Vår lägenhet är mycket ren och välutrustad. Beläget i ett gated community på Tablerock Lake vackra Emerald Pointe.
Vackert dekorerad i hela; fullt utrustat kök; diskmaskin, kylskåp i full storlek, glasskiva, mikrovågsugn, tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Stor matplats plus frukostbar med barstolar. Den avskärmade / glasögon alla väder solen veranda är mattor och har utemöbler för att njuta av din fritid.
Vi erbjuder en deluxe 3 sovrum / 3 badrum lägenhet. Vår lägenhet har alla bekvämligheter i hemmet. Sovrummen har en byrå och / eller bröstet och platt-TV-TV i vardagsrummet och alla 3 sovrum; några med DVD. Alla tre sovrummen har en king size-säng. Befälhavaren har ett bubbelbadkar. Det finns en drottning bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet. Dessa lägenheter har en matsal, fullt utrustat kök med tvättmaskin och torktumlare, vardagsrum och glas / avskärmad all-weather veranda / solrum med utemöbler. Vardagsrummet har en stor platt-TV med DVD-spelare.
Ligger vid bredden av Table Rock sjön på Emerald Pointe. Vi har en ny pool från maj 2018. Vi är bara 50 meter från Tablerock sjön, men det finns några träd mellan lägenheten och sjön så vi är sjön framför men inte sjöutsikt. US Army Corp of Engineers har en bot på 5000 dollar för att hugga ner ett träd. Vi har en marina med full service (Branson Bay Marina) med närbutik bara 1/2 kvarter västerut. Ett paradis för fiske, båtliv och vattensporter. Vi är också bekvämt beläget nära alla Bransons attraktioner, inklusive Silver Dollar City, White Water Park, Showboat Branson Belle, Branson Landing, köpcentra, show, restauranger, marinor, Tablerock Lake Dam och fiskluckeri för att nämna några. Det är en fantastisk plats för någon av dina semesterplaner, det finns något för alla.

Nice getaway

Beautiful and Comfortable Condo

This was a very nice place to stay during our trip to Branson. The kitchen was abundantly supplied, and the entire condo was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the deck and the lake view. Sandy was available by phone and was willing to talk not only about our needs in the condo but also about things to do in Branson. She genuinely wanted us to have a pleasant stay. Thank you, Sandy!

Great place to stay and the owners were amazing!!

We stayed here while attending our son's baseball tournament. Sandy was extremely helpful in trying to help us with finding a boat slip and a place to store our boat trailer, without having to pay an arm and a leg. The place was perfect for our families and we truly enjoyed it. The only wish that I have that prevented me rating 5 stars was the view in the back. While the lake is right there behind you, there is not a view because of all the trees that block the view. Not the owner's fault but would have loved to be able to sit out out and look at the lake every night or first thing in the morning with coffee. Thanks Sandy!! We would definitely recommend this place and would love to come again.

Great Condo!

The condo was spotless and well appointed. Everything was extremely clean. The host was readily available any time we had questions. Check-in was a breeze and the entire complex is a gated community so security was a plus. Parking was readily available even on Thanksgiving weekend. Master bed slept great! The host understands the importance of a good mattress. As to location, we were about a 10-15 minute ride to any show or attraction we wanted to visit. Close enough to enjoy everything, but far enough to get away from the hustle and bustle for a quiet sleep. This made a great homebase for all of our Branson adventures. I can't say enough good things about the host, she was polite and informative when we asked advice on Branson Christmas excursions. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip!

Wonderful Time

This location and amenities were perfect for a getaway to enjoy all things of the lake with ease and all things Branson. Far enough away from the hustle of Branson yet close enough to enjoy dinner and shopping without traveling far. Very clean and stocked with all your needs to travel light.

Pleasant stay in Branson

The owners gave very specific instructions prior to check in, and we had a nice visit on the phone & discussed things to do. The owners gave a great suggestion to visit the fish hatchery. The condo was clean and had ample space. There are a couple of areas that could take the unit to the next level. The cable wires to the TVs should be cleaned up for a nicer look. The kitchen utensils were at the lowest level and need some love. Also, the front right burner would not regulate & it maxed out even at the lowest setting. My brother was very upset about the double cleaning fee, which should have been disclosed in the listing. None of these items took away from my pleasure. I had a great time and these are some suggestions to take the unit to the next level. Thanks so much.

