDTV med parabolantenn. Köket är fullt utrustat med köksartiklar, porslin, gasspis, kaffebryggare, brödrost och mixer. Andra våningen har 2 sovrum. Det rymliga sovrummet har en king size-säng, eget badrum och klädkammare. Det andra sovrummet är möblerat med en queen size-säng och det finns ett andra badrum tillgängligt via hallen. Det finns en queen size höjd airbed med en inbyggd pump som kan användas antingen i sovrummet eller vardagsrummet för extra sovplats. Det är av gatan parkering i uppfarten. Enheten ligger nära Multmomah Village (5 minuters bilresa eller 15 minuters promenad) och Hillsdale med restauranger, affärer och bagerier. Det är en kort promenad till allmänna kommunikationer och livsmedelsbutiker och ca 10 minuters bilresa till centrala Portland. Det ligger nära Custer Park och Gabriel Park.

Portland getaway

Lovely property with everything you need for your stay. The Condo is well appointed and very comfortable. We appreciated the A/C as the temps ran to triple digits during our stay. Very convenient to freeways and shopping near by. Multnomah Village had a number of shops and restaurants that we enjoyed. Tryon Park is close for great walking trails. We would highly recommend this property.

Spacious Android well appointed townhouse

We stayed for a month here. Deborah is a great host and the 2b/3bath townhouse has everything you need. Spotlessly clean and updated throughout. 5 minute walk to Safeway and 20 minute walk to Multnomah Village. Some traffic noise from nearby Barbur Boulevard but Barbur’s proximity makes this a short drive to I-5 and to downtown. Recommended especially for a longer stay!

5-Star Stay!

My husband and I stayed in this immaculate property while visiting our grown kids and grandkids in mid-February. Perfectly located mid-way between downtown Portland and Beaverton, which were the places we most needed to have access to, the home was one of the best we've ever had the pleasure of staying in. The full kitchen with gas stove, high-end cooking and baking implements allowed us to save money by making meals right at home instead of going out. And so quiet! There is a busy road right in front of the home, but for whatever reason, we heard absolutely no traffic noise at all during our two-week stay. The gas fireplace was wonderful, and the BED! The king-size bed in the master bedroom was so comfortable - for the first time in years I awoke with no body aches or pains! In short, there was everything we needed and more available to us, and we would come back in a heartbeat. Thank you, Deborah, for being so available for questions and advice, and for giving us the gift of a beautiful, relaxed stay in wonderful Portland.

The home is lovely and in a convenient area.

My husband and I stayed in this lovely town home for 6 nights and it was a pleasure. We were very comfortable and had everything we needed. The host/ owner Deborah is wonderful! We will definitely want to stay here again when we visit our family in Portland.

Clean and Comfy!

We used this as our home base for a business trip and it was perfect. We were a little worried about being next to a busy road, but found the home to be quiet enough for sleeping. Proximity to both Fred Meyer and Safeway was a bonus. We didn't get a chance to hike up the hill and see where the trail went... but next time! We'll definitely book this home again.

Terrific!

We regularly visit family in Portland, and found this property to be the perfect alternative to a hotel. It was very clean; newer; had a well-equipped kitchen; wifi and tvs; and, conveniently located in the middle of the 3 different Portland suburbs we needed to visit. Despite the proximity to a major road and the highway, we found it to be extremely quiet and secure. While the area isn't especially walkable with kids, there are nearby running trails and you can walk to a grocery store and coffee shop. The owner and person who cleans were super helpful. We will be back!

Outstanding House, Setup and Owner

This house is perfectly located, exceptionally clean and has everything one can need and more. I had some issues with the WiFi and the owner worked diligently to satisfactorily address the issue. The beds are very comfortable and the house is move in ready. There were 4 adults in the house and it was a pleasure to have the sleeping, living and bathroom space needed. I wholeheartedly recommend this house. I look forward to a return visit!
