Tranquil Acres, Kommer från en långsiktig hyra för brandoffer och nya som semesteruthyrning detta vackra nyare hem på 4 lugna tunnland mitt i Sonoma County och Santa Rosas vinland. Hemmet ligger i slutet av en lugn privat körfält med mycket avskildhet i nordvästra Santa Rosa med enkel åtkomst till Healdsburg, Sebastopol, det ryska flodområdet och naturligtvis hela Santa Rosa. Det är mindre än en mil från Santa Rosa Country club. Dussintals vingårdar och restauranger i världsklass ligger bara några minuter bort. Det välutrustade huset har nya möbler och apparater och är fullt utrustade för en perfekt vinlandssemester. Stora rum med högt i tak erbjuder en rymlig plats för vänner att samlas på, inklusive ett stort spelrum med Ping Pong, Air Hockey och Fooseball. Njut av ett glas med det fantastiska vinet när du solar i solljus på det stora redwood-däck.

Det finns en king size-säng i den stora master-sviten, en queen size-säng i ett av sovrummen bredvid det fulla badet i korridoren och två enkelsängar i det andra sovrummet. We loved our stay at this beautiful property. Lots of room and bed options. The hot tub and game room were a plus. Easy to communicate and get in and out. The only issues were that the dishes were not clean and the small mats in the master bathroom were not non-skid so were a bit slippery. We would definitely stay here again!

Great house!

Loved our stay. Kitchen was well stocked and the house was immaculate. Lots of space for 6-8 adults. Hot tub was great and the game room was lots of fun. We will be back!

Family Gathering

This is our 2nd stay at Tranquil Acres. We love the country atmosphere so close to town. The well-stocked kitchen has everything you need for meals and BBQs on the deck. The game room is a hit and there is lovely acreage to enjoy. Very quiet and peaceful. Highly recommend.

This property worked very well for our family of 8 adults. Kitchen had everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable, deck was lovely. Horses and goats were delightful!

Tranquil Acres

Tranquil acres is truly deserving of its name; we really enjoyed the house and picturesque backyard and backdrop. Very relaxing indeed. Our kids very much enjoyed the small property walking trails although more so feeding the horses. Very pleasant and peaceful to have the quiet and serene farm setting. Thanks so much for such a wonderful trip and stay.

Beautiful Country Property Close to Town

Our family loved staying at Tranquil Acres. We were in town for a family gathering. The house is beautiful and very comfortable for a family stay. Our grandchildren loved playing in the large, mowed pasture in, feeding the horses next door, and the game room was a big hit.

Tranquil Acres was perfect in every way

We are a party of four women who have been enjoying annual girls trips for decades. This was our 20th trip together and the setting and quality of the house was perfect for us. Everything was clean and tidy. The bedrooms spacious and the beds comfy. The kitchen was so well appointed with everything we could need. The most special part of our experience was the two horses who live on the back pasture. We loved feeding them the carrots and we want to say thank you for giving us that opportunity. Wonderful property and owners!

We had a great stay at Tranquil Acres. The house is clean and exactly as pictured. Our kids loved visiting the horses in the backyard. The hosts checked on us regularly.

Absolutely perfect!

From the time we checked in, until our departure, everything about our stay was perfect. The host was attentive and the house was fully stocked and lovely. We enjoyed feeding the horses and goats during our visit. The property was tucked a little out of town, but close enough for a quick drive for a meal or shopping. We would definitely stay again!

Time well spent with family

Tranquil Acres was a lovely place to stay. The game room was perfect for the kids. We had a great time feeding carrots to the horses and checking out the goats. The beds were soft and cozy. It was lovely hot tubbing under the stars. Thanks for a great stay!

Excellent rental when visiting for a wedding!

We were close to everything! But not too close so we got to have our space. Visiting for a wedding can be chaotic with all the family and friends. I loved how this place had so much room and was very clean. Lots of hangout seating and we all LOVED the game room !!! We will definitely rent this place again when coming back to Sonoma County.