Quiet Getaway Spot

Great location away from "the strip" and all the traffic, yet close enough to take in the shows and shop. We rented a boat for the day and found plenty of eateries to enjoy. Sandy was very easy to communicate with and eager to answer any questions we had.

Nice stay

Condo was nice, not as clean as I hoped as we found some trash from previous guest on the floor in a few spots but nothing terrible. The complex was ok, pool was dirty and green first might but was cleaned up and clear by the end of our stay, playground area needs a little upkeep. Disappointing that Branson Bay Marina does not rent boats even though thier website says they do. Would have been awesome to walk out the condo right onto the boat. Overall nuce place to stay.

Beware of Hidden Costs

Owner did not include all fees on the vrbo payment page. The cleaning fee which is typically included on the vrbo payment page was not included by this owner, but was disclosed in a contract which she sent to me after a non-refundable reservation payment had already been processed. Further, there was an envelope left on the counter in the kitchen of the condo with instructions to leave cash or a personal check for the cleaning fee amount. I have never encountered this in any other vrbo rental, and I have booked numerous times. The owner also encouraged me to book directly with her next time to avoid the service fee. I would question whether this falls within the Terms of Service agreement she has with vrbo. At any rate, I will certainly avoid any of her properties in the future. When we arrived, none of the three toilets in the unit were working, there was mold in two of the toilet bowls, the towels were rags, and the sheets on the beds were very thin and worn. The pots and pans in the kitchen need to be replaced. The owner did come over and get the toilets at least working some, but they still need attention. She seemed surprised by the condition of the towels and did bring over a few new towels, but they were dollar store quality. I was the family member who made the reservation (I’ve done this for years for both my family as well as for my husband’s family), so I’ve had lots of experience with bookings, and this was by far the most disappointing experience we’ve had. We were raised to treat people the way you want to be treated, and I feel like we were deceived by this owner. In order to appear competitive with her price, she did not disclose all fees on the payment page. I had sent a copy of the email payment page to my siblings, so they were expecting to pay their share of that amount. I had to inform them that the owner had added another fee after the fact which increased our overall lodging cost by 22%.

Great location

Location was great and having the boat slip was just what we wanted. Branson is about 15 min drive which I didn’t think was bad. Condo itself is a little outdated but other than that the stay was great! Sandy was nice and helpful.

We are Norm and Sandy Harms and we love the Branson area and have vacationed there for over 25 years. Before we purchased a condo we rented ourselves and sometimes the condos we rented were not as nice and clean as we hoped. In 2002 we stayed as a guest at this complex on Emerald Pointe and it was GREAT! At the time I asked my husband, "how are we going to stay anywhere else after we stayed here at Emerald Pointe"? It was in a gated community; nice, quiet, right on Tablerock Lake and only about 50 yards to the lake waters edge, the pool, an on site courtesy dock, yet only minutes from all the attractions of Branson. We decided to inquire about condos for sale and bought our first condo which started our business: Branson Lakeside Condos dot com. Thanks, Sandy

Varför värden valde detta boende

The location is perfect. We are a gated community right off of two of the alternate traffic relief routes (Hwy 165 & Hwy 265) so you can get anywhere in Branson quickly. It is a gated community located between the Tablerock Lake Dam and Highway 65 so we have easy access to all the attractions yet we are right on the shores of the clear water of Table Rock Lake. It is a quiet area to relax but all the attractions of Branson are only minutes away.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

We are so close to the Lake, the water is only 50-75 yards in front of the condo building. We have an on-site swimming pool, tennis courts, weight & exercise room, and a courtesy dock less than a half of a block away. The grocery store is only 5 minutes away at the Southtown mall. We are a gated community so the amenities offered are strictly for our guests and resident use only. Fabulous scenery to enjoy; you won't believe that all the attractions of Branson are just minutes away. A wonderful place to return to rest after a day of site seeing, shopping or boating.
