Strax utanför den kullerstensbelagda East Hall Street ligger 320 East bland en rad nybyggda bostadshus. Efter att ha parkerat ditt fordon säkert och säkert mot ryggen går gästerna in i det öppna vardagsrummet. Med gott om sittplatser för hela familjen och en smartTV är vardagsrummet ditt coola slutet av dagen.

Utanför vardagsrummet, ett öppet kök med en fast formell matplats. Njut av rostfria vitvaror och marmorplattor - det perfekta bakteppet för underhållande vänner och familj. Välj en formell måltid vid matbordet som passar för åtta, eller njut av ett glas vin på köksön innan du går till en av Savannahs bästa restauranger.

Fantastic location and house

This property was perfect for our family of three to enjoy Savannah. It is wonderfully located in the historic district and right across from Kroger. The property was clean and the rental company Lucky was excellent to work with. The only thing I would recommend is some new furniture in the living room. It is quite worn and not very comfortable. Otherwise, everything was fantastic. Highly recommend!

Extended Family Getaway

I rented this Savannah property for a holiday weekend for my four children and my inlaws. The property was gorgeous and exactly as described. The park is walking distance for little ones and the historic waterfront is an easy walk for adults or a 5 min uber ride.One thing I did not consider because I live in a single story home is a baby gate for the stairs. Our toddler is fast and sneaky and took a tumble down them on our last day. So for kids under 5 or ones not used to stairs- that is a consideration.Otherwise 100% would recommend to others and would stay again!

Relaxing Family Getaway

Our family had a great stay here. The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do. The house was accommodating and allowed us to spread out and relax. We would 100% stay here again.

Beautiful house super convenient location!

House was perfect - super clean, nice touches, and nicely decorated. The location is amazing - you can walk to so many parks and a beautiful walk through town if you are trying to get river street. Would absolutely recommend!

Nice Home, But Lack of Parking Accessibility

The actual home is beautiful and was very clean. However, part of the reason we booked this property was the ease of having a private parking spot. Upon arrival, the gate opener was not in the home as described in pre-check-in instructions. Without that, we were unable to pull in and out of the private parking space behind the home. After quite a few phone calls throughout the weekend, the property management company did not provide a solution. They did not contact me after promising to do so throughout our three day stay. I had to track them down each time, two phone calls a day, with no solution other than to park on the street. We were left to our own to secure parking. We were able to get in the parking space thanks to a nice neighbor, but were not able to freely get in and out. As mentioned, the home is beautiful and in a great location but due to lack of secure parking (as initially promised in the booking) and poor communication/no solution from the property management group, I would not recommend booking through them.

Beautiful Place!

I stayed here with my bridesmaids the nights leading up to my wedding and it was the perfect space for us. The bunkbeds were so useful! The main living space and master bedroom were perfect for the morning of the wedding photos. Perfect location! Would definitely love to stay here again :)

Awesome Vacation!

Great location, within walking distance to several sites! House was lovely and the beds were comfortable! Check in process was lovely. I was updated daily by the rental company if something was wrong. Great communication.

It was not clean in general. The tiles in the bathroom were dirty. Marble countertops were not taken care of. We also saw cockroaches on the lower level. 😕 The location was great. The neighbors were very nice.

We had a great stay at this property for a long weekend! It was honestly much bigger than we all expected, and had everything we needed. The Dishwasher wasn't working, but the property manager was very communicative and speedy to offer a solution

Had the best bachelorette trip here

Savannah Stay

Great location, only 5 minute walk to Forsyth Park. I think the home furnishings are a little worn. King bed and queen bed very uncomfortable. Floor was petty dirty, our 2 year old was walking around with no socks and his feet were filthy. Those with socks were dirty as well.

Savannah Spring Break

My family of 7 thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The home was lovely, spacious, and very centrally located. There were only a few minor things that I feel like could have made it even better. There were some broken blinds in the rooms that we had to improvise with covering the window with a comforter for privacy . The kitchen was missing a few items, such as only one dish towel, no large pasta strainer, no trivets, or Tupperware for left overs. Other than these few somewhat minor things, I would definitely recommend this home for families. We will most likely be returning for another stay here somewhere in the future.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This VRBO was perfect and if we ever return to Savannah we will stay here again! Everything is brand new and clean. The beds are comfortable. The grocery store is on the door step. Perhaps the best part is a tiny cafe just across the street for morning pastries and coffee. The river front is about a 25 min walk or a 5 min Uber ride away.

Great location in a beautiful home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home is close to many of the attractions you'll want to see in Savannah. Much of it is in walking distance, including Forsythe Park and a Kroger grocery store right across the street. My family had a great time and will visit again in the future. Our only issue was with the upstairs thermostat. We would adjust it to a comfortable temperature, but shortly after it would automatically change to as high as 80 degrees. All of the bedrooms are upstairs so it made sleeping quite uncomfortable. And yes, I know how to use a thermostat. We tried the Hold feature, changing the schedule and every possible option.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a nice, comfortable, and safe home that is well-decorated. It is decently stocked for basic cooking but could use some tupperware and a baking sheet. We had everything else we needed.Dishwashing and clothes washing detergent is supplied and tons of toilet paper. Awesome! Bar soap is in every bathroom as well as hand lotion. There was a surplus of bath towels. Hand towels and wash cloths need to be added (we didn't have enough for everyone and the kitchen only had one small towel).We used two of the fold up chairs in the kitchen closet for a day at Tybee as well as the small styrofoam cooler. The location was wonderful for us! We were so close to Forsyth Park (kids loved that!), and the Mansion on Forsyth was a close walk and our pickup location for one of our tours. We Ubered everywhere else or just walked. We wished that a basketball and tennis rackets/balls were available in the house for use at the park. Would be a great add to this home.There are restaurants within a few blocks and the Kroger is so close that it's visible from the house. Wonderful for us! River Street is only about a mile away, but we took an Uber. Everything else is a 2-4 min Uber ride. Outside of Savannah: 20+ min to Tybee Island, 20+ min to Wilmington Island, 25 min to the airport. Lucky Savannah was very accomodating when we arrived a couple of hours early. We left our bags at their office location until our rental was ready. Wonderful! We would recommend this home and company.

Girls Trip

This home was perfect! There was more than enough space for the 7 of us. The home was even bigger than the photos make it look. Location was great - coffee place and grocery store directly across the street. Forsyth park was a 10 min walk and River Street was about a 30 min walk. The only minor issues were the kitchen sink had trouble draining and we were given the wrong check in code for the lockbox so I had to call the office but was given a new code right away so it was resolved quickly. Definitely would stay here again!

Perfect Girls Trip

The location was great. A few minutes walk to Forsyth park and the trolley. It was a little longer than we thought to walk to river street... about 27-30 minutes. Ubers were always available. There’s a coffee shop right on the corner and Starbucks across the street in the supermarket. Loved sitting on the porch drinking our coffee. This location also had all your needs, linens, towels, soaps, shampoo and conditioner. Great place to stay in Savannah!
