A beautiful apartment with an amazing view

Lovely, comfortable apartment in historic center, with sensational view right over crashing waves. We loved everything about the apartment itself, though we had some disturbing late night (renovation and music) noise from upstairs neighbors —but I believe Guy, the owner, was unaware of the issue beforehand, and will hopefully ensure that it does not affect future guests.

Séjour incroyable

Magnifique ville traditionnelle. Les habitants sont incroyables. Nourriture, artisans, photographe ( merci Laetitia ^_- ) et un grand merci à nos hôtes pour la qualité et l'emplacement du logement ! Un vrai dépaysement ! Collioure mérite à 1000% son titre de plus belle ville de France.

Excellent séjour

Vue magnifique que ce soit par beau temps ou quand la tramontane souffle très fort. Le logement est conforme à la description bien décoré et équipé. Beaucoup de caractère pour ce logement très bien situé. L'accueil et le service sur place de Pascale est exceptionnel.Merci

Best holiday ever!

Guy and Fabienne are amazing hosts and made us feel so welcome ! We stayed for the second summer running and had a great time. The property is located a few seconds walk from the sea and the shops etc of Collioure. We hope to be back soon !

Super, même en hiver!

Bel appartement atypique, très bien équipé, excellent contact à l'accueil et au départ, bien chauffé en hiver (séjour en février), avec une situation rêvée pour se déplacer à pied dans Collioure. Et une agréable attention des propriétaires en plus nous attendait! Rien à dire, parfait!

Very unique experience

Staying at a property like this is a unique experience. It overlooks the sea and the chateau is built for the centuries. The apartment was very comfortable. My one suggestion is to add better lighting in the large bedroom.

Paradise - We could not believe our eyes or ears!

As an active family, we usually spend most of our time OUTSIDE of the VRBO, but with this lodging, it was very hard to leave! This incredible apartment in a CHATEAU has all the comforts of being on land (spaciousness, all vacation activities outside the doorstep, fully equipped kitchens and bathrooms), yet you feel like you are on the water... because you are! Watching sunrises from every room and hearing the sound of the waves throughout the day is an absolute treasure. We loved this destination, and the biggest reason for that was our stay here! We could not recommend it more! Guy and Fabienne are such kind and interesting hosts - we feel so grateful we had the pleasure of visiting with them!

Nautical Retreat

We appreciated the location. The flat is in a castle that is built into the rocks surrounding the sea. There are superb views and you can hear the waves from the open windows. The nautical decor of the flat reflects this. The flat is well equipped and enjoyed a very pleasant stay.

Wonderful place to relax and enjoy Collioure.

This property is literally on the water, close to everything yet private and away from the crowds. Waking up to waves crashing on the rocks below, or falling asleep to the rhythm of the waves is a great way to unwind. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Au rythme des vagues pour romantiques ou même vieux loups solitaires

Dans cet appartement chic et cosy, tout est beau : les murs, les meubles, la vue à travers les nombreuses fenêtres qui donnent sur la partie plus sauvage de la côte. Vous êtes les pieds dans l'eau et pourtant à deux pas des restaurants et du centre. Pour moi, plus qu'un simple logement de vacances, cet appartement a été un élément essentiel de mon séjour. Je me suis crue parfois capitaine de navire. Bref, c'était exceptionnel, et pourtant dieu sait combien je connais Collioure !

Splendide appartement.

L'appartement est splendide avec un aménagement à la fois très bien pensé, très bien organisé et vraiment très joli. Il est situé tout au-dessus de l'eau. On est donc bercé par les vagues. L'ensemble est exceptionnel.

Un court séjour automnal

L'appartement est remarquablement bien situé, dans le cœur historique de Collioure, les pieds dans l'eau. On dort bercé par le bruit de la mer, même une petite tempête ne dérange. Par contre les nombreux touristes qui viennent s'agglutiner toute la journée sous les fenêtres de la maison sont un peu moins agréables. Quant à l'impossibilité de garer la voiture sinon très loin de la maison pose un vrai problème. Heureusement que le concierge qui accueille a été très courtois et efficace pour nous aider à porter les bagages.

Un seul mot : WAHOU !!!!

Nous terminons ce jour même notre séjour à Collioure,au château de la Rocasse, avec déjà la certitude que nous y reviendrons. La location est sublime, le propriétaire au petit soin, les attentions sont nombreuses, tout est disponible. Je n'ai jamais vu ça où que ce soit d'autre. La localisation du château,les pieds dans l'eau, avec pour vu de toutes les fenêtres, la chapelle Saint Vincent, la magnifique crique à l'eau cristalline et le bruit de la mer... Bref, pour sûr nous reviendrons, je vous dis donc à bientôt Mr et Mme Valentin.
